By the way, in the invention described in Patent Document 1, the cushioning material and the heater are installed without a gap between the upper toilet seat member and the support member. However, if the cushioning material is provided on the upper toilet seat member where the user's buttocks contact, it is considered that the heater can be prevented from rubbing against the support member. Therefore, it is less necessary to provide the end portions of the cushioning material between the upper toilet seat member and the support member in order to prevent the heater from rubbing against the support member.

The present invention has been invented in view of the above conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a toilet seat structure that can reduce the amount of use of a cushioning material.

In this embodiment, the outer peripheral side surface of the upper toilet seat member 21 is curved so as to be positioned on the inner peripheral side as it goes upward as shown in FIG. In the present embodiment, the upper surface of the upper toilet seat member 21 is inclined so as to be positioned downward from the outer peripheral end to the inner peripheral end along the user's buttocks. In the present embodiment, the inner peripheral side surface of the upper toilet seat member 21 is curved so as to be positioned on the inner peripheral side as it goes downward. The shape of the upper toilet member is not limited to the above.

The upper toilet seat member 21 is formed by an injection molding method or a vacuum molding method, but the manufacturing method is not limited. The upper toilet seat member 21 is formed of a synthetic resin material (for example, polypropylene material), but the material is not limited. In the present embodiment, the upper toilet seat member 21 has substantially the same thickness throughout, and the thickness is formed to be thin (for example, 1 mm). The thickness of the upper toilet seat member 21 varies depending on the characteristics of the material.

As shown in FIG. 2, a pair of pivot portions 21 a that are rotatably attached to a rear portion of a toilet main body (not shown) are provided at the rear end portion of the upper toilet seat member 21.

The lower toilet seat member 22 is formed by continuously forming a substantially U-shaped band in a cross-sectional view opened upward in a substantially elliptical shape or a substantially U-shape in plan view. In this embodiment, the outer peripheral side surface of the lower toilet seat member 22 is curved so as to be positioned on the inner peripheral side as it goes downward as shown in FIG. In the present embodiment, the lower toilet seat member 22 has a lower end portion, which is a flat portion 22a that comes into contact with a rim portion provided at an upper end portion of a bowl of a toilet bowl (not shown), and protrudes downward to an inner peripheral side end portion. And a protrusion 22b that contacts the side surface. In the present embodiment, the inner peripheral side surface of the lower toilet seat member 22 is curved so as to be positioned on the inner peripheral side as it goes upward. The shape of the lower toilet seat member 22 is not limited to the above.

By providing the protruding portion 22b, it becomes difficult for toilet or water to enter between the lower surface of the flat portion 22a and the upper surface of the rim portion, and the lower surface of the flat portion 22a and the upper surface of the rim portion are kept clean. Can do.

The lower toilet seat member 22 is formed by an injection molding method or a vacuum molding method, but the manufacturing method is not limited. The lower toilet seat member 22 is formed of a synthetic resin material, but the material is not limited.

In this embodiment, the toilet seat structure 1 includes a heater 3 fixed to the back surface of the upper toilet seat member 21 as shown in FIGS.

The heater 3 is a sheet-like heater 3 and is fixed by an adhesive along the back surface of the upper toilet seat member 21 in order to uniformly raise the temperature of the upper toilet seat member 21. The heater 3 may be provided over the entire back surface of the upper toilet seat member 21. However, it is preferable that the heater 3 is fixed to the back surface of the portion where the buttocks on the surface of the upper toilet seat member 21 come into contact with and bend.

The heater 3 is connected to a power supply unit (not shown) that supplies power such as a commercial power source. The heater 3 is preferably provided with a thermostat electrically connected to the heater 3 and a temperature fuse, and an excessive rise in temperature is prevented.

The heating method of the sheet-like heater 3 includes contact heating for heating in contact with an object and radiation heating for radiating heat to a remote object. Examples of the contact heating heater include a polyimide heater which is a flexible member corresponding to a curved surface such as a pipe, and a mica heater having a plate shape. Examples of the radiant heater include an aluminum heater and a ceramic heater. In addition, the heater 3 of this embodiment is not limited to these, The optimal thing is used suitably.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the toilet seat structure 1 includes a cushioning material 4 fixed to the back side of the heater 3 and a support member 5 that supports the upper toilet seat member 21.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the cushioning material 4 is provided on the back side of the upper toilet seat member 21 with the heater 3 fixed on the back surface, and an inner peripheral end portion between the upper toilet seat member 21 and the support member 5. It fixes to the part except the non-installation part 61 of the shock absorbing material 4 which consists of an outer periphery edge part. In this embodiment, the buffer material 4 is fixed to the back surface of the heater 3 with an adhesive. The cushioning material 4 is fixed to the intermediate portion between the inner peripheral end and the outer peripheral end of the back surface of the upper toilet seat member 21 via the heater 3. The cushioning material 4 applies a load to the upper toilet seat member 21, prevents the heater 3 from being disconnected when the heater 3 that is bent together with the upper toilet seat member 21 comes into contact with the support member 5 and the heater 3 rubs against the support member 5. To do.

An air layer is formed in the non-installation part 61 between the upper toilet seat member 21 and the support member 5. Since the non-installation part 61 is an air layer, the heat from the heater 3 can be insulated.

