Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve support performance of a support member relative to a seat pad while keeping suitable seating performance.SOLUTION: In a first state, a first site 24a bends by a load of a seat pad 4P and supports the load, and a second site 24b is arranged to be separated from the first site 24a with a gap part 26 in a part where the load of the seat pad 4P is received and does not directly follow the bending of the first site 24a due to the load of the seat pad 4P. In a second state in which the load of the seat pad 4P is greater than that of the time of the first state, the second site 24b bends by receiving the load of the seat pad 4P and supports the load since the first site 24a is brought into contact with the second site 24b by being pushed by the seat pad 4P.

Description

The present invention relates to a vehicle seat including a seat frame, a seat pad, and a support member (a member that supports the seat pad on the seat frame).

As this type of vehicle seat, a vehicle seat disclosed in Patent Document 1 is known. The vehicle seat includes a frame-shaped frame member (seat frame) forming a seat skeleton, a cushion material (seat pad) that elastically supports an occupant by forming a seat outer shape, and a support member that supports the cushion material. .
The support member has a frame-like body that can be locked before and after the frame member, and a planar body that is stretched in the frame-like body. The frame-like body is a substantially rectangular frame body as viewed from above, and a resin portion is formed around the sides of the frame-like body (a pair of rod-like portions extending in the front and rear of the sheet). The planar body is a single face material, and is formed by weaving and knitting a thread material (component thread) of natural fibers or synthetic fibers, for example.
In the known technique, the end of the planar body is integrated with the side portion of the frame body through the resin portion while the planar body (tensed state) is arranged in the frame body. After the planar body is stretched on the frame body in this manner, the cushion material is supported by the planar body while the frame body is locked to the frame member.

By the way, in a well-known technique, it is the structure which receives the load of a cushion material with a planar body (one piece of face material). For this reason, if the load of the cushion material increases more than expected in the event of a vehicle collision, etc., the constituent yarn may break and the planar body may be damaged, or the cushion material may come into contact with the floor surface together with the planar body was there.
It can be dealt with by increasing the strength of the planar body (using constituent yarns with excellent tensile strength), but doing so makes the planar body difficult to stretch (becomes difficult to bend) and makes seating worse. Tend to.
The present invention has been devised in view of the above points, and the problem to be solved by the present invention is to improve the support performance of the support member with respect to the seat pad while maintaining a suitable seating property.

As means for solving the above-mentioned problems, the vehicle seat according to the first aspect of the invention includes a seat constituent member such as a seat cushion or a seat back. The seat component includes a frame-shaped seat frame forming a seat skeleton, a seat pad that forms a seat outer shape and can elastically support an occupant, and a support member that is disposed on the seat frame and can support the seat pad. Have In this type of seat configuration, it is desirable that the support performance of the support member with respect to the seat pad can be improved while maintaining a suitable seating property.

Therefore, in the present invention, the support member has a flexible planar or linear first part disposed so as to be able to contact the seat pad, and a flexible planar sheet disposed in a face-to-face manner on the first part. Or it has a linear 2nd site | part and the clearance gap formed between a 1st site | part and a 2nd site | part.
In the first state (when a general occupant is seated during normal traveling, etc.), the first part supports the body while being bent by the load of the seat pad. At this time, the second part is arranged so as to be spaced apart from the first part by the gap in the part that receives the load of the seat pad, and does not directly follow the bending of the first part due to the load of the seat pad.
Further, in the second state where the load on the seat pad is larger than that in the first state (for example, in the event of a vehicle collision), the first part is pressed against the second part by being pushed by the seat pad (all or part of the gap portion is The second portion is configured to support it while receiving the load of the seat pad and bending.
In the present invention, in the first state, the seat pad can be supported only at the first portion without deteriorating seating as much as possible. In the second state (when the load from the seat pad is increased), the load on the seat pad can be received at both the first part and the second part (the structure is excellent in supporting performance).

