Embodiment 1 of the Invention
Embodiment 1 of the present invention will be described below.

1 to 14 show a first embodiment of the present invention.

First, the configuration will be briefly described. A helmet 100 as a “hat” according to the first embodiment shown in FIG. 1 is a disaster prevention helmet used for disasters. The “hat” according to the first embodiment may be any helmet other than the helmet for disaster prevention, and may be any hat other than the helmet.

The “hat body” of the helmet 100 includes a cap body 110 and a hat interior accessory 1A.

The cap body 110 is made of a highly rigid resin such as ABS, and has a function of protecting the head from an impact caused by a flying object from the outside. The cap body 110 is formed in a shape covering the head by a combination of a plurality of polygons. On the front side of the cap body 110, a collar 131 is formed that projects to the front side and covers the forehead portion of the head. As shown in FIG. 14, a pair of front placement projections 132 is provided on the front side, and a pair of rear placement projections 133 is provided on the rear side, as shown in FIG. When the helmet 100 having the same configuration is stacked on the front mounting protrusion 132 and the rear mounting protrusion 133, a part of the helmet 100 is mounted so that a plurality of helmets 100 can be stacked. Is formed.

As shown in FIG. 1, the hat interior accessory 1 </ b> A includes a hammock 1, a headband 2, an ear strap 3, and a chin strap 4. The hat interior fitting 1 </ b> A has a function of mounting the cap body 110 around the head and reducing the impact applied to the cap body 110.

The hammock 1 is made of a synthetic resin, such as polyethylene or polypropylene, which has flexibility and rigidity and is less likely to be stretched or lowered in rigidity even after repeated use or long-term use. However, any material having similar properties may be used. The hammock 1 is made of such a member formed into a flat plate shape. By forming from a flat plate-shaped member, the hammock 1 can be manufactured at low cost.

As shown in FIG. 4, the hammock 1 has an annular head restraint portion 5 for restraining the user's head top portion, and a total of four substantially strip-shaped extension pieces extending from the head head restraint portion 5. doing. Among the extension pieces, one pair forms the front extension pieces 6 and 6, and the other pair forms the rear extension pieces 7 and 7. A fitting projecting in the width direction of the front extension pieces 6, 6 and the rear extension pieces 7, 7 is attached to the front ends of the front extension pieces 6, 6 and the front ends of the rear extension pieces 7, 7. Joint pieces 8, 8, 8, 8 are provided.

In the hammock 1, front extension pieces 6, 6 are arranged on the front side of the helmet 100, and rear extension pieces 7, 7 are arranged on the rear side of the helmet 100. Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 14, the fitting pieces 8 and 8 of the front extension pieces 6 and 6 are fitted to the fitted parts 134 and 134 on the front side inside the cap body 110, respectively. Then, the rear fitting pieces 8, 8 on the rear extension piece 7, 7 are fitted to the rear fitting parts 134, 134 inside the cap body 110, respectively.

As a result, as shown in FIG. 2, the hammock 1 is disposed inside the cap body 110 while being bent along the inside of the cap body 110. That is, in the use state (hereinafter simply referred to as “use state”) in which the user stands upright with the helmet 100 on the head as shown in FIG. The upper extension pieces 6 and 6 and the rear extension pieces 7 and 7 are arranged in a state of hanging down while curving outward from the central portion inside the cap body 110.

As shown in FIG. 4, an ear strap attachment hole 9 is formed in the substantially central portion of each front extension piece 6. In addition, a rear attachment hole 10 serving as a “hammock side attachment portion” is formed at a substantially central portion of each rear extension piece 7. A front attachment hole 11 is formed at the base end of each front extension piece 6.

As shown in FIG. 1, a headband 2 is attached to the hammock 1. The headband 2 includes a front member 12 and a rear member 13 connected to the front member 12 shown in FIG. The front member 12 and the rear member 13 are made of the same material as the hammock 1 and formed into a flat plate shape like the hammock 1. By forming with a flat plate-shaped member, the front member 12 and the rear member 13 can be manufactured at low cost.

As shown in FIG. 5, the front member 12 is provided with a belt-like front contact portion 14. The front side abutting portion 14 is in a state where the longitudinal direction is substantially in the horizontal direction in use, and abuts against the forehead portion of the head. Insertion hole portions 15 through which the connecting members 32 are inserted are provided at both ends of the front contact portion 14.

