The present invention uses a solid-liquid separation sheet containing polyurethane open-cell foam, a method for producing the solid-liquid separation sheet, a solid-liquid separation absorbent sheet using the solid-liquid separation sheet, and the solid-liquid separation absorbent sheet. The present invention relates to a wear absorbent article.
The solid-liquid separation absorbent sheet for the treatment of loose stool in adult paper diapers has a laminated structure including a solid-liquid separation layer and a liquid absorption layer. The solid-liquid separation layer includes polyethylene (PE), polypropylene ( A synthetic resin nonwoven fabric such as PP) or polyester (PET) is used, and a superabsorbent resin (SAP) is used for the liquid absorption layer.
The solid-liquid separation / absorption sheet for soft stool treatment using synthetic resin nonwoven fabric has poor solid-liquid separation of loose stool and poor water permeability. Therefore, the oil and fibers contained in the loose stool are visible on the surface of the diaper. There are many cases where clogging occurs, and soft stools are not easily absorbed by diapers.
Patent Document 1 describes a wear absorbent article such as a disposable diaper, in which fluid stool settles from the skin contact surface without fluid diffusion on the skin contact surface. The wearing absorbent article of Patent Document 1 is a disposable wearing absorbent article provided with a means for holding excretory stool in the crotch region, and the holding means extends in the length direction at the upper part of the liquid absorbent core. The continuous filament layer has a high compression elastic recovery rate and porosity, and is arranged so that the filament extends in the length direction of the laminated panel. However, Patent Document 1 does not describe the use of urethane foam in a worn absorbent article (Patent Document 1).
Patent Document 2 describes a body fluid-absorbing wearing article in which a body fluid-absorbing article wearer does not give a strong moist feeling to a part having the body fluid diffusing ability of the article. The body fluid-absorbing wearing article has an inner sheet, an outer sheet, and a body fluid-absorbing first panel located below the inner sheet. A gap formed in the central portion between the inner sheet and the first panel is filled with a hydrophobic second panel that is elastically compressible and has liquid permeability. Between the second panel and the outer sheet, a plurality of strips formed by compressing water-absorbing fibers with high density and a hydrophobic liquid-permeable spacer member located below the strips are provided. . The second layer of the second panel is formed of a porous thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet and an open-cell foamed polyurethane that are porous and liquid-permeable and elastically compressible in the thickness direction. The spacer member is formed of a liquid permeable sheet such as open cell foamed urethane in addition to a film and a non-woven fabric, and preferably has a thickness of about 0.3 to 2 mm. However, Patent Document 2 does not report a bodily fluid absorbent article that can prevent side leakage during use by diffusing soft stool body fluid containing body fluid and fibers (Patent Document 2).
As for the treatment of loose stool, measures such as making a hole in the solid-liquid separation absorbent sheet and making a pocket for loose stool in a worn absorbent article such as a diaper have been taken. However, it has not led to a fundamental solution to the treatment of soft stool, and there has been a problem that side leakage occurs during use, and soft stool adheres to sleepwear or sheets.
Further, the conventional urethane foam type filter is non-uniform such that the thickness is thick, only the surface has a high density, the internal density is low, and the internal cells are rough. Therefore, a conventional urethane foam filter allows a liquid in a mixture of solid and liquid (solid liquid) to pass only in the filter thickness direction (longitudinal direction). A conventional urethane foam filter cannot pass a liquid when the filter is clogged with solids in the solid liquid.
The present invention is to provide a solid-liquid separation sheet excellent in lateral diffusibility and water permeability.
As a result of intensive studies to solve the above problems, the present inventors have found that a polyurethane open-cell foam having a density of 100 to 200 kg / m 3 and a thickness of 0.5 to 3.0 mmt.
According to the present invention, a solid-liquid separation sheet excellent in lateral diffusibility and water permeability can be obtained. In the conventional solid-liquid separation sheet, the liquid (body fluid, etc.) of the solid-liquid mixture (soft stool etc.) stays at one point and permeates the sheet, causing clogging of the sheet. Since the liquid of the solid-liquid mixture can be quickly diffused on the sheet and permeated through the sheet, there is the convenience that clogging is difficult.
In addition, the solid-liquid separation / absorption sheet of the present invention includes a solid-liquid separation sheet and a water-absorbing sheet containing, for example, a high-absorbency resin, so that body fluid contained in soft stool can be quickly permeated and contained in soft stool. By holding the body fluid in a highly absorbent resin or the like, it is possible to prevent body fluid from returning or causing rash.
