Description

The present invention relates to a corrugated tube for a wire harness and a wire harness that is focused and protected by the corrugated tube, and more particularly, to make it possible to easily and reliably separate wires that are desired to be separated from each other in a wire group of a wire harness that is routed in an automobile. is there.

A wire harness composed of a large number of electric wires arranged in an automobile or the like is bundled by bundling these electric wire groups and wound with an adhesive tape or the like. When bundling a group of wires, the wires are bundled at random, and the wires that need to be separated at a required distance, such as wires that generate large currents or large voltage fluctuations and become noise sources, and signal circuits that are adversely affected by noise, In some cases, wires such as an acoustic circuit and a video circuit are located close to each other.

Even if the wires that are to be separated at such a distance are positioned on the outer circumference facing the diametrical direction, which is the farthest position in the group of wires to be bundled, the positional deviation of the wires may occur during tape winding or after bundling. There is a possibility that the electric wires that are generated and are to be separated come close to each other.

As shown in FIG. 8 of Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-39487, the present applicant addresses the above problem by placing a corrugated tube 130 between the wire groups 100A and 100B that are desired to be separated from each other in the wire group of the wire harness 100. One electric wire group 100A is inserted inside the corrugated tube 130, the other electric wire group 100B is wired on the outer peripheral surface of the corrugated tube 130, and the outer periphery thereof is spirally wound with a tape 150.

Further, as shown in FIG. 9, the applicant of the present application disclosed a forming wire covered with a covering member 210 formed by wrapping a non-woven fabric around a wire group constituting the wire harness 100 and hot pressing, as shown in FIG. 9. A harness is provided. On the outer peripheral surface of the covering member 210, a path restricting portion 214 that holds a long material 212 that is different from a wire group that constitutes a wire harness such as a washer hose and an opener cable is provided by screwing or the like. .
If the electric wire to be separated is held and wired in the path regulating portion 214 at a position away from the outer peripheral surface of the covering member 210, the electric wires can be separated from each other.

特開2004−39487号公報JP 2004-39487 A 特開2013−192380号公報JP 2013-192380 A

When it is set as the structure of the patent document 1 shown in the said FIG. 8, the positioning of the electric wire which comprises the electric wire group 100A within the corrugated tube 130 is not performed. Therefore, the electric wire 100A-1 in the corrugated tube 130 whose distance is to be separated and the electric wire 100B-1 on the outer peripheral side of the corrugated tube 130 are close to each other with the corrugated tube 130 interposed therebetween, so It cannot be guaranteed that the wiring is open.

Further, in the case of the configuration of Patent Document 2 shown in FIG. 9, the covering member 210 is formed by hot pressing after covering the wire group of the wire harness with the nonwoven fabric, and the path regulating portion 214 is formed on the outer surface of the covering member 210. There is a problem in that it is necessary to attach the device, and the formation process takes time and costs are increased.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and can guarantee that the wires that are desired to be separated from each other are reliably separated from each other, and requires a post-molding operation such as hot pressing after the covering material is wound around the wires. The problem is to reduce the number of work and cost.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention provides a corrugated tube made of a resin having a peripheral wall in which annular ridges and valleys are alternately provided in the axial direction.
A first-type electric wire and a second-type electric wire that project from a pair of electric wire holding portions projecting in a diametrically opposed position on the outer surface of the crest portion of the peripheral wall through which the electric wire group of the wire harness is inserted. There is provided a corrugated tube for a wire harness configured to be able to wire by inserting and holding electric wires.

One slit is provided continuously in the length direction on the peripheral wall, the wire holding portions are provided at both side positions approximately 90 degrees away from the slit, and these wire holding portions protrude integrally from the outer surface of the mountain portion. It is preferable to use a C-shaped frame or an L-shaped frame.

When the corrugated tube of the present invention configured as described above is used, it is possible to reliably separate the electric wires that are desired to be separated with a dimension corresponding to the outer diameter of the corrugated tube. In addition, since it is only necessary to pass the wire to be separated through the wire holding part protruding from the outer surface of the corrugated tube, it does not require much work, and only a slight improvement is made to the widely used corrugated tube manufacturing equipment. Thus, the corrugated tube of the present invention can be easily manufactured.

The electric wire holding part provided on the outer surface of the peak part of the corrugated tube may be provided in all the mountain parts sandwiching the valley part, or the electric wire holding part is provided in the mountain part having a plurality of peak parts opened at a constant pitch. May be. Furthermore, you may provide an electric wire holding part only in the peak part of a required area | region.

Moreover, this invention winds an adhesive tape in the state which passed the said 1st type electric wire and the 2nd type electric wire through the said electric wire holding | maintenance part while inserting the said electric wire group of a wire harness through the said corrugated tube, respectively. Thus, a wire harness is provided in which the opening of the slit is prevented and the first type electric wire and the second type electric wire are fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the peripheral wall.

