Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foreign language learning method that improves communicative ability in a foreign language.SOLUTION: A recording medium in which an audio signal related to a Japanese conversation sentence and an audio signal related to a foreign language conversation sentence corresponding to the Japanese conversation sentence are recorded at a constant interval and text in which the foreign language conversation sentence is written are used. After a sound-reproducing device that stores the recording medium emits an audio signal related to the Japanese conversation sentence, a user pronounces the foreign language conversation sentence corresponding to the Japanese conversation sentence within one second, and then the sound-reproducing device emits an audio signal related to the corresponding foreign language conversation sentence, which enables the user to check the foreign language conversation sentence pronounced by him/herself.

Description

本願発明は、外国語によるコミュニケーション能力を向上させる学習方法に関する。  The present invention relates to a learning method for improving communication ability in a foreign language.

Conventionally, there are the following methods for learning a foreign language alone.
That is, 1) A method for understanding and storing words and phrases written in books such as textbooks, meanings, grammar and pronunciation of idioms, 2) News programs, movies and dramas in foreign languages on radio, television, the Internet, etc. This is a method of understanding and memorizing conversations made by characters while watching.
In the case of adults, the language and meaning system is already configured in Japanese, so recognition and thinking are done in Japanese. Therefore, when you learn a foreign language using the above learning method, you can actually talk to a foreigner by translating words / phrases that you have heard into Japanese and storing the corresponding words / phrases in your memory. It will go through the process of extracting and speaking from inside.
On the other hand, when talking in Japanese, it is not necessary to translate a word that has been heard, and an appropriate word can be instantly emitted for smooth communication.
That is, in the learning methods as described above, there is a problem that smooth conversation / exchange with the other party is difficult due to the intervention of translation of words.
Furthermore, simply watching a conversation in a news program, movie, or drama ends up with conversation listening because there is no opportunity for you to participate in the communication and interact interactively. There was a problem that could not be done.

特開2003−241645JP2003-241645A

自国語の場合、それぞれの単語やフレーズ、熟語などは、それぞれ単独で記憶されているというよりも、むしろ一連の会話中の構成要素として有機的な関係をもって記憶されていることが多い。さらに、過去から蓄積され、構築されてきた言語と意味の体系に基づき、無意識・反射的に近い状態で応答できるため、相手方との円滑な会話やインタラクティブな対応をとることができる。In the case of the native language, each word, phrase, idiom, etc. is often stored with an organic relationship as a component in a series of conversations, rather than being stored individually. Furthermore, since it is possible to respond in an unconscious and reflexive state based on the language and semantic system accumulated and constructed from the past, it is possible to take a smooth conversation and interactive correspondence with the other party.

一方、成人の場合には、完全に日本語による言語体系が構築されてしまっているため、日常会話においても、ネイティブのような単語の翻訳作業を排除したコミュニケーションは困難である。
しかしながら、日本語においても、英語等の外国語においても、日常的な会話・コミュニケーションに使用される単語の数自体は3〜5万語程度といわれており、それほど多くはない。
On the other hand, in the case of an adult, a language system in Japanese has been completely constructed, so that it is difficult to communicate in a daily conversation excluding the word translation work such as native.
However, in both Japanese and foreign languages such as English, the number of words used for everyday conversation and communication is said to be about 3 to 50,000 words, and not so many.

Therefore, for conversational sentences frequently used in daily conversations in foreign languages, it is possible to increase the speed of translation from Japanese to foreign languages through repeated practice, and to respond instantly in foreign language conversations. It can be issued immediately in situations where conversational sentences are used, and smooth communication can be achieved even in foreign languages. Furthermore, if you practice to be able to refute a conversation sentence that is frequently used in daily conversation in a foreign language, and if it is possible to refute immediately when the conversation sentence is issued, it will be immediately in the situation where the conversation sentence is used Can communicate smoothly even in foreign languages.
This is a method derived from the viewpoint of applied linguistics, and is called “one shot repeating method / one second return training”.
There are two ways to do this training. One listens to Japanese and speaks in a foreign language momentarily “Returns 1 second in Japanese”, and the other listens to the sound of a foreign language and repeats the sound that is heard within 1 second. "Return one second".
This training is a very effective way to improve overall foreign language communication skills and skills. In other words, “Returning Japanese for one second” dramatically increases the speed of “translation from Japanese to foreign languages”, which is indispensable for adults to learn foreign languages, and responds immediately to the other's utterances. You can do it, and in "Returning a foreign language for a second", you have to listen to the phrase that the other person said properly, remember it momentarily, and immediately speak it yourself, This is because listening, pronunciation and speaking are all trained at once.

本発明は、上記事情に鑑みて創作されたものであり、外国語による円滑なコミュニケーションを図るための効果的な学習方法を提供することを目的とする。The present invention was created in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide an effective learning method for smooth communication in a foreign language.

テキストの例  Text example

次に、本発明の実施の形態を説明する。
なお、以下に述べる実施の形態は、本発明の好適な具体例であるため技術的に種々の限定が付されているが、本発明の範囲は、以下の説明において特に限定する旨の記載がない限り、これらの形態に限られるものではない。また外国語も英語に限られない。
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described.
Although the embodiments described below are preferred specific examples of the present invention, various technical limitations are applied. However, the scope of the present invention is described as being particularly limited in the following description. As long as it is not, it is not restricted to these forms. Foreign languages are not limited to English.