The vehicle seat of the second invention is the vehicle seat of the first invention, wherein the first part and the second part are constituted by separate members, and the second part is more difficult to bend than the first part. It is a configuration.
In the present invention, since the second part is a separate body from the first part and is less likely to bend, the support part has a particularly excellent support performance.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, it is possible to improve the support performance of the support member with respect to the seat pad while maintaining a suitable seating property. Further, according to the second invention, it is possible to further reliably improve the support performance of the support member with respect to the seat pad while maintaining a suitable seating property.

Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. Also, in each figure, a reference symbol F is attached to the front of the vehicle seat, a reference symbol B is attached to the rear of the vehicle seat, a reference symbol UP is provided above the vehicle seat, and a reference symbol DW is provided below the vehicle seat.
The vehicle seat 2 in FIG. 1 includes a seat component (seat cushion 4, seat back 6, headrest 8) and a rail member 9. Each of the seat constituent members covers a seat frame (4F, 6F, 8F) that forms a seat skeleton, a seat pad (4P, 6P, 8P) that elastically supports an occupant by forming a seat outer shape, and the seat pad. It has a seat cover (4S, 6S, 8S).
The rail member 9 is a member that slides the seat constituent member forward and backward, and includes an upper rail 9a and a lower rail 9b. Then, the seat cushion 4 (seat frame 4F) is attached to the upper rail 9a, and the lower rail 9b is attached to the floor surface. And by assembling both rails so that sliding is possible, a sheet constituent member can be slid back and forth with respect to the floor.

In the present embodiment, the seat cushion 4 has a basic configuration (4F, 4P, 4S) and a support member 20 (see FIG. 2, details of each member will be described later).
Then, the support member 20 is attached to the seat frame 4F and covered with the seat cover 4S while supporting the seat pad 4P. Thus, the seat pad 4P is supported by the support member 20. At this time, it is preferable to improve the support performance of the support member 20 with respect to the seat pad 4P while maintaining a suitable seating property.
Therefore, in the present embodiment, the support performance of the support member 20 with respect to the seat pad 4P is improved while maintaining a suitable seating property by the configuration described later. Hereinafter, each configuration will be described in detail.

[Basic configuration]
The seat cover 4S is a bag-like member that can cover the seat pad 4P, and can be composed of, for example, fabric (woven fabric, knitted fabric, non-woven fabric) or leather (natural leather, synthetic leather) (see FIG. 2). The seat pad 4P can be formed of a foamed resin such as polyurethane foam.
The seat frame 4 </ b> F is a substantially rectangular frame (upward view), and includes a front frame 12, a pair of side frames 14, and a rear frame 16.
The front frame 12 is a member (flat plate shape) constituting the front skeleton of the seat cushion 4 and has a plurality of claw portions 13. Each nail | claw part 13 is a member which makes a substantially inverted L shape (side view), and can latch the frame-shaped body 22 mentioned later. In the present embodiment, the plurality of claw portions 13 can be formed on the upper surface (inclined surface) of the front frame 12 at appropriate intervals. The pair of side frames 14 is a flat plate member that constitutes the side skeleton of the seat cushion 4 and is disposed so as to face each other on the side of the seat. The rear frame 16 is a bar (cylindrical shape) that reinforces the rear portion of the seat frame 4F, and can be disposed between the pair of side frames 14 in a bridging manner.

[Support member]
The support member 20 is a member that supports the seat pad 4P, and includes a frame-like body 22, a first portion 24a, a second portion 24b, and a gap 26 described later (see FIGS. 2 to 4).
Here, the frame-like body 22 is a frame that can be arranged on the seat frame 4F (see FIGS. 2 and 3). The frame-like body 22 of the present embodiment has a substantially rectangular shape (upward view), and its side portion has a rod shape extending in the front-rear direction of the seat. A pair of latching portions 22 a is formed on the side of the frame-like body 22. Each of the pair of latching portions 22 a is a portion formed by bending and deforming the side portion (rear portion) of the frame-like body 22 in a substantially inverted U shape, and can be latched on the rear frame 16.

