Description

The present invention relates to an indoor unit for an air conditioner and a method for manufacturing the indoor unit for an air conditioner.

。   Conventionally, as an indoor unit of a wall-mounted air conditioner installed on an indoor wall surface, a back case formed with a pair of wall surfaces and a heat exchanger housing groove extending in the left-right direction between the pair of wall surfaces, and a heat exchanger Some have a blower fan disposed in front of the housing groove and a heat exchange unit. The heat exchange unit includes a front heat exchanger extending from above to the front side of the blower fan, a rear heat exchanger extending from above to the rear side of the blower fan, and a lower end portion accommodated in the heat exchanger accommodating groove, And a heat exchanger fixing member that integrally fixes the front heat exchanger and the rear heat exchanger. In recent years, rear heat exchangers tend to be expanded for higher performance (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

14)JP 2007-64623 A (paragraph [0014] to paragraph [0043], FIGS. 1 to 14)

In the conventional indoor unit of an air conditioner, the rear case is caused to be in a state similar to the state where it is installed on the wall surface of the room, and the heat exchange unit is mounted so as to cover it from above. Therefore, the mounting of the heat exchange unit to the back case is uncertain, and the mounting workability is low. In addition, in order to stabilize the back case, it is possible to use a jig that keeps the back case in a raised state, but the number of assembling steps increases as the jig is attached or detached. That is, in the conventional indoor unit of an air conditioner, it is uncertain and difficult to attach the heat exchange unit to the back case, and there is a problem that the assembly process must be increased.

The present invention has been made against the background of the problems described above, and the air mounting operation of the heat exchange unit to the back case is ensured and facilitated, and the number of assembly steps is suppressed from increasing. The indoor unit of a harmony machine is obtained. Moreover, the manufacturing method of such an indoor unit of an air conditioner is obtained.

An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to the present invention includes a rear case in which a pair of wall surfaces and a heat exchanger accommodating groove extending in the left-right direction between the pair of wall surfaces are formed, and in front of the heat exchanger accommodating groove. A blower fan disposed on the front side, a front heat exchanger extending from the upper side to the front side of the blower fan, and extending from the upper side to the rear side of the blower fan, the lower end portion being housed in the heat exchanger housing groove. A heat exchanger unit having a rear heat exchanger, and a heat exchanger fixing member that integrally fixes the front heat exchanger and the rear heat exchanger, of the pair of wall surfaces, One wall surface is a shape which does not cover the area | region located in the upper side among the edge parts of the said heat exchanger accommodation groove | channel.

In the indoor unit for an air conditioner according to the present invention, one of the pair of wall surfaces has a shape that does not cover at least the region located on the upper side of the end portion of the heat exchanger housing groove. Therefore, even when the back case is laid down, the heat exchange unit can be inserted into one of the pair of left and right wall surfaces and attached to the back case. The attachment work to the back case is ensured and facilitated, and the assembly process is prevented from increasing.

Hereinafter, an indoor unit of an air conditioner according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In addition, the structure, manufacturing method, etc. which are demonstrated below are examples, and the indoor unit of the air conditioner which concerns on this invention is not limited to such a structure, manufacturing method, etc. Moreover, in each figure, about a fine structure, illustration is simplified or abbreviate | omitted suitably.

Embodiment 1 FIG.
An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to Embodiment 1 will be described.
<Configuration and manufacturing method of indoor unit of air conditioner>
The structure and manufacturing method of the indoor unit of the air conditioner according to Embodiment 1 will be described.
1 is an exploded perspective view of an indoor unit of an air conditioner according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, an indoor unit 100 of an air conditioner includes a rear case 1, a blower fan 2, a heat exchange unit 3, an electrical component box 4, an outlet unit 5, a frame 6, A front design panel 7 and a filter 8 are provided.

2 and 3 are perspective views of the back case of the indoor unit of the air conditioner according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a pair of wall surfaces (one wall surface 12 and the other wall surface 13) projecting forward are formed at both left and right ends of the base 11 of the back case 1. The blower fan 2 is, for example, a cross flow fan, and is held by one wall surface 12 and the other wall surface 13 with the rotation axis facing the left-right direction. Between the one wall surface 12 and the other wall surface 13, an air passage wall 14 having a shape (that is, an arc shape) along the outer peripheral surface of the blower fan 2 is formed. A heat exchanger accommodating groove 15 extending in the left-right direction is formed between the air passage wall 14 and the base 11. A region located at least on the upper side of the one end portion 15 a of the heat exchanger accommodating groove 15 is not covered by the one wall surface 12. That is, the convex part 23a of the heat exchanger fixing plate 23 of the heat exchange unit 3 to be described later is passed from the left and right directions on the upper surface of the wall surface 12 on the side where the one end 15a of the back case 1 is located, so A notch having a width enough to allow entry into the vessel receiving groove 15 is formed. Further, a part of the other end portion 15 b of the heat exchanger housing groove 15 is covered with the other wall surface 13. On the other wall surface 13, a concave portion 13 a having a shape along the convex portion 23 a of the heat exchanger fixing plate 23 of the heat exchange unit 3 described later is formed. In addition, a connection pipe accommodation space 16 extending in the left-right direction is formed below the heat exchanger accommodation groove 15 of the back case 1.

FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the heat exchange unit of the indoor unit of the air conditioner according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 4, the heat exchange unit 3 includes a front heat exchanger 21, a rear heat exchanger 22, and a heat exchanger that integrally fixes the front heat exchanger 21 and the rear heat exchanger 22. It has the fixed plate 23, the connection pipe 24 which connects the front side heat exchanger 21, the rear side heat exchanger 22, and the refrigerant | coolant piping of an outdoor unit. The rear heat exchanger 22 may be one that does not actually exchange heat, such as a dummy part made of plastic. The heat exchanger fixing plate 23 is attached to the ends of the front side heat exchanger 21 and the rear side heat exchanger 22 on the side close to the other wall surface 13 in the left-right direction. On the side where the rear heat exchanger 22 of the heat exchanger fixing plate 23 is fixed, a convex portion 23a having a shape along the concave portion 13a of the other wall surface 13 is formed. The connection pipe 24 extends from the end of the front side heat exchanger 21 and the rear side heat exchanger 22 on the side close to the one wall surface 12 in the left-right direction. The refrigerant circulating in the refrigeration cycle flows into the connection pipe 24.

FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the indoor unit of the air conditioner according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention with each member attached.
As shown in FIG. 5, a blower fan 2, a heat exchange unit 3, an electrical component box 4 (not shown), an outlet unit 5, and a frame body 6 are attached to the rear case 1. The frame body 6 is fixed to the back case 1 with screws or the like. A front design panel 7 and a filter 8 are detachably attached to the frame body 6.

The blower fan 2 is disposed on the front side of the heat exchanger housing groove 15 extending in the left-right direction. The front heat exchanger 21 of the heat exchange unit 3 is disposed so as to extend from the upper side to the front side of the blower fan 2, and the rear heat exchanger 22 of the heat exchange unit 3 is arranged from the upper side of the blower fan 2. It extends rearward and is disposed so that its lower end is accommodated in the heat exchanger accommodating groove 15. Further, the connection pipe 24 is accommodated in the connection pipe accommodation space 16.

When the blower fan 2 is driven, room air is sucked from the suction port 6a formed on the upper surface of the frame body 6, and heat is exchanged with the refrigerant in the front heat exchanger 21 and the rear heat exchanger 22 of the heat exchange unit 3. The air becomes cool air, warm air, and the like, and the cool air, warm air, and the like are blown into the room through the left and right airflow direction adjusting plates 5a and the upper and lower airflow direction adjusting plates 5b. By adjusting the directions of the left and right wind direction adjusting plates 5a and the up and down air direction adjusting plates 5b, the wind directions such as cold air and warm air are adjusted.

6 and 7 are diagrams for explaining how to install the heat exchange unit in the indoor unit of the air-conditioning apparatus according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. In addition, in FIG. 6, the attachment operation | work of the heat exchange unit 3 is shown in the middle, and the state which the attachment operation | work of the heat exchange unit 3 was completed in FIG. 7 is shown.
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the blower fan 2 is placed on the back case 1 in a laid state, and the heat exchanger fixing plate 23 of the heat exchange unit 3 is attached to the head, The protrusion 23a of the heat exchanger fixing plate 23 of the exchange unit 3 is inserted into one end 15a of the heat exchanger housing groove 15 from the left and right directions, and the connection pipe 24 of the heat exchange unit 3 is inserted into the connection pipe housing space 16. Insert from left and right and slide. Since at least the region located on the upper side of the one end portion 15a of the heat exchanger housing groove 15 is not covered by the one wall surface 12, the convex portion 23a of the heat exchanger fixing plate 23 of the heat exchange unit 3 can be easily formed. Can be inserted into.

