As shown in FIG. 4, the evaporators 10 a to 10 d are integrally configured as the evaporator unit 10 by dividing the inside of the cubic container 20 by a partition wall 21 that partitions the container 20 in the vertical direction. The chemical tank 11 shown in FIG. 2 and the evaporator 10 a at the left end of the evaporator unit 10 are connected by a liquid supply pipe 30. The chemical pump 12 is provided in the middle of the liquid supply pipe 30. In the present embodiment, the chemical pump 12 is a variable capacity tube pump.

The chemical liquid is supplied from the chemical liquid tank 11 to the liquid supply port 22 of the evaporator 10a by the chemical liquid pump 12, and is sequentially supplied to the evaporators 10b, 10c, and 10d through the overflow pipes 23 provided on the partition wall 21, respectively. Further, the chemical solution in the evaporator 10 d is discharged from the overflow port 24 and sent to the waste liquid tank 16 through the waste liquid pipe 31.

Further, an air diffuser 25 connected to the air pump 13 is connected below each of the evaporators 10 a to 10 d of the evaporator unit 10. Valves 26a, 26b, 26c, and 26d are provided in the middle of the air diffusers 25, respectively. Further, a chamber 14 is integrally provided in the upper part of the evaporator unit 10, and a silencer 17 is provided in the chamber 14. As shown in FIG. 5, the silencer 17 has a plurality of apertures 17a formed around a cylindrical tube. The silencer 17 is connected to the diffusion chamber 18 adjacent to the outlet of the blower 15 by a pipe 32. An electromagnetic valve 32 a is provided in the middle of the pipe 32.

The evaporator unit 10, the chemical liquid tank 11, the chemical liquid pump 12, the air pump 13, the chamber 14, the blower 15 and the waste liquid tank 16 are integrally accommodated in one casing 19 as shown in FIG. 3. .

In the chemical liquid transpiration apparatus 1 having the above-described configuration, the chemical liquid in the chemical liquid tank 11 is supplied to the foremost evaporator 10 a through the liquid supply pipe 30 by the chemical liquid pump 12. Moreover, the chemical | medical solution which overflowed from the overflow pipe | tube 23 of the upper part of the former stage evaporator 10a, 10b, 10c is supplied to the latter stage evaporator 10b, 10c, 10d in order, respectively.

At this time, air is supplied to the lower parts of the evaporators 10a to 10d from the air pump 13 through the diffuser pipe 25, whereby aeration is performed in each of the evaporators 10a to 10d and supplied from the diffuser pipe 25. The chemical is evaporated in the air. And the air containing this chemical | medical solution is collected by the diffusion chamber 18 through the silencer 17 and the piping 32 from the upper chamber 14 of the evaporator 10a-10d.

Then, the air in which the chemical solution is evaporated in the diffusion chamber 18 is diffused by the air sucked from the air inlet 33 by the blower 15 and sent out from the air inlet 34, and is sent to the office, waiting room, etc. through the sock duct 3. It is sent to the closed rooms 2a and 2b. The hypochlorous acid aqueous solution having an effective chlorine concentration of 50 to 5000 mg / L in the chemical tank 11 is sent to the interior of the chamber 2a by being fed to about 30 ppm in the chemical vaporization apparatus 1 and with the air sucked from the inlet 33 by the blower 15. , 2b at a concentration of 0.05 to 0.5 ppm.

As described above, in the chemical vaporization apparatus 1 according to the present embodiment, the chemical liquid is evaporated in the air by sending air to the chemical liquid and aeration, and the air containing the chemical liquid obtained by the evaporators 10a to 10d is collected in the chamber 14. The structure in which the air containing the collected chemical solution is sent out by the blower 15 allows the chemical solution to evaporate into the air without waste, and allows the chemical solution to evaporate into the air with higher efficiency.

Moreover, in the chemical | medical solution transpiration | evaporation apparatus 1 in this embodiment, a chemical | medical solution is sequentially passed through several vaporizer 10a-10d by the structure which passes a chemical | medical agent sequentially to several evaporators 10a-10d, and it is more until a density | concentration becomes thin. Since aeration can be performed by contacting with air and the chemical solution can be efficiently evaporated in the air, the chemical solution can be used without waste. Further, the chemical solution whose concentration has finally decreased is collected in the waste liquid tank 16.

Moreover, in this chemical | medical solution transpiration apparatus 1, since the chemical | medical solution pump 12 is a variable capacity | capacitance type plunger pump, according to the density | concentration of the chemical | medical solution stored in the chemical | medical solution tank 11, the chemical | medical solution supply amount to the evaporators 10a-10d is adjusted. It is possible to keep the chemical concentration in the air by aeration constant. Thereby, the chemical | medical solution transpiration apparatus 1 with high transpiration | evaporation efficiency using the cheap hypochlorous acid aqueous solution of 50-5000 mg / L of effective chlorine concentration as a chemical | medical solution is realizable. In the chemical liquid sensor 35 provided between the chemical liquid tank 11 and the chemical liquid pump 12, when the chemical liquid tank 11 becomes empty, this sensor reacts and the replacement of the chemical liquid tank 11 is displayed on the chemical liquid evaporation apparatus 1. On the other hand, when the waste liquid tank 16 becomes full, the level sensor (not shown) of the waste liquid tank 16 reacts and the replacement of the waste liquid tank 16 is similarly displayed.

Moreover, in this chemical vaporization apparatus 1, since the silencer 17 is provided in the upper chamber 14 in the vaporizers 10a to 10d, sound generated by aeration can be absorbed by a plurality of vaporizers. The water droplets adhering to the inside fall from the opening 17a below the silencer into each of the evaporators 10a to 10d.

In addition, in this embodiment, although the evaporators 10a-10d are made into 4 steps | paragraphs, it can increase / decrease according to the evaporation density | concentration of hypochlorous acid. When the chemical tank 11 becomes empty, it can be replaced with another chemical tank 11 filled with a hypochlorous acid aqueous solution. Alternatively, it is possible to connect the hypochlorous acid aqueous solution generator and the chemical liquid tank 11 by piping, and fill the chemical tank 11 from the generator into the chemical liquid tank 11 as necessary. In this embodiment, the chemical solution is hypochlorous acid, but it may be sodium hypochlorite, chlorine dioxide, chlorine, ozone, alcohol, or formalin.

The chemical liquid evaporation apparatus of the present invention is useful as an apparatus for evaporating a chemical liquid such as hypochlorous acid into the air.