As shown in FIG. 1, the front contact portion 14 is provided with a plurality of groove portions 16 along the width direction, that is, the vertical direction in use. With this groove 16, as shown in FIG. 1, the front contact portion 14 can be easily bent along the longitudinal direction.

A pair of front head side mounting pieces 17, 17 project from the one side near the both ends of the front member 12 in a substantially vertical direction. A front head side mounting hole 18 is formed at the front end of each front head side mounting piece 17. As shown in FIG. 1, the front head side attachment hole 18 is attached by screws 19 in a state where it overlaps the front side attachment hole 11 of the hammock 1. Note that the lower side of the front member 12 in use is not attached to the hammock 1 or the cap body 110, and is movable in the front-rear direction (that is, the left-right direction in FIG. 12) or the left-right direction.

The rear member 13 is formed by connecting a first member 20 shown in FIG. 6 and a second member 21 shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 12, the first member 20 comes into contact with the side of the head 400 when the helmet 100 is put on the user's head 400. The second member 21 contacts the back of the head 400 when the helmet 100 is put on the head 400.

As shown in FIG. 6, the first member 20 is formed in a substantially band shape. A cylindrical insertion hole 22 through which the connecting member 32 is inserted is disposed at one end of the first member 20, and a connection hole 23 connected to the second member 21 is formed at the other end. Yes. As shown in FIG. 12, in the use state, the first member 20 is in a state where the longitudinal direction is substantially along the horizontal direction. The first member 20 is not attached to the hammock 1 or the cap body 110, and is movable in the front-rear direction (that is, the left-right direction in FIG. 12) or the left-right direction.

The second member 21 is formed in a shape that covers substantially the entire back of the head. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 7, the second member 21 is formed in a substantially V shape. A substantially central portion of the second member 21 forms a protruding portion 21a. When the hammock 1 is disposed inside the cap body 110 and in use, the projecting portion 21a projects downward from the cap body 110 (see FIG. 12). In addition, as shown in FIG. 7, a occipital region side mounting hole 24 is formed at each end of the second member 21.

As shown in FIG. 7, the first ear cord insertion hole portion 26 and the second ear cord insertion hole portion 27 are close to each other and closer to the center than the rear head side mounting hole portion 24 of the second member 21, respectively. Has been. As shown in FIG. 1, the ear cord 3 is inserted into one of the first ear string insertion hole portion 26 and the second ear string insertion hole portion 27. Further, a pair of connection hole portions 25, 25 are formed in the second member 21 closer to the center portion than the first ear string insertion hole portion 26 and the second ear string insertion hole portion 27. Each connection hole 25 is connected by a screw 28 in a state where it overlaps the connection hole 23 with the first member 20, whereby the first member 20 and the second member 21 are rotatably connected. In addition to the connection hole 25, the second member 21 is provided with a second connection hole (not shown) and the like, and the attachment position of the first member 20 and the second member 21 is adjusted. The length of the headband 2 in the circumferential direction may be adjustable.

As shown in FIG. 8, attachment portions 30 that are attached to the hammock 1 are provided on both ends of the second member 21. A hinge portion 29 is provided in the vicinity of the attachment portion 30. The hinge portion 29 is a thin-walled hinge and is formed thinner than other portions of the second member 21. The second member main body portion 31 as a “pressing portion” extended downward in the use state from the hinge portion 29 of the second member 21 is formed to be foldable via the hinge portion 29. Thereby, as for the 2nd member 21, the 2nd member main-body part 31 moves via the hinge part 29 in the state in which the attaching part 30 was attached to the hammock 1 (refer arrow B of FIG. 8).

In other words, the second member main body 31 is in a state in which the longitudinal direction of the second member main body 31 extends substantially vertically downward (and the state shown by the solid line in FIG. 8 and the state shown in FIG. 12). Become. In addition, the second member main body 31 is not in the use state (hereinafter simply referred to as “non-use state”) in which the user is not wearing the helmet 100 and the second member main body 31 is housed inside the cap body 110. . In a non-use state, the longitudinal direction of the second member main body 31 extends in a substantially horizontal direction (a state indicated by a dotted line in FIG. 8 and a state shown in FIG. 13), and the second member 21 is in the cap body 110. It will be in the state located in the inner upper part.

