なお、固定具材により前記運動用具100は指へ着脱自在に装着できる。
また、上記における前記当て具材7の形状は縦方向においては指の長さ以下であることが求められる

解決しようとする問題点は、特段の練習や鍛錬を積まずとも利き腕である右腕や右手の力を殺ぎ、左手リードのスイングが容易にできるような運動用具を提供する点にある。
なお、以下においては右手(右腕)が利き手・利き腕の場合を例にして述べる。

巻きつけ型運動用具(24)を右手の両指に装着すると、右手親指(2)または右手人指し指(3)は折り曲げることができない、もしくはほとんど曲げることができなくなる。
すなわち、右手(19)でゴルフクラブ(18)をグリップする小指・薬指・中指は通常どおりにグリップするが、図11(B)に示すように、右手親指(2)と右手人指し指(3)は曲げることができなのでグリップできず、もしくは殆どグリップしていない状態になるので、「U」字型を作る状態になる。この結果右肩に力が入らなくなる。なお、左手(20)は通常どおりグリップする。
このことによりスイングは左手(20)がリードするようになるという効果が生じる。
なお、右手親指(2)はゴルフクラブ(18)にのせるだけにして右手人指し指(3) でグリップしなければ上記効果を得ることができるので、巻きつけ型運動用具(24)の装
着は右手人指し指(3)のみでもよい。ただし、本稿では両指に装着することで論を進める。なお、以下に述べる実施例2以下においても装着は右手人指し指(3)のみでもよいので実施例2以下での記述は省略する。
