前記各室内機の運転履歴から予め定めた前記空調機システムの運用期間において全ての前記室内機が停止状態となる停止時間を予測する停止時間予測手段と、
全ての前記室内機が停止状態であるときの消費電力に基づいて前記停止時間に対する電気料金を算出し前記停止時間に対する電気料金を前記複数の室内機で按分して予測停止電気料金を算出する予測停止電気料金算出手段と、
前記予測停止電気料金と前記各室内機に対応する前払金額残高を比較し前記前払金額残高が前記予測停止電気料金以下となる室内機が発生した場合、当該室内機の運転を強制的に禁止する運転禁止手段を備えたことを特徴とする空調機システム。
