Description

The present invention relates to an oil-filled electrical device such as an oil-filled transformer or an oil-filled reactor.

Oil-filled electrical equipment such as oil-filled transformers and oil-filled reactors are configured by housing an electrical equipment body together with insulating oil in a tank. In this type of electrical equipment, when a short circuit accident or a ground fault occurs in the tank, the temperature of the equipment rises rapidly, the internal pressure of the tank rises, and the tank may be destroyed. Therefore, in this type of electrical equipment, a pressure relief device is attached to the tank, and the pressure relief device is operated when the pressure in the tank rises excessively, thereby releasing the pressure in the tank. . When the pressure relief device performs the pressure relief operation, the gas in the tank is released and the insulating oil is also released. In order to prevent contamination around the electrical equipment, it is necessary to collect the ejected insulating oil. However, if the oil is scattered on the installation surface of the electrical equipment, it becomes difficult to collect the oil. Therefore, as shown in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2, an oil tank is disposed below the pressure release port of the pressure release device, and the pressure release port of the pressure release device is connected to the oil tank through the oil guide pipe. The oil released from the pressure relief device is stored in the oil tank.

FIG. 2 shows a configuration of a main part of a conventional oil-filled transformer provided with an oil tank for storing oil discharged from the pressure relief device. In FIG. 2, reference numeral 1 denotes a hermetically sealed transformer tank, in which a transformer main body is accommodated together with insulating oil, and a pressure relief device 3 is attached to the upper part of the side surface of the tank 1 through a pressure relief pipe 2. The pressure release device 3 includes, for example, a pressure release valve that opens when the pressure in the tank 1 rises to a set value and closes when the pressure in the tank drops below the set value. When the pressure rises to the set value, the pressure relief operation is performed by opening the pressure relief valve. When the pressure release device 3 performs the pressure release operation, the gas and the insulating oil in the tank 1 are released from the pressure release port of the pressure release device 3.

In the example shown in FIG. 2, an oil tank 5 is supported on the side wall of the tank 1 via a support fitting 4, and an oil guide pipe is provided between the pressure release port provided at the lower end of the pressure release device 3 and the upper part of the oil tank 5. 6 is connected. In order to prevent the pressure release operation from being hindered due to an increase in the pressure in the oil tank 5, an inverted J-shaped vent pipe 7 that connects the upper space and the outside is attached to the upper part of the oil tank 5. Performs a pressure releasing operation, and when the pressure in the oil tank 5 rises, the gas in the oil tank 5 is discharged from the vent pipe 7 to the outside.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 54-49536

In a conventional oil-filled electrical device provided with an oil tank for storing oil released from the pressure release device, when the amount of gas and oil released from the pressure release device 3 into the oil tank 5 is large, it is externally connected from the vent pipe 7. The amount of oil particles contained in the gas discharged into the tank increased, and the surrounding contamination by the oil particles became a problem.

It is also possible to attach a filter that catches oil particles at the outlet of the vent pipe, but attaching a filter to the outlet of the vent pipe is not preferable because it prevents gas from flowing out of the oil tank when the filter is clogged. .

An object of the present invention is to provide an oil-filled electrical device capable of reducing the amount of oil particles discharged to the outside through a vent pipe attached to an oil tank for storing oil discharged from a pressure relief device. It is in.

The present invention relates to a tank that houses an electric device body together with insulating oil, a pressure relief device that is attached to the tank via a pressure relief pipe and performs a pressure relief operation when the pressure in the tank rises, and a lower part of the pressure relief device When the pressure relief device performs a pressure relief operation, the oil tank connected to the pressure relief port of the pressure relief device through the oil guide pipe and a vent pipe communicating the upper space in the oil tank to the outside It is intended for oil-filled electrical equipment configured to receive gas and oil ejected from a pressure release port into an oil tank through an oil guide pipe.

In the present invention, a vent pipe having a bent shape having two folded portions between one end and the other end is used. The vent pipe is attached to the oil tank with one end opened to the upper space in the oil tank and the other end opened downward outside the oil tank.