As shown in FIG. 1, the second member 21 and the hammock 1 are attached by screws 31 a in a state where the rear head side mounting hole 24 and the rear side mounting hole 10 are overlapped. Here, as shown in FIG. 9, when the second member 21 is in the flat state, the distance A1 between the occipital side mounting holes 24, 24 is such that the rear mounting holes 10, 10 when the hammock 1 is in the flat state. It is wider than the interval A2.

When the back head side mounting hole portions 24, 24 are attached with screws 31a, 31a in accordance with the positions of the rear side mounting hole portions 10, 10, respectively, the second member 21 is bent as shown in FIG. It becomes a shape. That is, the second member 21 formed of a flat plate member can be surely formed into a curved shape.

As shown in FIG. 12, in the use state, the second member 21 protrudes downward from the front member 12 and covers substantially the entire occipital region of the user. And as shown in FIG. 13, in the use state, the 2nd member 21 becomes a shape curved along the user's back head.

Note that the lower side of the second member 21 in use is not attached to the hammock 1 or the cap body 110, and is movable in the front-rear direction (that is, the left-right direction in FIG. 12) or the left-right direction.

Further, as shown in FIG. 14, when the second member 21 is folded at the hinge portion 29 in the non-use state, the entire headband 2 is positioned above the cap body 110 in the use state. become.

The connecting member 32 is inserted through the insertion hole 15 of the front member 12 shown in FIG. 5 and the insertion hole 22 of the first member 20 shown in FIG. 6. As shown in FIG. 10, the connecting member 32 is formed of an elastic body that can connect the front member 12 and the rear member 13, for example, a rubber string or the like. Both ends of the connecting member 32 are inserted into the strap pin 33, and the length of the connecting member 32 is formed to be adjustable depending on the attachment position of the strap pin 33.

The connecting member 32 pulls the front member 12 and the rear member 13 of the headband 2 by tension. The front side member 12 and the rear side member 13 are each pulled in the direction in which the diameter of the headband 2 is reduced when the tension of the connecting member 32 is applied.

Each of the ear cord attachment holes 9, 9 of the hammock 1 shown in FIG. 4 and each of the first ear cord insertion holes 26 or the second ear cord insertion holes 27 of the second member 21 shown in FIG. Each of the pair of ear straps 3 is attached.

As shown in FIG. 11, the ear cord main body 34 of the ear cord 3 is formed of a synthetic fiber such as polypropylene. Two attachment holes (not shown) are formed in one end side of the ear strap main body 34. One end side of the ear string main body 34 is formed in an annular shape in a state where one attachment screw 35 is inserted and joined to each attachment hole (not shown).

A screw holder 36 formed of a resin such as polypropylene is disposed on the other end side of the ear strap main body 34. The screw holder 36 is formed with a screw insertion hole 37 that is joined together with the ear strap attaching hole 9 of the hammock 1.

The pair of ear straps 3, 3 are connected by a chin strap 4. The first chin strap main body portion 38, the second chin strap main body portion 39, and the third chin strap main body portion 40 of the chin strap 4 shown in FIG. One end portion of the first chin strap main body portion 38 and one end portion of the third chin strap main body portion are formed in an annular shape, and the end portions are fixed by screws 41 and 42, so And connected to The other end portion of the first chin strap main body portion 38 and one end portion of the second chin strap main body portion 39 are connected by a belt adjuster 43 that adjusts the length of the second chin strap main body portion 39. The other end portion of the portion 39 and the other end portion of the third chin strap main body portion 40 are connected to the male body and the female body of the detachable buckle 44, respectively.

Next, the operation of the first embodiment will be described.

First, a user who uses the helmet 100 that is not in use puts the cap body 110 in a downward state and pulls the second member 21 of the headband 2 housed in the cap body 110 downward. Lower. Thereby, the protrusion 21 a of the second member 21 protrudes downward from the cap body 110. Then, as shown in FIG. 12, the user puts the helmet 100 on the head 400 with the buttocks 131 of the cap body 110 facing forward. Since the front side member 12 and the rear side member 13 of the headband 2 are movable while the lower side in use is not fixed to the hammock 1 or the cap body 110, the diameter is increased against the tension of the connecting member 32. In this state, the head 400 is attached. In this state, the crown restraining portion 5 of the hammock 1 abuts on the crown of the user. Further, the front abutting portion 14 and the front head side mounting piece 17 of the front member 12 of the headband 2 are on the user's front head, and the first member 20 of the rear member 13 is on the user's side head. The second member 21 is in contact with the back of the user.