(First part, second part)
The first portion 24a and the second portion 24b are both portions that are flexible and can support the seat pad 4P (see FIGS. 2 to 4).
And as the 1st site | part 24a and the 2nd site | part 24b, the face material which has flexibility (stretchability), or the bar material which has flexibility can be used. Examples of this type of face material include fabrics, leathers, and net bodies (members made by weaving fibers in a mesh shape). Moreover, as this kind of bar material, a bar material (S spring or the like) bent continuously or intermittently in a zigzag manner can be exemplified.

The first portion 24a of the present embodiment is formed of a substantially rectangular (upward view) woven fabric and can be stretched (arranged in a tensioned state) in the frame-like body 22. The width dimension of the first portion 24 a (the dimension in the sheet width direction) is set to be larger than the width dimension of the frame-like body 22.
The second portion 24b is formed of a substantially rectangular (upward view) woven fabric and is separate from the first portion 24a. And the width dimension of the 2nd site | part 24b is set larger than the width dimension of the 1st site | part 24a, and it can be arrange | positioned in the frame-like body 22 in the loose state (it can form the below-mentioned clearance gap part 26).
In addition, the length dimension (dimension of the sheet front-back direction) of the 1st site | part 24a and the 2nd site | part 24b should just be a dimension which can support the seat pad 4P, being settled in the frame-like body 22. In this embodiment, the length dimension of each site | part 24a, 24b is set shorter than the frame-shaped body 22, and when attaching each site | part 24a, 24b, the front part side of the frame-shaped body 22, and each latching part 22a. Is exposed.

Here, the elongation characteristic (degree of bending) of the first part 24a and the second part 24b is not particularly limited as long as it can be extended (bent) by the load of the seat pad 4P.
And the elongation characteristic of each site | part 24a, 24b can be set based on A method (strip method) of "JISL1096 8.14.1", for example. In this method, after setting the width of the test piece to 25 mm, the gripping interval to 200 mm, and the tensile speed to 200 mm / min, the load when the elongation percentage of each test piece is 5% is taken as the measurement value.
And in this embodiment, the elongation characteristic (measured value) of the 1st site | part 24a can be typically set to 50-1000N based on the same method, Preferably it can set to 200-500N. Thus, by setting the elongation characteristic of the first part 24a within the above range, the first part 24a is configured to be easily stretched (easily bent) and the like to have excellent seating properties.
Further, the elongation characteristic (measured value) of the second portion 24b can typically be set to 100 to 1000N, and preferably 200 to 600N.

In the present embodiment, it is desirable that the elongation characteristic (particularly, the elongation characteristic in the sheet width direction) of the second part 24b is set to be larger than that of the first part 24a so that the second part 24b is not easily stretched (not easily bent). By doing so, the seat pad 4P can be suitably supported together with the first portion 24a at the second portion 24b (with a configuration that is further excellent in support performance).
Here, in the present embodiment, by making the weaving density of the first portion 24a (the number of yarns driven per unit length) different from the weaving density of the second portion 24b, the elongation characteristics of both the portions 24a and 24b are different. Can be provided. Moreover, the elongation characteristic of each part 24a, 24b can also be varied by varying the fineness of the constituent yarn of each part 24a, 24b.

