Abstract
Description

高い食塩顔料を有する高分子電解質は、以下のように形成された。バイアル瓶は、10mLの限外濾過脱イオン水を充填された。1.1688gの塩化ナトリウムがバイアル瓶に添加されて、塩が溶解して2モル/Lの食塩水を生じるまで、室温で電磁撹拌棒で混合された。系が透明になったときに、0.3gのポリ(ビニルアルコール)が添加された。溶液は90℃まで加熱されて、ポリマーが溶液内に溶けるのを可能にした。系が透明になったとき、先端部のおよそ1〜2mmが除去された、10μLのピペット先端部を使用して、表面に塗布できる状態となった。ピペットは5μLに設定され、熱いポリマー溶液が、RFIDタグの関心の領域に塗布された。系はその後、乾燥チャンバ内に配置され、室温で一晩中乾燥させられた。
Claims (15)
- タグを含むセンサーシステムであって、前記タグは、
a.メモリ素子を含む少なくとも1つの取り外し可能な無線周波チップであって、前記メモリ素子は少なくとも1ビットを含むバイナリコード化ワードの電気ストレージ、および出力端子を含む、該少なくとも1つの取り外し可能な無線周波チップと、
b.前記チップの少なくとも1つの出力端子と電気通信するように配置され、および導電性ポリマー系の所定の環境変化と関連して電気状態を変更するように適合される、少なくとも1つの導電性ポリマー系と、
c.前記チップの前記出力端子、および前記導電性ポリマー系と電気通信するように配置された、第1アンテナと
を備えたことを特徴とするセンサーシステム。 - 電源と、前記第1アンテナの共振周波数を含む電磁放射線を生成するように適合された第2アンテナと、電磁放射線を検出し、前記検出された放射線を復調して前記検出された放射線から埋め込まれたデータを抽出するように適合された受信機とを含む、問い合わせ器をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサーシステム。
- 前記問い合わせ器は、前記抽出された前記埋め込まれたデータを解釈するように適合された分析素子、および前記解釈の結果を表示するように適合された表示素子をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のセンサーシステム。
- 前記問い合わせ器はセンサーをさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のセンサーシステム。
- 前記問い合わせ器はネットワーク通信リンクをさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のセンサーシステム。
- 前記第1アンテナは全方向アンテナを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサーシステム。
- 製品をさらに備え、前記タグは前記製品の一部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサーシステム。
- 前記製品は使い捨て吸収性物品を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサーシステム。
- 前記アンテナと製品との間に配置された電気シールドをさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のセンサーシステム。
- 前記シールドは前記タグの一部を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のセンサーシステム。
- 前記製品は消費財を収容するパッケージを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサーシステム。
- 製品情報を判定する方法であって、前記方法は、
a.取り外し可能なチップを含むタグを備えた製品を提供するステップであって、前記タグの状態は導電性ポリマー系の状態と関連する、該ステップと、
b.前記タグの前記ビットと関連する放射線を検出するように適合された問い合わせ器を提供するステップと、
c.前記導電性ポリマー系の環境に関する前記タグの前記環境状態を変更するステップと、
d.前記導電性ポリマー系の前記環境が変化した後の前記タグの前記状態を問い合わせるステップと、
e.前記タグの前記状態を解釈するステップと、
f.前記解釈された前記タグの状態と関連する出力を提供するステップと
を備えたことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記問い合わせ器を提供するステップは、ネットワーク通信リンクを含む問い合わせ器を提供するステップをさらに備え、前記方法はネットワーク上で前記解釈された前記タグの状態を共有するステップをさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記ネットワーク上で前記問い合わせ器のセンサーからのデータを共有するステップをさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記ネットワークを使用して前記製品のユニットを購入するステップをさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
