Claims (20)
- 受動ワイヤレスセンサであって、
複数の誘電体層と、
前記複数の誘電体層の1つ又は複数の誘電体層によって形成されたキャビティの少なくとも一部分内に配設されたアンテナと、
前記キャビティ上に配設された隔壁と、
前記複数の誘電体層の少なくとも一部分内に配設された給電素子とを備え、前記給電素子は前記アンテナに作動可能に結合される、受動ワイヤレスセンサ。 - 前記複数の誘電体層の1つ又は複数の誘電体層上又は中に配設された1つ又は複数のインピーダンス素子を更に備える、請求項1記載の受動ワイヤレスセンサ。
- 前記複数の誘電体層の1つ又は複数の誘電体層は、溶融シリカ、エンジニアードガラス、シリコン窒化物、アルミニウム窒化物、アルミナ、セラミック複合材、又はその組合せを含む、請求項1記載の受動ワイヤレスセンサ。
- 前記給電素子の少なくとも一部分を前記アンテナに作動可能に結合するように構成される給電バイアを更に備える、請求項1記載の受動ワイヤレスセンサ。
- 前記アンテナの少なくとも一部分上に配設されたアンテナカバーを更に備える、請求項1記載の受動ワイヤレスセンサ。
- 前記複数の誘電体層の少なくとも1つの誘電体層は、前記複数の誘電体層の他の層の材料と異なる材料を含む、請求項1記載の受動ワイヤレスセンサ。
- 前記給電素子は、呼掛け信号を受信するように構成される、請求項1記載の受動ワイヤレスセンサ。
- 前記給電素子は、前記複数の誘電体層の2つの誘電体層間に配設される、請求項1記載の受動ワイヤレスセンサ。
- 前記アンテナは、連続層、パターン化層、複数のパターン化構造、又はその組合せを備える、請求項1記載の受動ワイヤレスセンサ。
- 前記隔壁上に配設された保護層を更に備える、請求項1記載の受動ワイヤレスセンサ。
- 前記保護層は、シリコン酸化物、シリコン窒化物、アルミナ、アルミニウム窒化物、スピンオンガラス、セラミック複合材、又はその組合せを含む、請求項10記載の受動ワイヤレスセンサ。
- 前記隔壁は導電性材料を含む、請求項1記載の受動ワイヤレスセンサ。
- 前記アンテナは導電性材料を含む、請求項1記載の受動ワイヤレスセンサ。
- 前記複数の誘電体層の1つ又は複数の誘電体層は、複数の柱状体を備える、請求項1記載の受動ワイヤレスセンサ。
- 前記給電素子の少なくとも一部分を前記アンテナに作動可能に結合するように構成される給電バイアを更に備え、前記給電バイアは、前記複数の柱状体の2つ以上の柱状体の間に配設される、請求項14記載の受動ワイヤレスセンサ。
- 前記アンテナに作動可能に結合した基準層を更に備える、請求項1記載の受動ワイヤレスセンサ。
- モニタリングシステムであって、
第1の表面を備えるデバイスと、
前記デバイスの前記第1の表面に結合された受動ワイヤレスセンサであって、
複数の誘電体層、
前記複数の誘電体層の1つ又は複数の誘電体層によって形成されたキャビティの少なくとも一部分内に配設されたアンテナ、
前記キャビティ上に配設された隔壁、及び、
前記複数の誘電体層の少なくとも一部分内に配設された給電素子であって、前記アンテナに作動可能に結合される、給電素子
を備える、受動ワイヤレスセンサと、
前記受動ワイヤレスセンサに作動可能に結合され、呼掛け信号を送信するように構成される送信機と、
前記受動ワイヤレスセンサに作動可能に結合され、前記受動ワイヤレスセンサから、センサ応答を示す応答信号の少なくとも一部分を受信するように構成される受信機と、
前記受信機に作動可能に結合され、前記応答信号を処理するように構成される信号プロセッサと、
前記信号プロセッサに作動可能に結合され、前記処理された応答信号に基づいて前記受動ワイヤレスセンサをモニターするように構成されるモニタリングデバイスとを備える、モニタリングシステム。 - 前記デバイスは、タービンエンジン、内燃機関、タービンブレード、反応炉、又はその組合せを備える、請求項17記載のモニタリングシステム。
- センサネットワークであって、
呼掛け信号を送信するように構成される送信機と、
複数の検知ノードであって、前記複数の検知ノードの1つ又は複数の検知ノードは、少なくとも1つの受動ワイヤレスセンサを備え、前記少なくとも1つの受動ワイヤレスセンサは、前記呼掛け信号を受信し、前記呼掛け信号に応答して応答信号を送信するように構成される、複数の検知ノードと、
前記受動ワイヤレスセンサに作動可能に結合され、前記応答信号を受信するように構成される受信機と、
前記受信機に作動可能に結合され、センサ応答を生成するため前記応答信号を処理するように構成される信号プロセッサとを備える、センサネットワーク。 - 前記複数の検知ノードの1つ又は複数の検知ノードは、受動ワイヤレスセンサアセンブリを備え、前記受動ワイヤレスセンサアセンブリは複数の受動ワイヤレス検知領域を備え、前記複数の受動ワイヤレス検知領域のそれぞれの受動ワイヤレス検知領域は、
複数の誘電体層、
前記複数の誘電体層の1つ又は複数の誘電体層によって形成されたキャビティの少なくとも一部分内に配設されたアンテナ、
前記キャビティ上に配設された隔壁、及び、
前記複数の誘電体層の少なくとも一部分内に配設された給電素子であって、前記アンテナに作動可能に結合される、給電素子
を備える、請求項19記載のセンサネットワーク。