Various elastic yarns (yarn materials that are easier to stretch than other yarn materials) can be used as part of the constituent yarns of the first portion 24a and the second portion 24b.
For example, a plurality of elastic yarns are arranged at appropriate intervals while being directed in the sheet width direction of the first portion 24a and the second portion 24b, respectively. At this time, by increasing the number of elastic yarns arranged in the second part 24b as compared with the first part 24a, the second part 24b can be made harder to extend than the first part 24a. In particular, by adjusting both the above-described weaving density and the number of elastic yarns arranged, the elongation characteristics of the portions 24a and 24b can be suitably varied.
In addition, the first portion 24a (part or all) can be formed exclusively by elastic yarn. In this case, the constituent yarn of the second portion 24b is not particularly limited, but is preferably formed of a high-strength yarn material (such as polyester fiber or polyamide fiber).
The material of the elastic yarn is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include those obtained using polytrimethylene terephthalate fiber, polyetherester elastomer fiber, polyamide fiber, and polyurethane fiber. The form of the elastic yarn is not particularly limited, and may be a straight yarn material or a processed yarn to which crimps or the like are given.
The fineness of the elastic yarn is not particularly limited, and is preferably 30 to 5000 dtex, for example, and more preferably 50 to 2000 dtex. And it is preferable that it is 80-100%, and, as for the elongation elastic modulus (at the time of 100% expansion | extension) of an elastic yarn, it is more preferable that it is 90-100%. The elongation elastic modulus can be measured by extending to 100% elongation according to JIS L 1013 8.9 b) B method.

[Modification]
Here, in the present embodiment, the seat cushion 4 will be described as an example, but the configuration of the present embodiment is applicable to various seat constituent members such as the seat back 6.
For example, when the above-described configuration is applied to the seat back 6, the elongation characteristic (measured value) of the first portion can typically be set to 30 to 500N, and preferably set to 70 to 200N. Moreover, the elongation characteristic (measured value) of the second part can be typically set to 100 to 1000N, and preferably 200 to 600N.

[Assembly work of support member (formation of gap)]
2 to 4, the first part 24 a and the second part 24 b are arranged on the frame-like body 22 while being arranged facing each other.
In the present embodiment, the first portion 24a is in a tensioned state in the plane direction, and the second portion 24b is in a loosened state as viewed in the seat width direction as compared to the first portion 24a (each portion in the center). Part). At this time, in the present embodiment, the first part 24a and the second part 24b are separated from each other, so that they can be appropriately spaced apart (a gap 26 having an appropriate size can be set between them). .
Next, the first part 24a is arranged on the upper side (arranged so as to be able to contact the seat pad 4P), and the ends of the parts 24a and 24b are overlapped and wound around the side part of the frame-like body 22. Fold it in (make it bag-shaped). Then, the end portions folded inward are stitched to the back surfaces of the first portion 24a and the second portion 24b (the suture line SEW is formed in the vicinity of the frame-like body 22). Thus, in the present embodiment, the first portion 24a and the second portion 24b are attached to the frame-shaped body 22 by inserting the side portions of the frame-shaped body 22 into the end portions (bag-shaped) of the respective portions 24a, 24b. be able to.
In the present embodiment, the first portion 24 a and the second portion 24 b are formed separately, and both end portions (bag shape) are supported by the side portions of the frame-like body 22. For this reason, when receiving the load of the seat pad 4P, the first portion 24a extends from the both end portions to the central portion, while the tensile force due to the extension of the same portion is interrupted at the end portion side and directly to the second portion 24b. It becomes the composition which is not transmitted. For this reason, in this embodiment, it is set as the structure where the 2nd site | part 24b does not follow directly the expansion | extension (deflection) of the 1st site | part 24a.

Between the first portion 24a and the second portion 24b (when attached), a gap 26 is formed which gradually increases from the end portion toward the center when viewed in the sheet width direction (see FIG. 3 and FIG. 3). (See FIG. 4).
Here, the vertical dimension of the gap portion 26 (the dimension of the position where each part is most spaced) is such that the first part 24a abuts on the second part 24b when the first part 24a is bent in the first state described later. It can be set to a dimension that does not. For example, assuming that a general occupant (occupant corresponding to AM95 to JF05 in the SAE standard) is seated, the dimension of the gap 26 can be set to a dimension that the first part 24a and the second part 24b do not contact. .

Next, the support member 20 is attached to the seat frame 4F and covered with the seat cover 4S while supporting the seat pad 4P (see FIG. 2).
At this time, the front side of the frame-like body 22 is locked to each claw portion 13 while being arranged on the front frame 12. Further, the rear side of the frame-like body 22 is hooked to the rear frame 16 via a pair of hooking portions 22a. By disposing the support member 20 on the seat frame 4F in this way, the seat pad 4P can be supported at the first portion 24a and the second portion 24b.

