Description

The present invention relates to a rotary applicator configured to rotate a brush (applying body) for applying an application agent such as liquid or powdery cosmetic to a target part such as eyelashes.

Conventionally, there is a rotary mascara which is a kind of rotary applicator, in which a cosmetic is easily applied by rotating a brush. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a motor-type electric mascara that drives a brush of a motor to rotate forward and backward. However, since this mascara requires an electrical component, it becomes heavy and unusable.

Patent Document 2 discloses a mascara that manually rotates a brush. However, in this mascara, a push button for rotating the brush is provided in the housing cylinder, and the housing cylinder has many components around the button, and it is difficult to reduce the size and weight. Since the housing cylinder is a part that is held by hand when applying mascara, it is required to be small and light. However, in Patent Document 2, it is difficult to meet the request, and the usability may be hindered.

Patent Document 3 discloses a mascara that controls rotation, in which the brush is rotated by the pressing of the pressing portion, the cosmetic is applied to the brush, and reversely rotates when the pressing is released. In addition to the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder, a separate pressing portion is required, so that the number of components increases.

In view of such circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a rotary applicator that does not require a pressing portion and can be sufficiently applied by automatically rotating an applicator by removing a storage cylinder.

According to the present invention, an application body for application is rotatably supported with respect to the main body, and an accommodation cylinder that covers the application body and accommodates the coating agent is detachably provided on the main body. In the rotary applicator in which the application body rotates in the radial direction with respect to the main body by removing from the main body,
A slider having a mechanism for rotationally driving the application body by moving the housing cylinder relative to the main body;
A reduction member that decelerates movement of the slider relative to the main body between the slider and the main body;
The rotary applicator is characterized in that when the container is removed from the main body, the coating agent in the container is attached to a rotating application body.

In the present invention, it is preferable that the speed reduction member uses a plurality of ring-shaped members that generate sliding friction.

Further, in the present invention, the mechanism for rotationally driving the slider application body is provided with a rotor having a spiral groove in the shaft extending from the application body and a claw portion of the slider, and the spiral of this rotor. It is preferable that when the groove and the claw portion of the slider are in contact, the shaft portion is rotationally driven to rotate the application body.

In the present invention, when removing the storage cylinder from the main body, the coating agent in the storage cylinder adheres to the rotating application body, so that it can be automatically applied to the rotating application body simply by removing the storage cylinder from the main body. Since the agent is allowed to adhere, the coating agent can be used evenly on the entire circumference of the application body. Time and effort during application can be reduced.

Further, it is possible to provide a simple structure that can be used in the same manner as a normal applicator simply by removing the housing cylinder from the main body without relying on an electric drive such as a motor.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

1 to 7 are explanatory views of the rotary applicator according to the embodiment. FIG. 1 is an overall view, FIG. 2 is a view when removing a storage tube, FIG. 3 is a start of rotation, FIG. 5-7 is each component drawing.

As shown in FIG. 1, the rotary applicator is configured such that an application body (for example, mascara) 10 for application is rotatably supported via a rotor 14 with respect to a main body (also referred to as a cap) 12. A storage cylinder (also referred to as a container main body) 16 that covers and stores the coating agent is detachably provided on the main body 12, and the application body 10 is attached to the main body 12 by removing the storage cylinder 16 from the main body 12. It is a rotary mascara that rotates in the radial direction.

The rotary applicator includes a slider 18 having a mechanism for rotating the applicator 10 by movement of the housing cylinder 16 relative to the main body 12, and the slider relative to the main body 12 between the slider 18 and the main body 12. And a deceleration member 20 that decelerates the movement of 18, and the application agent in the accommodation cylinder 16 adheres to the rotating application body 10 when the accommodation cylinder 16 is removed from the main body 12.

