Abstract
Description

3.吸着エネルギー(ΔEads)

電極B内のカチオンの吸着エネルギーを得るために、我々は、シミュレーションボックスBSBで計算された相互作用エネルギーを2つに分ける。
1.電気的中性がトータルの系に常に提供される。その理由は、複数のナノチューブは2つのイオンのように反対の電荷をもつからである。エワルド法が、静電相互作用の評価に使用可能になる。
2.ある数のイオンで満たされたナノチューブのトータルの電荷は、ゼロである必要がない。その理由は、この実効電荷は、同じ数のイオン(しかし反対の電荷)を持つ他方のナノチューブの電荷で補償されるからである。このアプローチは、以下のことを可能にする。
a)ナノチューブの電荷に関わらず、各ナノチューブ内のイオンの数を変更すること。このため、ナノチューブの一定の電荷で、ナノチューブに入れることができるイオン(アニオンとカチオン)の最大数が調査可能になる。
b)挿入されたイオンの数に関わらず、ナノチューブの電荷を変更すること。もし、ナノチューブの直径がイオンのサイズに対して「非常に小さく」てナノチューブの電荷を増加することによってフィットさせることができないと、静電相互作用は、イオンの変形エネルギーを補償できる。

- 電気によって帯電された吸着体と電気によって帯電された吸着物との間の吸着エネルギーを、前記吸着体と前記吸着物との間の静電相互作用を考慮して決定する方法であって、
前記吸着体(A、B)と前記吸着物(i+、i-)を、同じタイプで反対の電荷の他の吸着体(A’、B’)および同じタイプで反対の電荷の他の吸着物(i’+、i’-)と同様に含むシミュレーションボックス(BSA)を、前記シミュレーションボックスがゼロの電荷を有するように構成し、
前記第1のシミュレーションボックス(BSA)内の前記吸着物(i+、i-およびi’)の吸着エネルギーを、分子シミュレーションによって、エワルド法を使って決定し、そこから前記吸着体(A、B)上の前記吸着物(i+、i-)の吸着エネルギーを推測する、ことを実行する方法。 - 前記吸着体は、ゼオライトまたはナノチューブまたは酵素または電極(A、B)であり、前記吸着物は、イオン(i+、i-)またはタンパク質である、請求項1に記載の方法。
