Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an oil receiver that is attached to a planetary carrier of a planetary gear that constitutes a transmission, collects scattered oil, and supplies it to an oil passage in a shaft of a pinion shaft that is supported by the planetary carrier.
Conventionally, as this kind of oil receiver, one having an annular front plate and a rear plate joined at a predetermined interval is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In this oil receiver, an annular oil inlet (oil collecting part) is formed between the inner peripheral edge of the front plate and the inner peripheral edge of the rear plate, and the front plate has an oil passage communicating with the oil inlet and a pinion A plurality of protrusions (insertions) to be inserted into the shaft oil passage of the shaft are extended. As a result, oil scattered from the inside (planetary carrier shaft center side) due to the centrifugal force is collected at the oil inlet of the oil receiver, and the oil passage of the protrusion and the oil passage in the shaft of the pinion shaft are also collected. Thus, oil (operating oil) as a lubricating medium can be supplied to the lubricated portion (bearing) between the planetary carrier and the pinion gear.
Further, the oil receiver is attached to the planetary carrier so that the rear plate is close to the cancel plate constituting the clutch of the transmission, and may be in sliding contact with the cancel plate as the planetary carrier moves in the axial direction. For this reason, the rear plate is provided with an annular sliding portion (sliding contact surface) that is in sliding contact with the cancel plate. A plurality of fan-shaped washers are formed at equal pitches on the sliding portion of the rear plate, and a plurality of oil grooves extending radially at equal pitches are formed between the washers. Further, an inclined portion that protrudes obliquely rearward and a receiving portion that is formed flat inward in the radial direction from the inclined portion are formed on the radially inner side of the sliding portion, and is inclined from the center of the receiving portion. A plurality of cutout holes are formed at intervals in the circumferential direction toward the center of the portion. As a result, a part of the oil flowing radially outward by centrifugal force through the plurality of cutout holes can be supplied as a lubricating medium between the sliding portion of the oil receiver and the cancel plate.
However, the oil groove formed in the sliding portion of the conventional oil receiver extends radially, that is, straight in the radial direction of the oil receiver. For this reason, the oil that flows out from the cutout hole and flows into the oil groove quickly reaches the outer periphery of the sliding portion due to the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the planetary carrier and is discharged outward from the oil groove. There is a possibility that the oil cannot be sufficiently spread between the portion (sliding contact surface) and the surface of the cancel plate.
Accordingly, the present invention provides a sliding contact surface of an oil receiver attached to a planetary carrier of a planetary gear constituting a transmission, and another member that is disposed adjacent to the planetary carrier and that is in sliding contact with the sliding contact surface of the oil receiver. The main purpose is to spread the oil as a lubricating medium in the meantime.

The oil receiver according to the present invention is:
In an oil receiver that is attached to a planetary carrier of a planetary gear constituting a transmission, and that collects scattered oil and supplies it to an oil passage in a shaft of a pinion shaft supported by the planetary carrier.
An annular oil collector that receives oil scattered from the inside;
Each having an oil passage communicating with the oil collecting portion and being inserted into the oil passage in the shaft of the pinion shaft;
An annular sliding contact surface that is in sliding contact with another member disposed adjacent to the planetary carrier;
A wall portion extending along an inner periphery of the sliding contact surface so as to define the oil collecting portion;
A plurality of cutout portions formed in the wall portion at intervals in the circumferential direction and communicating the oil collecting portion and the region on the sliding contact surface side;
An inner peripheral end is in communication with the notch, and an outer peripheral end is formed on the sliding contact surface so as to be located downstream of the inner peripheral end in the main rotation direction of the planetary carrier. A plurality of oil grooves,
It is characterized by providing.
In such an oil receiver according to the present invention, a part of the oil collected by the oil collecting portion can be directly and smoothly supplied to each of the plurality of oil grooves from the plurality of notches formed in the wall portion. it can. In addition, each oil groove is formed so that the outer peripheral side end portion is positioned downstream of the inner peripheral side end portion in the main rotation direction of the planetary carrier. The length of the oil groove from the circumferential end to the outer circumferential end can be increased. As a result, the oil flowing into the oil groove from the notch hole is delayed from reaching the outer periphery of the sliding contact surface by the action of centrifugal force generated as the planetary carrier rotates, and the oil in each oil groove is It is possible to send the oil on the sliding contact surface upstream of the oil groove (between the sliding contact surface and another member). As a result, the oil as the lubricating medium can be more satisfactorily distributed between the sliding surface of the oil receiver and another member that is disposed adjacent to the planetary carrier and is in sliding contact with the sliding surface of the oil receiver. . Therefore, according to this oil receiver, it is possible to improve the durability by satisfactorily suppressing the wear of the sliding contact surface accompanying the sliding contact with other members.