As described above, when a pipe having a bent shape having two folded portions between one end and the other end is used as a vent pipe for communicating the upper space in the oil tank to the outside, the opening of the upper space in the oil tank It is difficult for gas containing oil particles to flow into the part (upward), and the flow path resistance in the vent pipe can be increased moderately, so that the original function of the vent pipe is to release pressure in the oil tank quickly. Without impairing, the flow rate of the gas (gas containing oil particles) passing through the inside of the vent pipe can be appropriately reduced. In addition, since the direction of the gas flow can be changed twice when the gas passes through the inside of the vent pipe, the oil particles in the gas are attached to the inner surface of the vent pipe in combination with the reduction in the gas flow velocity. The chance of adhering and capturing can be increased, and the amount of oil particles contained in the gas discharged from the inside of the oil tank to the outside can be reduced.

Usually, the oil tank includes an oil tank main body having a side wall portion and a bottom wall portion, and a ceiling plate that closes the upper end of the oil tank main body, and the oil guide pipe is connected to the oil guide pipe connecting portion provided on the ceiling plate of the oil tank. It is connected in an airtight and liquid tight manner and communicates with the oil tank. In this case, it is preferable to use an S-shaped tube having two folded portions as the vent tube. In the case of using an S-shaped vent pipe, the vent pipe is attached to the oil tank in a state of penetrating the ceiling plate of the oil tank in an airtight and liquid-tight manner, and one folded portion thereof is disposed in the upper space in the oil tank, One end arranged in the oil tank of the trachea is made to face the ceiling plate of the oil tank through a gap at a position avoiding the oil guide pipe. The other end of the vent pipe disposed outside the oil tank is opened downward at a position outside the outer peripheral edge of the ceiling plate of the oil tank.

When one end of the vent pipe is opposed to the ceiling plate of the oil tank through a gap as described above, the gas that has flowed into the oil tank once changes to the ceiling board of the oil tank and then flows into the vent pipe. It is possible to more reliably capture the oil particles contained therein.

In each of the above embodiments, when the vent pipe is formed in a bellows shape, a large number of irregularities can be formed on the inner surface thereof, so that oil particles can be captured more reliably.

According to the present invention, two folded portions are provided between one end and the other end as a vent pipe that communicates the upper space in the oil tank in which the oil discharged from the tank of the electrical equipment is discharged through the pressure relief device. By using a pipe having a bent shape having a moderately large flow resistance in the vent pipe, and in the range where the original function of the vent pipe is not impaired, inflow of gas containing oil particles or in the vent pipe In addition to reducing the gas flow rate and changing the direction of the gas passing through the vent pipe twice, it is possible to increase the chance that oil particles in the gas adhere to the inner surface of the vent pipe and be captured. The amount of oil particles contained in the gas discharged outside through the trachea can be reduced.

It is the side view which showed the structure of the principal part of one Embodiment of this invention. It is the side view which showed the structure of the principal part of the conventional oil-filled electrical equipment.

The present invention can be applied to an oil-filled electrical device such as an oil-filled electrical device or an oil-filled reactor that is configured by housing an electrical device main body together with insulating oil in a tank. The case where the present invention is applied to a transformer will be described in detail.

FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention. In the figure, 1 is a transformer tank having a hermetically sealed structure, and the transformer body is accommodated in the tank 1 together with insulating oil. A pressure relief device 3 is attached to the upper part of the side surface of the tank 1 through a pressure relief pipe 2. The pressure release pipe 2 is curved so that one end and the other end are directed in directions different from each other by 90 degrees, and a first pressure release pipe 2a whose one end is connected to the upper part of the side surface of the tank 1 and a first opening opened upward. The second pressure relief pipe 2b having one end connected to the other end of the pressure relief pipe 2a is connected to the other end of the second pressure relief pipe 2b opened downward. A pressure relief device 3 having 3a is attached.

The pressure relief device 3 includes, for example, a pressure relief valve that opens when the pressure in the tank 1 rises to a set value and closes when the pressure in the tank falls below the set value, inside the pressure relief port 3a. When the internal pressure of the tank 1 rises to the set value, the pressure release valve is opened, and the gas and insulating oil in the tank 1 are released from the pressure release port 3a.

