Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a tire information measurement system that measures information related to a tire mounted on a vehicle.
A system has been proposed in which information such as tire pressure is measured by a sensor disposed in a tire mounted on a vehicle, and the environment inside and outside the tire is monitored based on this information. For example, in the environmental monitoring system described in Patent Document 1, a sensor unit including an RFID tag with a battery-less CPU is built in a tire of a vehicle, and the acceleration in each direction is performed by communicating with the RFID tag in a tire house. A reader capable of acquiring data and unique ID data of the RFID tag is provided. Electric power is supplied to the sensor unit from the vibration power generation device.
In the environmental monitoring system described in Patent Document 1, since the power supply from the vibration power generation device to the sensor unit is about once every few seconds, the tire information measurement interval by the sensor unit is also about once every few seconds. . This measurement frequency is at a level that is not a problem during normal driving, but the change in the output value from the sensor unit may proceed in a short time, for example, when the tire pressure drops suddenly. In this case, the driver needs to respond quickly according to the change in the output value. However, if the measurement frequency is about once every few seconds, it may be difficult to take an appropriate and prompt response. In order to monitor the environment and determine an appropriate situation, it is preferable to measure continuously for a certain time (for example, several minutes).
Accordingly, the present invention provides a tire information measurement system that can switch the measurement frequency of information related to tires between when the tire condition is normal and when an abnormality has occurred, thereby providing an appropriate situation determination. The purpose is to do.
In order to solve the above-described problem, a tire information measurement system according to the present invention includes a first power generation device and a second power generation that are arranged in at least one of a plurality of tires mounted on a vehicle and generate power when the tire is driven. A power storage unit that is connected to the second power generation device and stores the power generated by the second power generation device, a tire information sensor that measures information about the tire, a tire information sensor, the first power generation device, and a secondary battery; And a control unit that controls the changeover switch according to a sensor output value that is an output value of the tire information sensor.
As a result, the power supply source can be switched according to the tire condition, so that the power consumption can be kept low when the tire is normal, while the tire condition changes when the tire is abnormal. Thus, the user can quickly and accurately determine an appropriate situation.
In the tire information measurement system of the present invention, the control unit causes the changeover switch to be electrically connected to the first power generator if the sensor output value is within a predetermined range, and sets the changeover switch to 2 if the sensor output value is outside the predetermined range. It is preferable to conduct with a secondary battery.
As a result, power is automatically supplied when the sensor output value is within a predetermined range and the tire is normal, and when the sensor output value is outside the predetermined range and the tire is abnormal. It is possible to change the measurement frequency of the information about the tire by changing the interval. For this reason, the power consumption can be kept low when the tire is normal, and when the abnormality occurs in the tire, the change of the tire condition can be known sequentially and accurately. Can be performed quickly.
In the tire information measurement system of the present invention, the power supply interval by the secondary battery is preferably shorter than the power supply interval by the first power generator.
Thereby, since the change of the state of a tire can be known sequentially and correctly when abnormality has occurred in the tire, the user can quickly make an appropriate situation determination.
In the tire information measurement system of the present invention, it is preferable that the first power generator intermittently supplies power, and the secondary battery continuously supplies power.
As a result, the user can make an appropriate situation determination more quickly.

Thereby, it is possible to notify the user of the state of the tire, and the user can take appropriate measures based on this information.
In the tire information measurement system of the present invention, the first power generation device and the second power generation device are preferably a common power generation device.
As a result, it is possible to reduce the cost and reduce the size of the system.
In the tire information measurement system of the present invention, it is preferable that the first power generation device and the second power generation device generate power by electromagnetic induction, electrostatic induction, inverse magnetostriction effect, or piezoelectric effect based on tire vibration.
In the tire information measuring system of the present invention, the tire information sensor preferably measures at least one of the pressure and temperature in the tire and the acceleration of the tire.
According to the present invention, it is possible to switch the measurement frequency of tire-related information by the tire information sensor between when the tire condition is normal and when an abnormality occurs, thereby providing appropriate and quick situation determination Can do. In other words, it becomes possible to monitor the information about the tire at an optimum measurement frequency according to the state of the tire.
Hereinafter, a tire information measurement system according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
<First Embodiment>
FIG. 1 is a side view partially showing a
As shown in FIG. 1, the tire
As shown in FIG. 2, the tire
The first
The first
A
The capacity of the
The
The
The
The
メモリ55は、記憶するデータに応じて、RAM(Random Access Memory)やROM(Read Only Memory)を使用する。
The
In the tire
More specifically, the
Therefore, the measurement frequency of information about the tire can be switched by automatically changing the power supply interval between when the
In the above description, the conduction between the first
Second Embodiment
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 3 is a block diagram illustrating a configuration of the tire
The
In the tire
Therefore, the measurement frequency of information about the tire can be switched by automatically changing the power supply interval between when the
Furthermore, since the
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the above embodiment, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and can be improved or changed within the scope of the purpose of the improvement or the idea of the present invention.
As described above, the tire information measurement system according to the present invention can monitor information related to a tire at an optimum frequency according to the state of the tire.