[Support Mode of Support Member]
Referring to FIG. 4 (a), when a general occupant during normal operation is seated (in the first state), seat pad 4P (particularly the center portion) is pressed and deformed downward.
In the first state, the first portion 24a (a portion that is relatively easy to extend and has excellent seating properties) supports it while being extended by the load of the seat pad 4P. The second portion 24b is spaced apart from the first portion 24a at the gap 26 in the portion (center portion) that receives the load of the seat pad 4P, and directly follows the extension of the first portion 24a due to the load of the seat pad 4P. Not configured.
For this reason, in the first state, the seat pad 4P is supported only by the first portion 24a, and the seating property is excellent.

Also, referring to FIG. 4B, when the vehicle crashes or when an overweight occupant is seated (in the second state), the load on the seat pad 4P is greater than in the first state.
At this time, in the present embodiment, the first portion 24a is pressed by the seat pad 4P and greatly contacts downward and contacts the second portion 24b (the gap portion 26 disappears). And the 2nd site | part 24b will support it (it supports), receiving the load of the seat pad 4P and extending | stretching.
Thus, in the second state, a high load on the seat pad 4P can be received by both the first portion 24a and the second portion 24b. Therefore, according to the present embodiment, the first portion 24a in the second state can be suitably prevented from being damaged without receiving the high load of the seat pad 4P by the support of the second portion 24b. Further, in the second state, the seat pad 4P can be prevented or reduced by the support of the second portion 24b from contacting (bottoming) the seat pad 4P together with the first portion 24a.

As described above, in the present embodiment, in the first state, the seat pad 4P can be supported only by the first portion 24a without deteriorating the seating property. Further, in the second state (when the load on the seat pad 4P increases), the load on the seat pad 4P can be received at both the first portion 24a and the second portion 24b (the structure is excellent in support performance).
Moreover, in this embodiment, since the 2nd site | part 24b is made into a different body from the 1st site | part 24a, and becomes difficult to bend than it, it becomes a structure which is especially excellent in support performance.
For this reason, according to this embodiment, the support performance of the support member 20 with respect to the seat pad 4P can be improved.

[Modification]
Here, the configuration of the first part and the second part may take various configurations in addition to the above-described configuration.
For example, in the support member 20A of this modification, the first portion 25a and the second portion 25b can be integrally formed of a woven fabric having a bag weave structure (see FIG. 6).
In the fabric of this modification, both end portions as viewed in the sheet width direction are formed of a double tissue portion 25d (bag shape), and the central portion is a double tissue portion (first portion 25a, second portion 25b). ). And the double structure part 25d of both terminal parts and the center double structure part (25a, 25b) are connected by the single structure part 25c formed in the edge part side seeing in the sheet | seat width direction.
In the double tissue portion at the central portion, a gap portion 26 is formed between the first portion 25a and the second portion 25b, which gradually increases from these end portions toward the center as viewed in the sheet width direction.

And in this modification, each double structure | tissue part (25a, 25b, 25d) is formed with the structure | tissue which arrange | positions an intersection point loosely like the organization chart of Fig.7 (a), for example. In this way, by allowing the individual constituent yarns to be extended, the elongation characteristics of the first portion 25a and the second portion 25b can be set within a suitable range.
Moreover, each single structure | tissue structure 25c is comprised by the plain weave of FIG.7 (b), and many crossing points of a warp yarn and a weft yarn are formed (a crossing point is arrange | positioned densely). In this way, in the single tissue portion 25c, by restricting the elongation of the individual constituent yarns, the double tissue portion 25d at both ends is compared with the double tissue portion (the first portion 25a and the second portion 25b) at the central portion. Can be firmly connected. Further, when receiving a load of the seat pad, the first portion 25a extends from the both end portions to the central portion, while the tensile force due to the extension of the same portion is interrupted at the end portion side (each single tissue portion 25c, etc.). It becomes the structure which is not transmitted directly to the 2nd site | part 25b. For this reason, in this embodiment, it is set as the structure where the 2nd site | part 25b does not follow directly the expansion | extension (deflection) of the 1st site | part 25a.