And in the state which the top part contact | abutted to the top part restraint part 5 of the hammock 1, a user penetrates the ear | edge into the substantially triangular space (refer FIG. 12) which both the ear straps 3 each form, and a chin strap Let 4 be in a state of hanging below the chin. In this state, when the user engages the buckle 44 of the chin strap 4 under the chin and adjusts the length of the second chin strap main body 39 with the belt adjuster 43, the helmet 100 is fixed to the head 400. It becomes.

In this state, as shown in FIG. 13, the protruding portion 21 a of the second member 21 protrudes downward in the use state from the front member 12 and covers substantially the entire back of the user's back. Therefore, when the user puts the cap body 110 on the head 400, the headband 2 is fixed in contact with a wide area on the back of the head, and the wobbling of the cap body can be suppressed.

The rear head side mounting holes 24, 24 of the rear member 13 are located outside the rear mounting holes 10, 10 (see FIG. 9). Therefore, when the second member 21 is attached to the hammock 1, when the rear head side attachment holes 24, 24 are attached with the screws 31a, 31a in accordance with the positions of the rear attachment holes 10, 10, respectively, as shown in FIG. In addition, the second member 21 has a bent curved shape. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 13, the second member 21 has a shape curved outward along the back of the user's head even in the use state. As a result, when the headband 2 of the cap interior fitting 1A is attached to the head 400, the cap is attached in a state of fitting to the back of the head, and the wobbling of the cap body 110 can be more reliably suppressed.

As described above, the front side member 12 and the rear side member 13 of the headband 2 are movable in the lower side in use, and the tension of the connecting member 32 works, so that the user wears the helmet 100. The front member 12 of the headband 2 is pulled in the direction of arrow C shown in FIG. 3, and the rear member 13 is pulled in the direction of arrow D shown in FIG. By this pulling, the user's head 400 is fixed at a substantially central portion of the cap body 110. That is, the gap S3 formed between the rear side of the cap body 110 and the rear side of the head portion 400 and the gap formed between the front side of the cap body 110 and the front side of the head portion 400 shown in FIG. The size is almost equal to S4.

Thus, even when a user with a small head wears a large cap body 110, the head 400 is fixed to the central portion of the cap body 110, and the cap body 110 is mounted on the head in a stable state at the time of wearing. be able to.

Next, when accommodating the used helmet 100, the user folds the second member 21 shown in FIG. 13 at the hinge portion 29 and folds the lower side of the second member 21 in use. Then, as shown in FIG. 14, the second member main body 31 including the protruding portion 21 a of the second member 21 is folded and accommodated in the upper upper part in the use state than the cap body 110, and the cap interior equipment 1 </ b> A is It becomes a compact shape. Further, as described above, the distance A1 between the pair of rear head side mounting hole portions 24, 24 of the rear member 13 in the flat plate state is equal to the pair of rear side mounting hole portions 10, 7 of the rear extension piece portions 7, 7 in the flat plate state. The second member 21 is wider than the interval A2 of 10 (see FIG. 9), and the rear head side mounting hole portions 24, 24 are attached with screws 31a, 31a in accordance with the positions of the rear side mounting hole portions 10, 10, respectively. It has a bent shape (see FIG. 1). Therefore, when the second member 21 is folded inward, the second member 21 is shaped from a curved shape bent outward to a curved shape bent inward along the inner shape of the cap body 110. Can be stabilized.

In this state, as shown in FIG. 14, the protruding portion 21 a of the second member 21 is accommodated inside the cap body 110 and does not protrude downward from the cap body 110. As described above, when the helmet 100 is placed on the ground or floor surface with the projecting portion 21a projecting, the projecting portion 21a comes into contact with the ground or floor surface and the wobbling at the time of placement tends to occur. However, the helmet 100 according to the first embodiment folds the second member main body portion 31 and accommodates it inside the cap body 110, so that the protruding portion 21a does not come into contact with the ground or the floor surface and does not wobble. It can be placed on the ground or floor in a state. The second member 21 is maintained in a curved shape that is bent inward along the inner shape of the cap body 110, so that the unused helmet 100 is placed on the ground or floor surface. In doing so, the protruding portion 21a does not abut against the ground or floor surface, and it is possible to maintain a state that does not hinder the placement on the ground or floor surface.