In particular, when viewed from the side in the state shown in FIG. 7, when the portion other than the other wall surface 13 of the back case 1 does not overlap the heat exchanger fixing plate 23, the heat exchange unit 3 is moved in the left-right direction. Since it can be inserted and slid, it is further facilitated to insert the convex portion 23a of the heat exchanger fixing plate 23 of the heat exchange unit 3 and to slide the heat exchange unit 3. . That is, the contour line of the cross-sectional figure obtained by cutting the back case 1 along a plane orthogonal to the left-right direction, and the region of the heat exchange unit 3 on the other wall surface 13 side with respect to that plane When the fact that the outline of the projection figure obtained by projecting onto the plane does not overlap is satisfied in each of the planes passing through the respective positions in the left-right direction, the heat exchange unit 3 is inserted and the heat exchange unit 3 is slid Making it even easier.

FIG. 8 shows the relationship between the concave portion formed on the wall surface of the back case and the convex portion formed on the heat exchanger fixing plate of the heat exchange unit of the indoor unit of the air conditioner according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. It is a figure for demonstrating.
As shown in FIG. 8, when the state shown in FIG. 7 is reached, the convex portion 23 a of the heat exchanger fixing plate 23 of the heat exchange unit 3 is fitted into the concave portion 13 a of the wall surface 13 of the back case 1. The air path to the blower fan 2 is blocked without going through the front heat exchanger 21 and the rear heat exchanger 22.

<Operation of air conditioner indoor unit>
The operation of the indoor unit of the air conditioner according to Embodiment 1 will be described.
In the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner, the one wall surface 12 has a shape that does not cover at least the region located on the upper side of the one end portion 15a of the heat exchanger housing groove 15. In the conventional indoor unit of an air conditioner, one wall surface 12 has a shape that covers the entire region of one end portion 15a of the heat exchanger housing groove 15 from the left-right direction. I couldn't insert it from the left-right direction. On the other hand, in the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner, the heat exchange unit 3 can be inserted from one wall 12 side in the left-right direction and attached to the back case 1, so that the back case 1 is laid down. The heat exchange unit 3 can be attached, and the work of attaching the heat exchange unit 3 to the back case 1 is ensured and facilitated, and the assembly process is prevented from increasing. In particular, in the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner, the above-described effect becomes more remarkable as the rear heat exchanger 22 is enlarged.

Moreover, in the indoor unit 100 of an air conditioner, the outline of the cross-sectional figure obtained by cutting the back case 1 along a plane orthogonal to the left-right direction and the other wall surface of the heat exchange unit 3 on the basis of that plane It is satisfied in each of the surfaces passing through the respective positions in the left-right direction that the region on the 13th side does not overlap with the contour line of the projected figure obtained by projecting the region on the surface. Therefore, the heat exchange unit 3 can be inserted and slid straight in the left-right direction, so that the insertion of the heat exchange unit 3 and the sliding of the heat exchange unit 3 are further facilitated.

Further, in the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner, the convex portion 23a of the heat exchanger fixing plate 23 of the heat exchange unit 3 is fitted into the concave portion 13a of the wall surface 13 of the rear case 1, and the front heat exchanger 21 and the rear heat exchanger 21 are arranged. The air path leading to the blower fan 2 is blocked without going through the side heat exchanger 22. Therefore, the arcuate air passage wall 14 formed in the back case 1 and extending in the left-right direction, the wall surface 13, and the heat exchanger fixing plate 23 are interposed via the front heat exchanger 21 and the rear heat exchanger 22. Thus, the air path reaching the blower fan 2 is integrally formed, and air that does not pass through the front heat exchanger 21 and the rear heat exchanger 22 is suppressed from flowing into the blower fan 2. And the air which is not heat-exchanged with the front side heat exchanger 21 and the rear side heat exchanger 22 flows in into the ventilation fan 2, and it suppresses that a dew adheres to the ventilation fan 2 and a dew hangs down to an air-conditioning space etc. Thus, the quality of the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner is improved.

Moreover, in the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner, a connection pipe housing space 16 extending in the left-right direction is formed below the heat exchanger housing groove 15 of the back case 1, and the heat exchange unit 3 includes the front heat exchanger 21. And the connection pipe 24 extended in the connection pipe accommodation space 16 from the edge part of the side near the one wall surface 12 of the left-right direction of the rear side heat exchanger 22 is provided. That is, in the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner, since the heat exchange unit 3 can be attached to the back case 1 from the left and right directions with the connection pipe 24 attached, the heat exchange unit 3 is attached to the back case 1. The mounting operation is further ensured and facilitated, and the assembly process is further prevented from increasing.