In the corrugated tube for a wire harness of the present invention having the above-described configuration, a pair of electric wire holding portions project from the farthest positions on the outer surface, and the electric wires to be separated are held through the electric wire holding portions. The electric wires can be reliably separated by opening a separation dimension corresponding to the diameter dimension.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 to 4 show a first embodiment of the present invention.
In the first embodiment, the wire harness 100 to be routed in an automobile is packaged with the corrugated tube 1 and focused and protected.

As shown in FIG. 2, many of the wire harnesses 100 are composed of a wire group 10 inserted into the corrugated tube 1, a large current circuit wire that is held and wired on the outer surface of the corrugated tube 1, and voltage fluctuation is large. A first type electric wire 11 that is a noise generation source composed of an electric wire and the like, and a second type such as a signal circuit electric wire that needs to be blocked from the first type electric wire 11 that is a noise generation source at a certain distance or more. It consists of an electric wire 12.

In the present embodiment, in the wire harness 100, the wires of the wire group 10 inserted into the corrugated tube 1 are mainly small-diameter and medium-diameter round covered wires. The first type electric wire 11 is composed of a large-diameter electric wire serving as one power supply line. The second type electric wire 12 is made up of two twisted electric wires for signal circuits which are small diameter electric wires connected to the electronic control unit.

As shown in FIG. 1, the corrugated tube 1 is a resin tube made of an extruded product, and includes a cylindrical peripheral wall 4 in which annular ridges 2 and valleys 3 are alternately provided in the axial direction L. Yes. A hollow portion surrounded by the peripheral wall 4 is used as an electric wire insertion path 5. One slit 6 continuous in the length direction L is provided on the peripheral wall 4, and the slit 6 is opened to insert the wire group 10 of the wire harness 100 into the wire insertion path 5. The size of the corrugated tube 1 is assumed to have an inner diameter corresponding to the outer diameter of the electric wire group 10 inserted through the electric wire insertion passage 5.

On the outer peripheral surface of the peak portion 2 of the corrugated tube 1, a pair of electric wire holding portions 8, 9 project from the slit 6 at a position facing the diametrical direction opened 90 degrees in the left-right circumferential direction. The electric wire holding portions 8 and 9 protrude from the entire mountain portion 2 with one valley portion 3 jumped, and are provided intermittently in the length direction L of the corrugated tube 1 to provide electric wire holding portions 8 and 9. ing.
The pair of electric wire holding portions 8 and 9 are C-shaped frames having one end continuous with the peripheral wall 4. These electric wire holding portions 8 and 9 are sized so that the first type electric wires 11 and the second type electric wires 12 can be inserted and held in the C-shaped frame.

The outer diameter of the peak portion 2 of the corrugated tube 1 is 7.8 mm to 38.0 mm. Therefore, the separation dimension X between the first type electric wire 11 and the second type electric wire 12 inserted and held in the electric wire holding portions 8 and 9, respectively. Is the same as the outer diameter of the peak.

The corrugated tube 1 in which the electric wire holding portions 8 and 9 are protruded from the peripheral wall 4 is manufactured by a corrugated tube manufacturing apparatus 20 shown in FIG. 3 in which a slight improvement is applied to a conventional corrugated tube continuous extrusion manufacturing apparatus. Yes.

The corrugated tube manufacturing apparatus 20 has a pair of rotationally connected bodies 22A and 22B in which the molds 21 are connected endlessly in the same manner as a general-purpose manufacturing apparatus, and is rotated in the direction of the arrow in the figure, and at a proximity position. The upper and lower molds 21A and 21B form an annular mold, the corrugated tube crest 2 is formed by the concave portions 23 provided on the mold surfaces of the upper and lower molds 21A and 21B, and the convex portion 24 forms the trough 3 Is molded.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3 (C), a groove 25 for forming an electric wire holding portion is provided from a part of the bottom surface of the concave portion 23 for forming the mountain portion of the upper and lower molds 21 (21A, 21B). ing. In addition, C-shaped bending dies 26 and 27 are disposed in the vicinity of the outlet 30 where the rotary coupling bodies 22A and 22B are separated from each other vertically.
On the outer periphery of the peak portion 2 of the corrugated tube 1 pushed out from the outlet 30, straight protrusions 28 and 29 are formed in the outer diameter direction by the groove 25. At the stage of being pushed out from the outlet 30, it is not yet completely cured and has flexibility, so that the protrusions 28 and 29 are respectively formed by C-shaped bending dies 26 and 27 as shown in FIG. The wire holding portions 8 and 9 made of the C-shaped frame are forcibly bent.

In the step shown in FIG. 4, the wire harness 100 is focused and protected using the corrugated tube 1 of the present invention.
First, as shown in FIG. 4A, the slit 6 of the corrugated tube 1 is opened, and the wire group 10 of the wire harness 100 is passed through the wire insertion passage 5.
Thereafter, as shown in FIGS. 4B and 4C, the first type electric wire 11 to be separated is passed through one electric wire holding portion 8 projecting from the outer peripheral surface of the peak portion 2 of the corrugated tube 1 and then the corrugated tube. 1 is wired along the length direction on the outer surface. Similarly, the other second type electric wire 12 is passed through the other electric wire holding portion 9 and wired along the length direction on the outer surface of the corrugated tube 1. In this state, the first type electric wire 11 and the second type electric wire 12 are spaced apart from each other by a separation dimension X equivalent to the outer diameter of the peak portion 2 of the corrugated tube 1.