And in this modification, the frame-like body 22 is inserted into the double tissue part 25d (bag shape) at both ends, so that the first part 25a and the second part 25b can be supported on the seat center side (the seat pad can be supported). Position).
Also in the configuration of the present modification, in the first state, the seat pad can be supported only by the first portion 25a without deteriorating the seating property. In the second state (when the seat pad load increases), the seat pad load can be received at both the first portion 25a and the second portion 25b (the structure is excellent in supporting performance). Further, since the thermal contraction rate of the yarn coming to the second part 25b is lower than that of the first part 25a, the peripheral length of the second part 25b is increased, and the configuration of FIG. 6 can be created.

[Test example]
Hereinafter, although this embodiment is described based on an example, the present invention is not limited to the example.
[Example 1]
In Example 1, a woven fabric having the organization chart of FIG. 5A was used as the first part.
As the warp yarn, a PET processed yarn (167 dtex / 48f / 2, Z250 T / m, manufactured by Kawabo Textile Co., Ltd.) was used. PTT monofilament yarn (390 dtex / 1f, manufactured by Uniplus Shiga Co., Ltd.), which is an elastic yarn, was used as the weft yarn. The warp yarn density of the first part was set to 60 / inch, and the weft density of the first part was set to 98 / inch.
In Example 1, the fabric was woven with a dobby rapier loom and then heat-set (dry heat 180 ° C. × 1 min) was used as the first part. The load when the elongation percentage of the first part (length dimension: 320 mm, width dimension: 416 mm) was 5% was 405 N (see the measurement method in paragraph [0016] of the present specification).

As the second part, a woven fabric having the organization chart (plain weave) in FIG. 5B was used.
As the warp yarn, a PET processed yarn (167 dtex / 48f / 2, Z250 T / m, manufactured by Kawabo Textile Co., Ltd.) was used. A PET raw yarn (560 dtex / 96 f / 2, S250 T / m, manufactured by Toray Industries, Inc.) was used as the weft. The warp yarn density of the first part was set to 84 / inch, and the weft density of the first part was set to 32 / inch.
In Example 1, the fabric was woven with a dobby rapier loom and then heat-set (dry heat 180 ° C. × 1 min) was used as the second part. The load when the elongation of the second part (length dimension: 320 mm, width dimension: 425 mm) was 5% was 587N.

Further, as the frame-like body, a substantially rectangular wire material (φ6 mm steel material) was used, and the width dimension (distance between the wire centers in the sheet width direction) was set to 316 mm.
Next, referring to FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the first part 24 a is in a tensioned state (a state in which the first part 24 a is extended by 1.5% in the sheet width direction), and the second part is in a loosened state. In this state, both end portions of both portions were sewn into a bag shape, and the side portions of the frame-like body were inserted into both end portions. In this manner, a gap portion gradually increasing from the end portion toward the center as viewed in the sheet width direction was formed between the first portion and the second portion (when attached). The dimension of the gap portion (the dimension at the position where each part was most separated) was set to 20 mm.
In Example 1, the frame-like body was fixed at a predetermined position while providing a gap of 30 mm between the first surface portion and the floor surface.