Next, in this state, another helmet 100 is placed on the cap body 110 of one helmet 100 placed on the floor or the like. As a result, the cap body 110 of the other helmet 100 (upper helmet 100) is placed on the front mounting protrusion 132 and the rear mounting protrusion 133 of one helmet 100 (lower helmet 100). A part of each inside is placed. In other words, the other helmet 100 is placed on the cap body 110 of one helmet 100 in the same state as in use. Also at this time, as shown in FIG. 14, the protruding portion 21a of the second member 21 is housed inside the cap body 110 and does not protrude downward from the cap body 110, so the helmets 100 having the same shape are stacked and stored. When accommodated, it is possible to prevent the protruding portion 21a protruding downward from hindering stacking. Then, by repeatedly stacking another helmet 100 having the same shape on the stacked helmet 100, a large number of helmets 100 having the same shape can be stacked and accommodated and stored in a narrow space stably. it can.

As described above, in the first embodiment, when arranged in the helmet 100, the interior fitting for hat 1A that gives the user a good fit in the use state and can be stored in a stable state in the non-use state, It is possible to provide the helmet 100 that exhibits the effect of the hat interior accessory 1A.

In the first embodiment, when a plurality of helmets 100 are stacked, the rear member 13 constituting the headband 2 contacts the cap body 110 of another helmet 100 stacked near the opening of the cap body 110. Contact situations are prevented. Therefore, the overall height of the plurality of stacked helmets 100 can be reduced without the headband 2 interfering with stacking, and the upper helmet 100 and the lower helmet 100 are brought close to each other or brought into contact with each other to be in a stable state. Can be stacked.

[Embodiment 2 of the Invention]
15 to 18 show a second embodiment of the present invention.

In the second embodiment, the headband 2 constituting the cap interior fitting 1A (not shown in FIGS. 15 to 18) of the helmet 100 (not shown in FIGS. 15 to 18) is provided on the rear member 13. Is composed of a headband main body 101 as a “pressing portion” and a mounting portion 102 attached to the hammock 1 (not shown in FIGS. 15 to 18), and a connecting portion between the headband main body 101 and the mounting portion 102. The difference from Embodiment 1 is that the hinge portion 29 is provided at the connecting portion between the distal end portion of the headband main body portion 101 and the proximal end portion of the attachment portion 102.

Although not shown in FIGS. 15 to 18, the base end side of the headband main body 101 has the same configuration as the base end side (lower side in FIG. 7) of the second member main body 31 of the first embodiment. ing.

The hinge portion 29 of the second embodiment is configured as a hinge hinge provided in the vicinity of the attachment portion 102. Specifically, the first bush 103 provided at the distal end of the headband main body 101, the second bush 104 provided at the proximal end of the mounting portion 102, the first bush 103 and the second bush 104 Each of the pins 105 is inserted. Other configurations are the same as those in the first embodiment.

In the second embodiment, when the lower side of the rear member 13 of the headband 2 is folded, the headband main body portion 101 and the attachment portion 102 are rotated by the hinge portion 29 pivoting about the pin 105. Thus, the headband 2 can be easily accommodated in the upper part of the cap body 110 (not shown in FIGS. 15 to 18). And since the hinge part 29 of the headband 2 was comprised by the 1st bush 103, the 2nd bush 104, and the pin 105, the highly durable hinge part 29 with respect to the repetition of the rotation operation | movement of the hinge part 29 can be comprised. Therefore, a highly durable helmet 100 can be provided.

Embodiment 3 of the Invention
19 to 22 show a third embodiment of the present invention.

In the third embodiment, the headband 2 that constitutes the hat interior fitting 1A (not shown in FIGS. 19 to 22) of the helmet 100 (not shown in FIGS. 19 to 22) is the rear member 13. Is composed of a headband main body 111 and a mounting portion 112 attached to the hammock 1 (not shown in FIGS. 19 to 22), and a hinge portion 29 is provided at a connecting portion between the headband main body 111 and the mounting portion 112. This is different from the first embodiment.

