以下、本発明の実施の形態を説明する。

本発明は以上のような構造である。
本発明を使用するときは、適当な厚さ（通常１．５ｃｍ位）に調整したスチールウール（１）をゴム棒（２）に乗せ、止め具（３）で固定する。この時、止め具（３）の両端は止め具押さえ（４）の下を潜らせて、止め具（３）のスチールウール側のゴムが緩まないようにする。これで、本発明の組み立ては終了する。
ゴム棒の他端側を握り汚れが付着した部分をスチールウールでこすることにより清掃作業を行うので、直接手指でスチールウールを保持するよりも強い力で作業が行われる。
また、力を入れ易いので広い面積の清掃作業も可能となる。
なお、使用するスチールウールは人手で使う場合の２分の１以下で済む事こと、及び使用後後スチールウールを固定した部分を石鹸液に浸けることにより２週間程度までスチールウールの寿命を延ばすことが出来ること、から省資源が図れる。
