Description

The present invention relates to an adapter for indirect hot wire construction. In particular, the present invention relates to a structure of an adapter for indirect hot-wire work that can be attached to a pair of open and close gripping arms provided at the tip of an indirect hot-wire tool such as an insulating operation rod and peel off a coating such as a high-voltage underline.

There are two types of hot-line work that performs high-voltage distribution lines without power interruption: direct hot-wire method and indirect hot-wire method. In the direct hot wire construction method, workers wear protective equipment such as high-pressure rubber gloves and perform power distribution work by directly touching the high-voltage distribution line that is energized. On the other hand, the indirect hot wire method allows the operator to perform power distribution work without directly touching the high-voltage power distribution line that is energized using an insulating operation rod (hot stick) or the like.

In general, an insulating operation rod is composed of a long operation rod and a power distribution work tool (hereinafter referred to as a tip tool) attached to the tip of the operation rod. And the insulation operating rod is comprised so that a front-end tool can be replaced | exchanged according to the work objectives, such as holding | griping or cutting | disconnecting a high voltage distribution line.

As an insulating operation rod for gripping such a remotely disposed high-voltage distribution line, an insulating operation rod for remote gripping that can open and close a pair of gripping arms provided at the tip of the insulating operation rod by hand operation, so-called “insulation” Yatko is known.

In addition to the work to grip the electric wire using the above-mentioned insulating Yatco, indirect hot-wire construction that can attach a pair of opening and closing adapters to a pair of gripping arms and peel off the coating such as the high-voltage underline that branches off from the high-voltage distribution line An adapter is disclosed (for example, refer to Patent Document 1).

The adapter for indirect hot wire construction according to Patent Document 1 includes a disk-shaped first cutting blade in which one adapter faces the center of the electric wire and can cut the coating from the outer peripheral direction of the electric wire, and the other adapter is the electric wire of the electric wire. A pair of disc-shaped second cutting blades that can be cut from the outer peripheral direction of the electric wire toward the center, and can be cut by rotating either the electric wire or the insulating operation rod around the axis. , And.

In addition to the work of gripping electric wires using an insulated Yatco, for indirect hot-wire construction that can attach a pair of opening and closing adapters to a pair of gripping arms and peel off the coating such as high-voltage underline that branches off from the high-voltage distribution line An adapter is disclosed (for example, see Patent Document 2).

The adapter for indirect hot wire construction according to Patent Document 2 has a pair of opening and closing adapters having a cutting blade provided with a semicircular blade edge close to each other and cutting the coating of the electric wire at the tip, and a lower portion of the cutting blade The pair of divided blocks have an accommodation hole into which the end of the electric wire can be inserted when their opposing surfaces abut each other, and the end edge of the electric wire is the bottom surface of the accommodation hole. The cutting length of the coating is defined by abutting on.

特開2009−201241号公報JP 2009-201241 A 特開2008−125293号公報JP 2008-125293 A

However, the adapter for indirect hot-wire construction according to Patent Document 1 has a cylindrical guide member disposed between a pair of open / close adapters. And the terminal of the electric wire is inserted into the inside of this guide member, and the coating of the electric wire is peeled off. Therefore, there is a problem that the peeled coating remains inside the guide member and it is not easy to collect the peeled coating. There is a need for an adapter for indirect hot wire construction that can easily recover the coating peeled off from the electric wire.

In addition, the adapter for indirect hot wire construction according to Patent Document 2 can easily recover the coating peeled from the electric wire, but the cutting length of the coating is defined by the distance to the bottom surface of the receiving hole. For this reason, the adapter for indirect hot wire construction according to Patent Document 2 has a problem that it is difficult to change the cutting length of the coating. There is a demand for an adapter for indirect hot-wire construction that makes it easy to vary the cutting length of the wire coating. The above can be said to be the subject of the present invention.

This invention is made in view of such a subject, and is an adapter for indirect hot wire construction which can be attached to a pair of opening and closing gripping arms provided at the tip of an indirect hot wire tool such as an insulating operation rod. An object of the present invention is to provide an adapter for indirect hot wire construction that can easily recover the coating peeled off from the electric wire and can easily change the cutting length of the coating of the electric wire.

The present inventor attaches a pair of indirect hot-wire construction adapters to a pair of opening and closing gripping arms provided at the tip of the insulating operation rod, and these indirect hot-wire construction adapters protrude in the centrifugal direction from the gripping arms. It is equipped with a block-shaped adapter body fixed to the gripping claw. One adapter body is provided with a cutting tool that can cut the sheath of the wire from the outer peripheral direction, and the other adapter body can be introduced with the sheath from the outer peripheral direction.