The hinge portion 29 according to the third embodiment includes a substantially U-shaped branch portion 113 at the front end portion of the headband main body portion 111 and bushes as “end portions” provided at both ends of the branch portion 113 respectively. 114 and pins 115 as “rotating shafts” respectively protruding from both side portions of the attachment portion 102 having a substantially circular shape when viewed from the front. The arc shape on the inner side of the branching portion 113 is a shape that substantially follows the arc shape of a part of the outer peripheral portion of the attachment portion 112. And the hinge part 29 is provided in the both ends of the attaching part 102 via the pin 115 so that the edge part of the branch part 113 can rotate freely. Other configurations are the same as those in the first embodiment.

In the third embodiment, when the lower side of the rear member 13 of the headband 2 is folded, the headband main body 111 and the mounting portion 112 are rotated by the hinge 29 rotating about the pin 115. Thus, the headband 2 can be easily accommodated in the upper part of the cap body 110 (not shown in FIGS. 19 to 22). And since the hinge part 29 of the headband 2 is comprised by the bush 114 and the pin 115, the hinge part 29 with high durability with respect to repetition of the rotation operation | movement of the hinge part 29 can be comprised. Further, since a pin 115 is projected from a part of the mounting portion 112 and the hinge portion 29 is configured to rotate around the pin 115, the rear side member 13 of the headband 2 can be folded into a compact shape. it can. Therefore, bulkiness in the height direction when a plurality of helmets 100 are stacked can be suppressed. Thereby, it is possible to provide a helmet 100 that is highly durable and can be stacked in large numbers in a narrow area.

[Embodiment 4 of the Invention]
23 to 25 show the fourth embodiment of the present invention.

In the hat interior fitting 1A constituting the helmet 100 (not shown in FIGS. 23 to 25) of the fourth embodiment, the front connecting piece 121 is located near the base end of the front extension pieces 6 and 6 of the hammock 1. , 121 is significantly different from the first to third embodiments in that the rear connection piece portions 122, 122 are provided from the base ends of the rear extension piece portions 7, 7, respectively.

As shown in FIG. 23, in the fourth embodiment, a portion of the front end portion of the rear member 13 of the headband 2 that contacts the rear connection piece 122 of the hammock 1 forms an attachment portion 123, and the rear A proximal end portion side (lower side in FIG. 23) of the side member 13 with respect to the attachment portion 123 forms a pressing portion 124.

In the fourth embodiment, each rear connection piece portion 122 is provided with a hinge portion 29 for accommodating the headband 2 inside the cap body 110. The hinge portion 29 is configured as a thin hinge. On the other hand, the headband 2 is not provided with a hinge portion 29 for accommodating the headband 2 above the inside of the cap body 110 as shown in the first to third embodiments.

In the fourth embodiment, the front attachment hole portion 11 is formed through the substantially central portion of each front connection piece portion 121. Further, a rear attachment hole 10 is formed through the substantially central portion of each rear connection piece 122. Screws 19 are inserted into the front mounting hole 11 and the front head side mounting hole 18 of the front member 12 of the headband 2 in a state where the mounting holes 11, 18 overlap with each other, whereby the hammock 1 The front connection piece 121 and the front head side attachment piece 17 of the headband 2 are rotatably attached. The screw 31a is inserted into the rear mounting hole 10 and the rear head mounting hole 24 with the mounting holes 10 and 24 overlapping. Thereby, the rear side connection piece part 122 of the hammock 1 and the rear side member 13 of the headband 2 are attached rotatably.

In the fourth embodiment, the headband 2 is the same as the first embodiment in that it is divided into a front member 12 and a rear member 13. However, the rear member 13 is not divided into the first member 20 and the second member 21 (see FIGS. 6 and 7) as in the first embodiment, and is formed integrally. Further, in the fourth embodiment, the insertion hole portion 22 that is formed in a cylindrical shape in the first embodiment is formed in a part of the rear member 13. Other configurations are the same as those in the first to third embodiments.

