Description
Claims (12)
- 心臓弁における石灰化部位を破砕するデバイスであって、
送達システム上に組み立てられ、かつ、当該送達システムによって展開されるスタビライザ組立品および衝撃体組立品を特徴とし、前記送達システムは、十分なエネルギーで前記衝撃体組立品と前記スタビライザ組立品との間で相対運動を生じさせるように動作可能であることで、前記スタビライザ組立品と前記衝撃体組立品との間に挟まれる組織に位置する石灰化部位を破砕し、
前記衝撃体組立品および前記スタビライザ組立品は、弁小葉上のフットプリントが所望の破砕箇所の形状に従って成形される、成形された衝撃送達部を有する、デバイス。 - 前記成形された衝撃送達部の前記フットプリントは、弁小葉基部、または、弁小葉の径方向の線/中央折線に近接して位置するように配置される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 心臓弁における石灰化部位を破砕するデバイスであって、
送達システム上に組み立てられ、かつ、当該送達システムによって展開されるスタビライザ組立品および衝撃体組立品を特徴とし、前記送達システムは、十分なエネルギーで前記衝撃体組立品と前記スタビライザ組立品との間で相対運動を生じさせるように動作可能であることで、前記スタビライザ組立品と前記衝撃体組立品との間に挟まれる組織に位置する石灰化部位を破砕し、
前記衝撃体組立品は、弁構造に対して自己位置付けするために、互いに対して隔てられかつ傾けられた、衝撃支柱および構造用支柱を備える、デバイス。 - 前記衝撃支柱および構造用支柱は、前記弁構造に対して自己調心するために、互いに対して隔てられかつ傾けられる、請求項3に記載のデバイス。
- 心臓弁における石灰化部位を破砕するデバイスであって、
送達システム上に組み立てられ、かつ、当該送達システムによって展開されるスタビライザ組立品および衝撃体組立品を特徴とし、前記送達システムは、十分なエネルギーで前記衝撃体組立品と前記スタビライザ組立品との間で相対運動を生じさせるように動作可能であることで、前記スタビライザ組立品と前記衝撃体組立品との間に挟まれる組織に位置する石灰化部位を破砕し、
前記スタビライザ組立品は緩衝器を含む、デバイス。 - 前記スタビライザ組立品は、互いに対して移動可能な多様な層を含み、それによって、ある層の他の層に対する移動は、前記スタビライザの形状を変化させる、請求項1または3に記載のデバイス。
- 前記スタビライザ組立品は、複数のスタビライザアームを含み、各スタビライザアームは、遠位の構造用支柱を伸張する近位の構造用支柱を含み、丸形の安定化先端部は、前記近位の構造用支柱および遠位の構造用支柱それぞれの接合部に位置付けられる、請求項1または3に記載のデバイス。