The buffer material 4 may be a soft material such as rubber or elastomer, but is preferably formed of a material that suppresses conduction of heat from the heater 3 to the support member 5. The buffer material 4 is preferably formed of a material having heat insulating properties and buffer properties such as felt. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the heater 3 from rubbing and breaking with the support member 5 and to suppress the conduction of heat generated in the heater 3 to the support member 5, so that the surface of the upper toilet seat member 21 can be efficiently heated. it can. In addition, although felt was illustrated, the material is not limited to this. However, the felt is less likely to be wrinkled as compared with other materials and has a property of expanding and contracting, so that the felt is preferably used as a material of the buffer material 4.

In order to prevent the upper toilet seat member 21 from being broken when the upper toilet seat member 21 formed in a thin wall is subjected to a load and the upper toilet seat member 21 is bent, the support member 5 is bent. Provided.

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the support member 5 is formed by continuously forming a substantially U-shaped band in a cross-sectional view opened downward in a substantially elliptical shape or a substantially U shape in plan view. In the present embodiment, the outer peripheral side surface of the support member 5 is curved so as to be located on the inner peripheral side as it goes upward as shown in FIG. In the present embodiment, the upper surface of the support member 5 is inclined so as to be positioned downward as it goes from the outer peripheral end to the inner peripheral end. In the present embodiment, the inner peripheral side surface of the support member 5 is curved so as to be positioned on the inner peripheral side as it goes downward. The shape of the support member 5 is not limited to the above.

In the present embodiment, the support member 5 is preferably formed of a synthetic resin, but the material is not limited.

The support member 5 and the buffer material 4 are not fixed and are in contact with each other in this embodiment. A gap having a predetermined interval may be provided between the support member 5 and the cushioning material 4. As a result, when an excessive load is applied, the cushioning material 4 comes into contact with the support member 5, so that the heater 3 is more difficult to break. The predetermined gap is preferably 1.0 mm to 2.0 mm, for example, but varies depending on the characteristics of the material of the upper toilet seat member 21.

In the present embodiment, both ends of the upper toilet seat member 21 and both ends of the support member 5 are joined to both ends of the lower toilet seat member 22 as shown in FIG. The lower end surface on the outer peripheral side of the upper toilet seat member 21 and the lower end surface on the outer peripheral side of the support member 5 are joined to the upper end surface on the outer peripheral side of the lower toilet seat member 22. The lower end surface on the inner peripheral side of the upper toilet seat member 21 and the lower end surface on the inner peripheral side of the support member 5 are joined to the upper end surface on the inner peripheral side of the lower toilet seat member 22. The upper toilet seat member 21, the support member 5, and the lower toilet seat member 22 are preferably joined by, for example, vibration welding. In addition, the method by which the upper toilet seat member 21, the support member 5, and the lower toilet seat member 22 are joined is not limited.

A method for manufacturing the toilet seat structure 1 having the above-described configuration will be described.

The operator fixes the heater 3 to the back surface of the upper toilet seat member 21 with an adhesive, and further fixes the cushioning material 4 to the back surface of the heater 3 with an adhesive. The operator inserts the support member 5 into the internal space of the upper toilet seat member 21 and fixes both ends of the upper toilet seat member 21 and both ends of the support member 5 if necessary. Then, the operator joins both ends of the upper toilet seat member 21 and the support member 5 and both ends of the lower toilet seat member 22.

In the toilet seat structure 1 having the above-described configuration, the cushioning material 4 is provided in a portion excluding the non-installation portion 61 of the cushioning material 4 including the inner peripheral end portion and the outer peripheral end portion between the upper toilet seat member 21 and the support member 5. Since it is fixed, the usage-amount of the buffer material 4 can be reduced. Further, since the cushioning material 4 is fixed to the upper toilet seat member 21 with an adhesive or the like via the heater 3, the cushioning material 4 can be made difficult to move.

The toilet seat structure 1 of the present embodiment has the following configuration.

The toilet seat structure 1 includes an upper toilet seat member 21 that forms the upper half of the toilet seat body 2 and a lower toilet seat member 22 that forms the lower half of the toilet seat body 2. The toilet seat structure 1 includes a heater 3 that is fixed to the back surface of the upper toilet seat member 21. The toilet seat structure 1 includes a cushioning material 4 fixed to the back surface of the heater 3 and a support member 5 that supports the upper toilet seat member 21. In the toilet seat structure 1, both ends of the upper toilet seat member 21 and both ends of the support member 5 are joined to both ends of the lower toilet seat member 22. The cushioning material 4 is on the back side of the upper toilet seat member 21 with the heater 3 fixed on the back surface, and the cushioning material 4 non-installation portion composed of an inner peripheral end portion and an outer peripheral end portion between the upper toilet seat member 21 and the support member 5. It is fixed to the part except 61. An air layer is formed in the non-installation portion 61 between the upper toilet seat member 21 and the support member 5.

Thereby, since the shock absorbing material 4 is fixed to the part except the non-installation part 61 of the shock absorbing material 4 which consists of the inner peripheral edge part between the upper toilet seat member 21 and the support member 5, and an outer peripheral edge part, the shock absorbing material 4 Can reduce the amount of use.
