Abstract
Description
本発明の開示に従って、キャップ200には、ヨーク300内で嵌合い溝306と連携する1つ以上の係合タブ202が設けられ、一旦タブ202および溝306が係合するとキャップ200がヨーク300から離れることを防ぐ。セットネジ204は螺着可能にキャップ200を通り、キャップ200、ヘッド14およびロッド16間の強度を高め、アセンブリを強固に固定させ、それによりロッド16を強固に骨に結合させることができるように回転させることができる。
Claims (15)
- 一連の留め具を保持する大きさ及び寸法を有し、長手軸を画定し、末端開口を有し、前記一連の留め具は前記末端開口を通して挿入可能であるマガジンと、
前記マガジンの前記長手軸に整列するスプライン誘導穴を有し、前記マガジンの前記長手軸に対して径方向に回転可能に前記マガジンに接続された支持部と、
前記支持部内に摺動可能に配置された軸と、
前記支持部及び前記軸の間に接続され、前記支持部の位置に応じて前記末端の方向に前記長手軸に沿って前記軸を移動させるように構成された付勢要素と、
前記軸に接続され、第一の位置において前記軸が前記末端へ向かう第一の方向へ摺動することを可能にし、前記末端から離れ第二の方向へ前記軸が摺動することを防ぎ、第二の位置で前記第二の方向へ前記軸が摺動することを可能にするために前記マガジンに係合可能であり、前記支持部が前記長手軸に対して径方向に回転する際に前記第一の位置から前記第二の位置へ移動可能なラチェットと
を備える患者内に埋め込まれる留め具を供給するためのデバイス。 - 前記ラチェットは、前記長手軸に沿って配置される複数のラチェット係合面と
前記軸及び前記ラチェット係合面に係合可能な少なくとも1つのラチェット爪とを
備える請求項1に記載のデバイス。 - 前記ラチェットは、前記少なくとも1つのラチェット爪が前記複数のラチェット係合面との係合および係合解除のために前記少なくとも1つのラチェット爪と係合可能な少なくとも1つのカムをさらに備える請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 挿入された留め具の放出を阻止するよう作用する前記末端で延びる1つ以上の突出部をさらに備える請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記1つ以上の突出部は、挿入された1つの留め具の中心軸が前記長手軸と軸方向に整列する際に前記留め具の放出を阻止し、1つの挿入された留め具がデバイスに対して傾けられた際に前記挿入された留め具を放出し、それにより前記留め具の中心軸が前記長手軸と軸方向に整列しないように構成されている請求項4に記載のデバイス。
- 前記軸は、一連の挿入された留め具のうちの第一の挿入された留め具に接触可能であり、それにより前記一連の挿入された留め具を前記長手軸に沿って前記末端へ向かって移動させるように構成されている請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記軸は端と端が接触している第一及び第二の軸部を備え、前記少なくとも1つのラチェット爪は前記端と端が接触している位置に近接して設けられている請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第二の軸部は、前記少なくとも1つのラチェット爪の動きを誘導するよう構成された1つ以上の誘導経路を備える請求項7に記載のデバイス。
- 前記軸は、前記支持部に対して前記長手軸の回りを前記軸が径方向に回転するのを制限するために、前記スプライン誘導穴に嵌合い可能な外面を有する請求項1記載のデバイス。
- 挿入されたキャップの放出を阻止するよう作用する前記末端で延びる1つ以上の突出部をさらに備え、前記1つ以上の突出部は、キャップの第一の部分と係合するように構成され、キャップの第二の部分は前記末端から突出し、その突出した第二の部分はそれにより多軸チューリップと係合可能である請求項1に記載のデバイス。