In the fourth embodiment, as shown in FIG. 25, when the lower side of the rear member 13 of the headband 2 is folded, the hinge 29 provided on the rear connecting piece 122 of the hammock 1 rotates. However, by twisting inward, the rear member 13 of the headband 2 changes from a curved shape bent outward to a curved shape bent inward along the inner shape of the cap body 110. Thus, the rear member 13 can be easily accommodated above the inside of the cap body 110 (not shown in FIGS. 23 to 25). A hinge portion 29 that rotates when the headband 2 is accommodated in the upper part of the cap body 110 is provided not on the headband 2 side but on the rear connecting piece portion 122 of the hammock 1. Can be formed of a thick plate material, whereby the entire headband 2 can be formed with high rigidity, and the highly durable hat interior 1A and helmet 100 can be provided.

In the fourth embodiment, in addition to the above-described configuration, a hinge portion (not shown) is provided in a part of the rear member 13 of the headband 2 so that the rear member 13 is located above the cap body 110. When housed, the lower side of the hinge portion (not shown) (the side of the rear member 13 located on the lower side in FIG. 24) may be bent downward. With such a configuration, when the rear member 13 is accommodated in the upper part of the cap body 110, the distance between the insertion hole 15 and the insertion hole 22 is reduced, and the tension of the connecting member 32 is relaxed. Can be housed and stored.

Embodiment 5 of the Invention
FIG. 26 shows a fifth embodiment of the present invention.

The hat interior fitting 1A constituting the helmet 100 (not shown in FIG. 26) of the fifth embodiment has a configuration in which the hammock 1 and the headband 2 similar to those of the fourth embodiment are combined. The difference from the fourth embodiment is that not only the rear connection piece portion 122 of the band 2 but also the front connection piece portion 121 is provided with a hinge portion 29 similar to that of the fourth embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 26, in the fifth embodiment, on the front end portion side of the front side member 12 of the headband 2, the portion that contacts the front side connecting piece portion 121 of the hammock 1 is also attached in the same manner as the rear side connecting piece portion 122. A portion 123 is formed, and a pressing portion 124 similar to the rear side connecting piece portion 122 is also formed on the base end side with respect to the attaching portion of the front side member 12.

In the fifth embodiment, in addition to the rear side member 13 of the headband 2, the front side member 12 can be easily accommodated inside the cap body 110 (not shown in FIG. 26). Thereby, when a plurality of helmets 100 are stacked, the front member 12 and the rear member 13 constituting the headband 2 come into contact with the cap body 110 of another helmet 100 stacked near the opening of the cap body 110. Such a situation is prevented. Therefore, the overall height of the plurality of stacked helmets 100 can be reduced without the headband 2 interfering with stacking, and the upper helmet 100 and the lower helmet 100 are brought close to each other or brought into contact with each other to be in a stable state. Can be stacked.

In the first to third embodiments, when the headband 2 is provided with the hinge portion 29 and folded, only the rear member 13 of the headband 2 is provided with the hinge portion 29 and only the rear member 13 of the headband 2 is covered. However, instead of this, a hinge portion 29 is provided on the front member 12 of the headband 2 so that the front member 12 of the headband 2 is accommodated above the cap body 110. It may be a configuration. Further, the front member 12 and the rear member 13 of the headband 2 are provided with hinge portions 29, respectively, and the front member 12 and the rear member 13 of the headband 2 are accommodated in the upper part of the cap body 110. There may be.

In each of the above embodiments, the headband 2 is divided into the front member 12 and the rear member 13, but instead, the headband 2 is divided into a right member and a left member, of which A hinge portion 29 is provided on at least one of the members (or the connecting piece portion of the hammock 1 that connects at least one of the members), and the right side member of the headband 2 by rotating the hinge portion 29. A configuration in which at least one of the left member and the left member is accommodated in the upper part of the cap body 110 may be adopted.

In each of the above-described embodiments, the hinge portion 29 of the first, fourth, and fifth embodiments is configured by a thin-walled hinge, but instead of this, a hinge hinge similar to the hinge portion 29 of the second embodiment, It can also be constituted by pins 115, 115 provided on both sides of the attachment portion 112 similar to the hinge portion 29 of the third embodiment and bushes 114, 114 at the ends of the branch portion 113.

In each of the above embodiments, the hammock 1 and the headband 2 are configured by forming them in a flat plate shape. Instead, the hammock 1 and the headband 2 are formed by a plate material or member having a shape or thickness other than the flat plate shape. Or the hammock 1 or the headband 2 can be configured as a molded product by injection molding or the like.

It is needless to say that each of the above embodiments is an exemplification of the present invention and does not mean that the present invention is limited to only the above each embodiment.