The
Further, the
As shown in FIG. 4, the
Furthermore, in this embodiment, the
In addition, on the inner peripheral surface of each
In this embodiment, the
As a result, each
With respect to the

Each of the
The
In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the
FIG. 7 is a front view of the
As shown in FIG. 9, the cross-sectional shape of the
Next, the flow state of the working oil as the lubricating medium around the clutch C2 and the Ravigneaux-type second
During the operation of the
A part of the hydraulic oil collected by the hydraulic
Part of the hydraulic fluid that has circulated through the
As a result, the lubricating oil is stored in the
On the other hand, a part of the hydraulic oil collected by the hydraulic
In the
As a result, even if the sliding
In the above embodiment, all of the plurality of
Further, as can be seen from FIG. 12, the
As described above, when at least a part of the plurality of
As described above, the oil receiver according to the present invention is attached to the planetary carrier of the planetary gear constituting the transmission, and collects the scattered oil and is supported by the planetary carrier in the shaft shaft oil passage. In the oil receiver to be supplied to the oil receiver, the oil receiver includes an annular oil collecting portion that receives oil scattered from the inside, and an oil passage that communicates with the oil collecting portion, and is inserted into the oil passage in the shaft of the pinion shaft. An insertion portion, an annular sliding contact surface that is in sliding contact with another member disposed adjacent to the planetary carrier, and a wall that extends along the inner periphery of the sliding contact surface so as to define the oil collecting portion And a plurality of notches that are formed in the wall portion at intervals in the circumferential direction and communicate the oil collecting portion and the region on the sliding surface side And the inner peripheral side end portion communicates with the notch portion, and the outer peripheral side end portion is formed on the sliding contact surface so as to be located downstream of the inner peripheral side end portion in the main rotation direction of the planetary carrier. And a plurality of oil grooves formed.
In other words, the oil receiver according to the present invention is attached to the planetary carrier of the planetary gear constituting the transmission, collects the oil scattered from the inside by the oil collecting part, and draws the oil through the oil path of the insertion part. The oil is supplied to the oil passage in the shaft of the pinion shaft supported by the carrier. The oil receiver includes an annular sliding contact surface that is in sliding contact with another member disposed adjacent to the planetary carrier, and a wall that extends along the inner periphery of the sliding contact surface so as to define an oil collecting portion. And a plurality of cutout portions are formed in the wall portion at intervals in the circumferential direction. The cutout portions allow the oil collecting portion and the region on the sliding contact surface side to communicate with each other. Furthermore, a plurality of oil grooves are formed on the sliding contact surface so that the respective inner peripheral end portions communicate with the cutout portions, and the outer peripheral end portions of the respective oil grooves are more planetary carriers than the inner peripheral end portions. That is, it is located downstream in the main rotation direction of the oil receiver.
This delays the oil flowing into the oil groove from the cutout hole from reaching the outer periphery of the sliding contact surface due to the centrifugal force generated with the rotation of the planetary carrier, and the oil in each oil groove is It is possible to feed the sliding surface on the upstream side in the rotational direction (between the sliding surface and another member).
Further, each of the plurality of oil grooves may extend spirally along the main rotation direction. As a result, the length of the oil groove from the inner peripheral side end to the outer peripheral side end is made longer, and the oil in the oil groove is slid on the sliding contact surface upstream of the oil groove by centrifugal force ( It is possible to smoothly feed in between the sliding surface and another member. However, the oil groove of the oil receiver does not necessarily extend spirally along the main rotation direction, and the outer peripheral side end is positioned downstream of the inner peripheral side end in the main rotation direction of the planetary carrier. If it does, it may extend straight.
Furthermore, the oil groove may be formed such that the depth gradually decreases from the inner peripheral end to the outer peripheral end. In this way, by deepening the inner peripheral side end of the oil groove, even if the oil in the oil groove is sent into the inner peripheral region of the sliding contact surface by centrifugal force, it is still in the oil groove. It becomes possible to leave oil. Then, the oil remaining in the oil groove on the inner peripheral side end portion side can be sent out toward the outer peripheral side end portion by centrifugal force and also sent into the outer peripheral side region. Therefore, according to such a configuration, it is possible to distribute the oil as the lubricating medium very well between the sliding surface of the oil receiver and the other member disposed adjacent to the planetary carrier.
The oil groove has a first bottom surface located on the upstream side in the main rotation direction of the planetary carrier and a second bottom surface located on the downstream side in the main rotation direction of the planetary carrier. It may be formed so that the inclination angle of the first bottom surface with respect to the sliding contact surface decreases and the width of the second bottom surface in the circumferential direction becomes narrower from the end portion toward the outer peripheral side end portion. As a result, the depth of the oil groove is gradually reduced from the inner peripheral side end portion toward the outer peripheral side end portion, and the oil in the oil groove on the outer peripheral side end portion side of the oil groove is a region on the outer peripheral side of the sliding contact surface. It is possible to reduce the amount of oil that is smoothly fed and discharged outward from each oil groove on the outer periphery of the sliding contact surface. However, the first bottom surface and the second bottom surface may be formed to be smoothly continuous, and at least one of them may be a curved surface.
Furthermore, at least some of the plurality of oil grooves may be formed so as to be closed on the inner peripheral side with respect to the outer periphery of the sliding contact surface. As a result, the amount of oil discharged outward from the plurality of oil grooves on the outer periphery of the sliding contact surface is reduced, and the sliding contact surface of the oil receiver and other members disposed adjacent to the planetary carrier are reduced. In the meantime, the oil as the lubricating medium can be distributed better.