As described above, after the electric wire group 10 is held inside the corrugated tube 1 and the first type electric wire 11 and the second type electric wire 12 are held and wired by the electric wire holding portions 8 and 9 outside the corrugated tube 1, FIG. As shown in (D), the adhesive tape 15 is spirally wound around the outer peripheral surface of the corrugated tube 1. In this way, by winding the adhesive tape 15, the opening of the slit 6 of the corrugated tube 1 is prevented, and the wiring positions of the first type electric wire 11 and the second type electric wire 12 wired on the outer peripheral surface of the corrugated tube 1 are ensured. Hold on.

As described above, the pair of electric wire holding portions 8 and 9 are provided at positions away from the outer peripheral surface of the corrugated tube 1, the first type electric wire 11 to be separated is passed through the electric wire holding portion 8, and the second type electric wire 12 is held. By holding through the electric wire holding part 9, the 1st type electric wire 11 and the 2nd type electric wire 12 can be hold | maintained in a separation state, and separation can be guaranteed.
Moreover, since the electric wire holding | maintenance parts 8 and 9 provided in the outer surface of the corrugated tube 1 protrude in the outer surface of the peak part 2 which jumped one trough part 3, the bending property of the corrugated tube 1 is not inhibited. Therefore, in the region where the corrugated tube 1 is bent, the first type electric wires 11 and the second type electric wires 12 can be smoothly bent along the corrugated tube 1.
Furthermore, the corrugated tube 1 of the present invention can be manufactured by slightly improving the conventional continuous extrusion manufacturing apparatus for corrugated tubes.

The shape of the electric wire holding portions 8 and 9 is not limited to the C-shaped frame, and the shape of the electric wire holding portions 8 and 9 may be L-shaped as shown in FIG.
Further, as shown in FIG. 5B, a semicircular arc shape may be used. In the case of the semicircular arc shape, the wire holding portions 8 and 9 can be formed by providing a groove protruding in a substantially semicircular arc shape from the bottom surface of the concave portion for forming the peak portion of the mold of the corrugated tube manufacturing apparatus, and provided at the outlet A C-shaped bending mold can be eliminated.
As described above, when the electric wire holding portions 8 and 9 are L-shaped and semicircular, the first type electric wires and the second type electric wires are more easily dropped from the electric wire holding portions 8 and 9 than the C shape. Since the first type electric wire and the second type electric wire are wound around the outer peripheral surface of the corrugated tube and wound, the drop of the first type electric wire and the second type electric wire can be prevented.
Since other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment, the same reference numerals are given and description thereof is omitted.

FIG. 6 shows a second embodiment.
The corrugated tube 1-B of the second embodiment is not provided with a slit. In addition, the C-shaped frames of the electric wire holding portions 8 -B and 9 -B protruding from the outer peripheral surface of the peak portion 2 have a smaller upper surface opening than the first embodiment and about 60 degrees. The first type electric wire 11 and the second type electric wire 12 are inserted by pushing open the protruding ends of the electric wire holding portions 8 -B and 9 -B, and after the insertion, the first type electric wires 11 and the second type electric wires 12 are restored. It is held so as to be embraced so that it can be reliably prevented from falling off the electric wire holding part. In the second embodiment, the second type electric wire 12 is not a twisted electric wire but a single signal circuit electric wire.
Since the corrugated tube 1-B of the second embodiment does not have a slit, it is not necessary to wrap an adhesive tape to prevent opening of the corrugated tube 1-B, and the electric wire holding portions 8-B and 9- B can reliably hold the inserted first-type electric wire 11 and second-type electric wire 12 without wrapping of the adhesive tape without dropping off.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment. As shown in FIG. 7A, the wire holding portions 8 and 9 protruding from the outer peripheral surface of the peak portion 2 of the corrugated tube are retrofitted to the peak portion of the required region S. You may attach only to the outer surface. Thus, when attaching the electric wire holding parts 8 and 9 by retrofitting, it can be set as the electric wire holding part of the magnitude | size and shape corresponding to the electric wire diameter to hold | maintain.

Further, as shown in FIG. 7 (B), the wire holding portions 8 and 9 are not provided in the entire mountain portion 2, and the plurality of mountain portions 2 (two jumps in the present embodiment) such as 2 to 5 are provided. It may be provided. In this case, it is only necessary to provide the groove for every required number of recesses without protruding the wire holding portion forming grooves from all the recesses for forming the peak portions of the mold of the corrugated tube manufacturing apparatus.

Further, the corrugated tube itself may have a deformed cylindrical shape such as a long cylindrical shape, an elliptical cylindrical shape, or a rectangular cylindrical shape.
