従来から、救急医療における患者搬送時の情報伝達は、電話による音声伝達が主である。しかし、音声だけでは情報は的確に伝わらない。また、現存のシステムは救急隊が到着してから病院搬送までをいかに効率よく行うかに腐心している。一方、患者目線のサービスを探してみると、患者は医療を提供される受け身の立場であるので、患者が自分の為に医療機関を改善しようとする試みは極端に少ない。企業や行政が関与し、患者目線で試みたものは、いくつか見つかる。しかし、啓発的なものや学習教材的な要素の強いものがほとんどで、1分1秒を争う緊急時には役に立たない。緊急時に使えるものは皆無といっていい状況である。一方で、社会背景を考えると、スマートフォンの普及が著しい。
そして、スマートフォンには、動画録音と音声会話の機能が標準装備されている。そこで、スマートフォンを用いることにより患者の緊急時、如何に医師がアプローチできるかに関してインフラ整備に関する発明である。[特許文献1]のようにバイタル値を共有するシステムの提案はあるが、スマートフォンを利用し、個々の患者の自発的なシステムの提案はない。Conventionally, information transmission at the time of patient transportation in emergency medicine has been mainly voice transmission by telephone. Although there is a proposal of a system that shares vital values as in [Patent Document 1], there is no proposal of a spontaneous system for each patient using a smartphone.
救急医療において、医師が1分1秒でも早く、患者に到達することは重要である。問題解決のための試みとして、ヘリコプターや車を用いて,医師を現場まで派遣しようとする試みや、救急車における搬送システムにおいて、救急車が病院到着までの時間効率を改善するための試みはすでになされている。しかし、これらは次のような欠点があった。
(イ)Dr.HeliやDr.Carの取り組みは如何に医師が患者に到着するかに腐心している。しかし,派遣できる医師のリソースが限られている、天候・時刻・場所等にと多くの条件に左右されるなど問題を抱えている。
(ロ)e−MATCHシステム等 救急搬送から病院までの効率を向上させようとする試みは行われているが、医療従事者側の入力の手間がかかるなど、利便性の面から、導入されてもあまり活用されていない実情がある。
本発明は、以上のような取り組みの欠点を踏まえ、患者の発症直後の容態を病院の医師、救急隊が初期段階から共有し、治療の効率化・救命率向上を目指すものである。In emergency medicine, it is important that the doctor reaches the patient as soon as possible for 1

本発明は、スマートフォンを使ったアプリケーションを基本とした情報共有システムである。スマートフォンは多くの人が持ち歩き、簡易コンピューターの代替を果たす程性能が向上してきている。そこで、スマートフォンを簡易遠隔診療所のメインコンピュータ(プラットフォーム)とみなすことができれば、スマートフォンがあるところを中心にどこにでも診療所ができることになる。
これは、Portable Doctorという新しい発想である。患者が医師のもとに行くのではなく、患者がいるところが診察室になるのである。スマートフォンには、動画録音と音声会話の機能が標準装備されている。これが医師の目と口の変わりとなる。音声文字認識機能を搭載し、バイタル測定機器と連動させ、そのデータをスマホにデータ送信をし、その後電子カルテと連動してデータを反映させる。電子カルテに反映させることで、入力の手間を省くことができ、初期の治療の貴重な時間を確保できる。発症直後に得られた情報は、貴重な情報である。本発明は、スマートフォンとそれに搭載されたアプリケーション、バイタル値を測定できる電子機器、そしてそれらの活きた情報を添付できる電子カルテの構成よりなる。The present invention is an information sharing system based on an application using a smartphone. (ヘ)診断にかかる時間の短縮、及び無駄をなくせることによる人材配置の方法を改良することができる。必要な医療従事者を適材適所に配置できることにより労働力の偏在を解消する
(ト)救命率・社会復帰率の向上が見込まれる。
(チ)AED、バイタル測定器と併せると、更なる救命率・社会復帰率の向上が見込まれる。
(リ)非医療従事者でも、救命に貢献できる。