An oil tank 5 is supported on the side wall of the tank 1 via a support fitting 4 in order to store the insulating oil discharged from the pressure relief device 3. The oil tank 5 includes an oil tank body 5a having a side wall part 5a1 and a bottom wall part 5a2 and having an upper end opened, and a ceiling plate 5b that closes the upper end opening of the oil tank body 5a in an airtight and liquid-tight manner. The lower end of the oil guide pipe 6 whose upper end is connected to the pressure release port 3a of the pressure release device in an airtight and liquid-tight manner is connected to the ceiling plate of the oil tank 5 in an airtight and liquid-tight manner and communicated with the oil tank 5. Yes.

In the illustrated example, the lower end of an oil guide pipe connecting portion 5c made of a short pipe having a flange at the upper end is connected to the peripheral edge of a hole formed in the center portion of the ceiling plate 5b by welding in an air-tight and liquid-tight manner. The flanges provided at the upper end and the lower end of 6 are connected to the flange provided at the pressure release port 3a of the pressure release device 3 and the flange at the upper end of the oil guide pipe connecting portion 5c, respectively, so that the pressure is released. The pressure release port of the apparatus 3 and the inside of the oil tank 5 are communicated. A drain cock 5d for removing oil accumulated in the oil tank 5 is attached to the lower part of the oil tank 5, and the oil in the oil tank 5 can be extracted by opening the cock.

In order to prevent the pressure in the oil tank 5 from rising excessively when the pressure release device 3 performs the pressure release operation, a vent pipe 70 that connects the upper space in the oil tank and the outside is provided at the upper part of the oil tank 5. It is attached. In the present embodiment, the vent pipe 70 is an S-shaped pipe having two curved folded portions 70a and 70b. The vent pipe 70 is attached to the oil tank at a position avoiding the pressure release pipe 6 (at a position avoiding the pressure release pipe connecting portion 5c) in an airtight and liquid-tight manner through the ceiling plate 5b of the oil tank 5. The folded portion 70 a is disposed in the upper space in the oil tank 5, and the other folded portion 70 b is disposed outside the oil tank 5. One end 70a1 disposed in the oil tank 5 of the ventilation pipe 70 is opposed to the ceiling plate 5b of the oil tank 1 through a gap at a position avoiding the oil guide pipe 6 (at a position not facing the oil guide pipe 6). The other end 70 b 1 of the vent pipe 70 arranged outside is opened downward at a position outside the outer peripheral edge of the ceiling plate 5 b of the oil tank 5.

In the oil-filled transformer shown in FIG. 1, when an accident occurs in the transformer tank 1 and the internal pressure of the tank exceeds the set value, the pressure release device 3 performs a pressure release operation to remove the gas and oil in the tank 1. When the pressure in the tank 1 decreases due to the discharge, the pressure release valve of the pressure release device 3 is closed to stop the release of gas and oil. The gas and oil released when the pressure release device 3 performs the pressure release operation flow into the oil tank 5 through the oil guide pipe 6, and the internal pressure of the oil tank 5 increases. At this time, the gas containing oil particles is discharged from the oil tank 5 through the vent pipe 70.

As described above, when an S-shaped pipe having a bent shape having two folded portions between one end and the other end is used as the vent pipe 70 for communicating the upper space in the oil tank 5 with the outside, FIG. Compared with the case where the shape of the vent pipe is an inverted J shape as shown in Fig. 1, the original function of the vent pipe is to increase the flow resistance in the vent pipe 70 moderately and to quickly release the pressure in the oil tank. The flow rate of the gas passing through the inside of the vent pipe can be appropriately reduced within a range that does not impair. Further, since the direction of the gas flow can be changed twice when the gas passes through the vent pipe 70, coupled with the fact that the gas flow rate can be reduced, oil particles in the gas are caused to flow into the vent pipe 70. It is possible to increase the chance of adhering to and trapping on the inner surface of the oil tank, and to reduce the amount of oil particles contained in the gas discharged from the oil tank to the outside.

In each of the above embodiments, the vent pipe can be formed in a bellows shape. When the vent pipe is formed in a bellows shape, a large number of irregularities can be formed on the inner surface of the vent pipe, so that oil particles can be captured more reliably.