Specifically, in the rotary applicator, as shown in FIG. 1, the storage cylinder 16 is a cylindrical body with a closed end, and a coating agent such as mascara liquid is stored inside the storage cylinder 16. . A male screw is formed at the rear end of the housing cylinder 16, and the male screw is screwed into the female screw at the tip of the main body 12. In this structure, the housing cylinder 16 can be attached to the main body 12 by rotating it in one direction and removing it, and rotating it in the other direction. When removing as shown in FIG. 2, the container 16 is pulled out of the main body 12 to expose the application body 10. A film-shaped ironing portion 16a is formed on the inner periphery of the rear end portion of the housing cylinder 16, and the ironing portion 16a is formed on the conical side surface in the rearward direction, and a hole is formed in the rear end portion. The shaft portion 22 is inserted into the hole.

[Housing cylinder 16]
A coating agent is accommodated in the accommodation cylinder 16 in a form that adheres to the inner wall surface (not shown), and the application agent adheres to the application body 10 when the accommodation cylinder 16 is fixed to the main body 12 when not in use. In use, when the housing cylinder 16 is removed from the main body 12 and pulled out, the inner periphery of the hole of the squeezing portion 16 a is in sliding contact with the outer periphery of the shaft portion 22, and the coating agent is squeezed off to remove the coating agent into the housing tube 16. It is structured to collect.

[Applied body 10]
The application body 10 is a bundle of fibers for applying an application agent such as mascara liquid to an application target portion such as eyelashes. The application body 10 is implanted and provided at the tip of the shaft portion 22 so as to extend in the radial direction. A rear end portion of the shaft portion 22 is fixed to the rotor 14.
The main body 12 can also be called a cap because it opens and closes the housing cylinder 16.

[Main body 12]
As shown in FIG. 5, the main body 12 has a substantially cylindrical shape with the rear end closed, and the inner peripheral diameter of the rear end has a stepped small diameter. On the inner periphery of the distal end portion, a female screw for being screwed into the housing cylinder 16 is formed. Further, the main body 12 has a hole 12a in which the central portion in the axial direction on the inner periphery has a slightly narrow diameter and the rear end portion has a small diameter, and a projection for fitting is formed on the inner periphery of the hole 12a. Thus, the convex insertion portion 14a of the rotor 14 becomes a hole 12a into which the rotor 14 is rotatably fitted. Further, a guide projection 12b is formed in the rear portion of the main body 12 along the axial direction so as to be located at the tip of the hole 12a.

[Slider 18]
As shown in FIG. 6, the tip of the slider 18 is divided into a plate shape so that the tip can be elastically deformed, and a claw portion in which a protrusion protrudes inwardly on the inner peripheral portion of the opposing divided portion. 18a is formed. The claw portion 18a is formed in a cantilever shape.

Further, a plurality of lateral grooves 18b are formed at intervals on the outer periphery of the central portion of the slider 18, and the speed reduction member 20 is fitted and fixed to the lateral grooves 18b.

A vertical groove 18 c is cut out at the rear end of the slider 18. The guide protrusion 12b of the main body 12 is fitted into the vertical groove 18c, and the relative rotation between the slider 18 and the main body 12 is restricted and the relative movement to the front and rear is allowed.

[Rotor 14]
As shown in FIG. 7, the rotor 14 is substantially rod-shaped, and the rear end portion is a convex insertion portion 14 a that fits into the hole 12 a of the main body 12, and is rotatable with respect to the main body 12. Movement is restricted or impossible. In addition, a spiral groove 14b for rotating the rotor 14 by contacting and leaving the claw portion 18a of the slider 18 is formed in a spiral shape around the tip of the rotor 14.

As for the spiral groove 14b, the longitudinal section forms a mountain valley, and the front side of the inclined surface of each mountain is inclined rearward, and the rear side is raised.