「Never mind」「What were you up to?」「I’m into jazz」
という日本語を聞き、瞬間的に英語で「How was your day today?」と発声する。その後一定間隔をおいて、スピーカーから英語文が2回、「How was your day today?」
The first embodiment is “Japanese one second return”. On the recording medium used in the present invention, a Japanese conversation sentence frequently used in daily conversation and an English conversation sentence corresponding thereto are recorded at regular intervals. Examples of the recording medium include, but are not limited to, a compact disk, a cassette tape, and a hard disk drive.
The recording interval is preferably 3 to 5 seconds. This is because, as will be described later, it generally takes 3 to 5 seconds to listen to a recorded Japanese conversation sentence, instantly translate it into English and finish speaking.
An example of communication text in a foreign language is “How was your day today?”
Conversation sentences frequently used in daily conversations, such as “Never mind”, “Where are you up to?”, “I'm into jazz”, and the like can be given.
On a recording medium, for example, a compact disc, a Japanese translation of the English conversation sentence and an English conversation sentence are recorded in a sequence of Japanese → English → English at regular intervals. On the other hand, the text contains the English conversation and the Japanese translation.
For example, the English phrase is “How was your day today?” And the corresponding Japanese translation is “How was it today?”
The user first checks the English conversation and the Japanese translation while looking at the text.
Next, the user listens to the Japanese language “How was today?” From the speaker storing the compact disc, and instantaneously says “How was your day today?” In English. After a certain interval, an English sentence is uttered twice from the speaker, “How was your day today?”, And the user confirms whether his / her utterance was right or wrong.
The target time for the user to listen to the Japanese translation from the speaker and issue the corresponding English sentence is 1 second.
In the embodiment, since the interval is set for each conversational sentence, the speed at which the user translates Japanese into English is increased to the limit, and the sentence that responds to the moment when it enters the ear can be spoken unconsciously. It is possible to effectively practice “one shot repeating method”.
It is effective for users to practice speaking with the goal of being able to speak English without looking at the text, and for the conversation sentence to remember the whole while thinking about the situation.

第二の実施例は「外国語の一秒返し」である。本実施例は、第一の実施例「日本語の一秒返し」をマスターした次の段階で、練習するようにすると効果的である。
外国語によるコミュニケーションの文章の例としては、「日本語の一秒返し」と同様、「How was your day today?」「Never mind」「What were you up to?」「I’m into jazz」等、日常会話で頻繁に使用される会話文が挙げられる。コンパクトディスクには上記英語の会話文が、一定間隔をおいて、英語→英語→英語の順で収録されている。ユーザーは、コンパクトディスクを格納したスピーカーから発せられる「How was your day today?」という英語を聞き、瞬間的に英語で「How was your day today?」と発声する。その後一定間隔をおいて、スピーカーから2回「How was your day today?」と発せられので、ユーザーはその都度、瞬間的に英語で「How was your day today?」と発声する。ユーザーがスピーカーから発せられる英語を聞き、そのまま英語で返すまでの目標時間は、「日本語の一秒返し」と同様に1秒とする。
実施例では、会話文ごとに間隔をあけているので、ユーザーは、発せられた英語が何かをきちんと聴き取り、そして瞬間的に記憶し、それをすぐに自分で発声する「one shot repeating method/一秒返しトレーニング」を効果的に練習することが可能である。
The second embodiment is “Foreign language one second return”. In the present embodiment, it is effective to practice at the next stage after mastering the first embodiment "Japanese one second return".
Examples of communication texts in a foreign language include “How was your day today?”, “Never mind”, “What are you up to?”, “I'm into jazz”, etc. And conversational sentences frequently used in daily conversation. The compact disc contains the above English conversation sentences at regular intervals in the order of English → English → English. The user listens to English “How was your day today?” From a speaker storing a compact disc, and instantaneously says “How was your day today?” In English. After that, the speaker utters “How was your day today?” Twice at regular intervals, and the user instantaneously utters “How was your day today?” In English each time. The target time for the user to listen to the English spoken from the speaker and return it in English as it is is assumed to be 1 second, as in “Returning 1 second in Japanese”.
In the embodiment, since the conversation sentence is spaced, the user listens to what is spoken English properly, memorizes it momentarily, and immediately utters it by himself “one shot repeating method” / 1 second training "can be practiced effectively.

上記の二つの学習方法を繰り返し練習することで、応答する文章が無意識に口をついて発せられるようになると、その会話文が使用される状況において即座に発することができ、外国語によっても円滑なコミュニケーションを図ることができる。By practicing the above two learning methods repeatedly, when the response sentence is spoken unconsciously, it can be immediately spoken in the situation where the conversation sentence is used, and even in a foreign language Can communicate.

1 外国語の会話文の例、2 日本語の会話文の例、3 会話文が使用される状況の説明文、  1 An example of a conversational sentence in a foreign language, 2 An example of a conversational sentence in Japanese, 3 An explanation of the situation in which the conversational sentence is used,
