Description

The present invention relates to a safety block guide mechanism. In particular, the present invention relates to a safety block guide mechanism that can be grounded using a scaffolding column.

Use safety blocks for various purposes.
The safety block includes a case main body, a wire rope wound around the case main body, and a hook connected to an end portion of the wire rope.
For example, an operator at a construction site works at a high place by connecting a safety block hook to a safety belt.
For example, the safety block is suspended at a predetermined location on the temporary scaffold, the wire rope is pulled out from the safety block, and the hook at the end of the wire rope is connected to the safety belt.
When the worker moves at the construction site, the wire rope is unwound from the case main body and unloaded. When the wire rope is suddenly extended from the case body, the case body locks the wire rope.
FIG. 5 is a conceptual diagram of a temporary scaffold at a construction site.

The safety block support structure according to the embodiment of the present invention has the following effects due to its configuration.
A pair of engaging portions 22 are fixed to both ends of a rail portion 21 having a rectangular plate shape that is provided with an opening О that extends horizontally in the use state and has a cross section facing downward, and the engaging portions 22 are used as scaffolding struts. Since each of the ten connecting portions 12 is engaged from above, the safety block 40 can be supported along the rail portion 21 supported by the scaffolding column 10.
In addition, when the pair of engaging portions 22 are engaged with the connecting portions 12 of the pair of scaffolding struts 10, the opening О is directed diagonally forward and downward. The safety block can be fixed along the facing opening О.
In addition, the plate-like member of the engaging portion 22 is provided with a U-shaped plate-shaped slit of the connecting portion 12, and the end surface of the plate-like member abuts the side surface of the column portion 11 to engage with the connecting portion 12. Therefore, the safety block rail 20 is fixed to the scaffolding column 10.
Further, the wheel 32 fixed to the upper part of the connecting member 31 can be rotated and moved by the rectangular inner shape of the rail part 21 to connect the safety block 40 to the lower part of the connecting member 31 exposed downward from the opening О. Thus, the safety block 40 can be moved along the safety block rail 20.

The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the invention.