Therefore, when the receiving cylinder 16 is removed from the main body 12 during use, the slider 18 is pushed by the spring 24 and moves forward. At this time, the claw portion 18a hits the rear side surface, and the front end of the spiral groove 14b. Since a force is applied in the direction, the spiral groove 14b is converted into a rotating force. On the other hand, when the housing cylinder 16 is attached to the main body 12 after use, the slider 18 is pushed by the housing cylinder 16 and moves rearward. At that time, the claw portion 18a hits the inclined front side surface, and the claw portion 18a Since it bends and climbs over each mountain, that is, escapes from the spiral groove 14b, the spiral groove 14b does not rotate.

[Deceleration member 20]
As shown in FIG. 1, the rotary applicator according to the embodiment has a slider 18 mounted between the outer periphery of the rotor 14 and the inner periphery of the main body 12 as shown in FIG. A deceleration member 20 is provided on the outer periphery.

A spring 24 is provided on the outer periphery of the rear end portion of the rotor 14, and the spring 24 generates a biasing force that biases the slider 18 forward.

The speed reducing member 20 uses a plurality of ring-shaped members that generate sliding friction. For the ring-shaped member, an O (O) ring made of silicone resin, rubber, elastomer, or the like can be used.

A mechanism for rotationally driving the application body 10 of the slider 18 includes a rotor 14 that is bonded or integrally fixed to a shaft portion 22 that extends from the application body 10, and has a spiral groove 14 b formed at the front portion. The claw portion 18a of the slider 18 is provided. When the spiral groove 14b of the rotor 14 and the claw portion 18a of the slider 18 come into contact with each other, the shaft portion 22 is driven to rotate, and the application body 10 is rotating.

The operation of the rotary applicator according to the embodiment will be described.

As shown in FIG. 2, when the main body 12 is removed from the housing cylinder (container main body) 16, the slider 18 is pushed by the spring 24 and moves forward, and the claw portion 18 a pushes the groove of the spiral groove 14 b of the rotor 14. The rotor 14 is rotated.

At the start of movement, as shown in FIG. 3, the slider 18 is positioned rearward, and the claw portion 18a (not shown) is not in contact with the spiral groove 14b. After the movement starts, as shown in FIG. 18 is located at the front, and the claw portion 18a (not shown) finishes contacting the spiral groove 14b. 3 and 4 show the position of the claw portion 18a.

In the movement, the spiral groove 14b of the rotor 14 is formed in a screw groove shape, and the claw portion 18a comes into contact with and leaves the outer edge of the spiral groove 14b, that is, an oblique mountain valley as the claw portion 18a of the slider 18 advances. Therefore, a force for rotating the rotor 14 is generated, and the rotor 14 rotates with respect to the main body 12.

In order to adjust the rotational speed of the rotor 14, a speed reducing member 20 is attached to the slider 18, and a damper effect such as friction braking is exhibited between the slider 18 and the main body 12.

That is, the speed at which the slider 18 is pushed out is reduced by the speed reduction member 20, the rotation time of the application body 10 becomes longer, and the coating agent uniformly adheres to the entire circumference of the application body 10 so that it can be used during application.

Further, the claw portion 18a of the slider 18 is provided with flexibility and an inclination so as to be able to get over the spiral groove 14b of the rotor 14 when the accommodating cylinder 16 is fastened to the main body 12 and the spring 24 is compressed. Therefore, the force of compressing and re-rotating the spring 24 can be automatically stored by simply closing the main body 12 normally.

According to the rotary applicator of the embodiment, the application body 10 automatically rotates, so that the coating agent such as mascara liquid attached to the application body 10 can be used evenly around the circumference, and the trouble in application is reduced. Can be reduced.

In addition, since a rotation mechanism by a motor is not provided, a simple structure that can obtain the above-described merits with the same operation and feeling of use as a normal rotary mascara can be realized without relying on electric drive.

In the above-described embodiment, a rotary mascara having a mascara brush provided on the application body is described. However, the present invention can be used as an applicator for various application agents such as other cosmetic materials, drugs, and paper application agents.

The rotary applicator of the present invention can be used as an applicator that can be applied with a rotating applicator for various other application agents of mascara.