[Example 2]
In this example, a woven fabric having a bag weave structure was prepared by a jacquard rapier type loom.
As the warp yarn, a PET processed yarn (167 dtex / 48f / 2, Z250 T / m, manufactured by Kawabo Textile Co., Ltd.) was used. In addition, PPT monofilament yarn (390 dtex / 1f, manufactured by Uniplus Shiga Co., Ltd.) and PET raw yarn (560 dtex / 96f / 2, S250T / m, manufactured by Toray Industries, Inc.) were alternately used as the weft yarn.
And in Example 2, with reference to FIG. 6, it forms between the center double structure part (1st site | part, 2nd site), the double structure part of both terminal parts, and both double structure parts. And a single tissue section. At this time, each double structure was woven according to the structure chart of FIG. 7 (a), and each single-tissue portion was woven according to the structure chart of FIG. 7 (b). And the warp yarn density of each structure part was set to 84 / inch, and the weft density of each structure part was set to 40 / inch. Further, the load when the elongation rate of each double-tissue part was 5% was 366N, and the load when the elongation rate of each single-tissue part was 5% was 83N.
In Example 2 as well, a gap portion gradually increasing from these end portions viewed in the sheet width direction toward the center was formed between the first portion and the second portion (when attached). The dimension of the gap portion (the dimension at the position where each part was most separated) was set to 20 mm. And like Example 1, the frame-like body was fixed at a predetermined position while providing a gap of 30 mm between the first surface portion and the floor surface.

[Comparative Example 1]
In Comparative Example 1, after arranging only the first part of Example 1 in the frame-like body, the frame-like body was fixed at a predetermined position while providing a gap of 30 mm between the first surface portion and the floor surface. .

[Test results and discussion]
In the support member of Comparative Example 1, the first surface portion greatly expanded and contacted (interfered) with the floor surface in the second state (for example, with a knee).
In contrast, in the support members of Example 1 and Example 2, even when the same load as in Comparative Example 1 was applied in the second state, the first part and the second part did not contact the floor surface. Further, it was visually confirmed that the first part was not damaged. This is considered to be because the first part could be suitably supported by the second part.
As a result, according to the support members of Example 1 and Example 2, it was found that the support performance of the support member with respect to the seat pad can be improved.

The vehicle seat of the present embodiment is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can take other various embodiments.

For example, while attaching a 1st site | part to a frame-like body, a 2nd site | part can be spaced apart and arrange | positioned from a 1st site | part, attaching to a member different from a frame-like body.
Further, the first portion and the second portion can be integrally formed with a bag-shaped face material (ring-shaped when viewed in cross section). In this case, after inserting a frame-like body into the first part and the second part, the end part side of each part is sewn (forms a suture line), so that the second part can be bent to the second part. It can be set as the structure which does not follow a site | part.
(2) Moreover, in this embodiment, the example which forms the 1st site | part 24a and the 2nd site | part 24b with a textile fabric was demonstrated. In contrast to this, the first part and the second part can be formed of a knitted fabric. In this case, by making the knitting method, the knitting density, and the fineness of the constituent yarn different in each part, a difference can be provided in the stretchability (degree of bending) of both parts.
(3) In the present embodiment, the example in which the first portion 24a and the second portion 24b are both planar has been described. However, it is also possible to use a support member composed of a rod-shaped first portion and a rod-shaped second portion. it can. And by making the spring constant of each part different, a difference can be provided in the bending degree of both parts.
(4) Moreover, in this embodiment, the clearance gap part 26 was formed in the center part of the 1st site | part 24a and the 2nd site | part 24b, and the example arrange | positioned these apart was demonstrated. For example, a suture line extending in the front and rear direction of the sheet can be formed at the center between the first part and the second part, and the gap can be divided. In the second state, the entire gap portion may disappear, but may disappear partially.

(5) In the present embodiment, a rectangular frame (a shape that follows the outer shape of the seat frame) is exemplified. However, the shape of the frame does not need to match the shape of the seat frame, such as a square shape. Various polygonal shapes can be adopted. Further, the shape of the planar body can be appropriately changed according to the shape of the frame-shaped body. Moreover, the attachment method of the frame-shaped body with respect to a seat frame is not limited to the form of an Example, It can change suitably. Moreover, the resin part can be provided around the frame-like body, and the side part of each part can be integrated with this resin part.
(6) In addition to the vehicle seat, the configuration of the present embodiment can be applied to all vehicle seats such as aircraft and trains.