According to the present invention, clogging of a sheet can be prevented, side leakage of soft stool due to clogging can be improved, and soft stool can be absorbed by a diaper.
The present invention is described in detail below.
In this specification, “lateral diffusibility” means that the liquid does not stay at one point but diffuses in the horizontal direction of the sheet, not in the thickness direction of the sheet.
In the present specification, “water permeability” means a property of allowing water to permeate.
The solid-liquid separation sheet of this invention contains a polyurethane open cell foam.
The polyurethane open-cell foam used for the solid-liquid separation sheet of the present invention is preferably one having a small thickness and a uniform density in the thickness cross-sectional direction. In addition, the skeleton forming the open cell structure is deformed so as to be plastically deformed and folded in the compression direction by hot compression molding, so that the cell structure is densely packed in the compression direction. Therefore, the water permeability and lateral diffusivity are excellent. Therefore, the solid-liquid separation sheet of the present invention can be used for soft stool processing.
The density of the polyurethane open-cell foam used for the solid-liquid separation sheet of the present invention is 100 to 200 kg / m 3 , preferably 120 to 180 kg / m 3 , more preferably 130 to 170 kg / m 3 . .
The density of the polyurethane open cell foam is measured using a scale in accordance with the JIS K7222 measuring method.
When the density of the polyurethane open cell foam is less than 100 kg / m 3 , the water transmission rate tends to decrease. On the other hand, when the density of the polyurethane open-cell foam exceeds 200 kg / m 3 , the filtrate amount and permeability (starting time) tend to decrease.
The density of the above-mentioned polyurethane open-cell foam is determined by, for example, a method such as adjusting the density of a soft slab polyurethane foam used for thermal compression, that is, adjusting the amount of foaming agent added, or the method described in this specification, that is, heat It can be adjusted by adjusting the compression ratio and thermally compressing the polyurethane open-cell foam.
The polyurethane open-cell foam used in the solid-liquid separation sheet of the present invention has a thickness of 0.5 to 3.0 mmt, preferably 0.6 to 2.0 mmt, more preferably 0.7 to 1.mmt. 5 mm.
The thickness of the polyurethane open-cell foam is measured using a digital caliper.
When the thickness of the polyurethane open cell foam is less than 0.5 mmt, the strength tends to decrease. On the other hand, when the thickness of the polyurethane open-cell foam exceeds 3.0 mmt, the water permeability tends to decrease.
The thickness of the above-mentioned polyurethane open cell foam is, for example, by changing the thickness of the spacer during hot compression molding or by thermally compressing the polyurethane open cell foam according to the method described herein. Can be adjusted.
The water permeation rate of the polyurethane open-cell foam used for the solid-liquid separation sheet of the present invention is 0.125 mL / second or more, preferably 0.20 mL / second or more, more preferably 0.25 mL / second or more. is there.
The water permeation speed of the polyurethane open cell foam is about 5 cm from a height of 0.5 mL (1 drop) of ion-exchanged water dropped on the polyurethane open cell foam, and the water drops disappear from the polyurethane open cell foam. It is calculated by measuring the time (seconds).
The polyurethane open-cell foam used for the solid-liquid separation sheet of the present invention is preferably obtained by hot compression molding a polyurethane open-cell foam.
Another aspect of the present invention is a method for producing a solid-liquid separation sheet containing polyurethane open-cell foam, characterized by comprising a step of heat-compressing polyurethane open-cell foam.

For example, the polyurethane open cell foam cut into a flat plate is used, the side surface of the polyurethane open cell foam is opened, and the thickness direction of the polyurethane open cell foam is changed. It can be performed by uniformly compressive plastic deformation.
In the present invention, since the polyurethane open-cell foam used for thermal compression molding is subjected to thermal compression molding, each skeleton forming the cell structure is compressed and deformed in the compression direction and deformed as if folded. After the heat compression molding, the cell space is denser in the compression direction and the cell skeletons are aligned in the horizontal direction than before the heat compression formation.

Polyester polyols include condensed polyester polyols obtained by reacting polycarboxylic acids such as adipic acid and phthalic acid with polyols such as ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, propylene glycol, and glycerin, as well as lactone polyester polyols and polycarbonate polyols. Etc. are exemplified. Examples of the polyether polyol include polypropylene glycol, polytetramethylene glycol, and modified products thereof. These polyols can change the number of functional groups and the hydroxyl value of the hydroxyl group by adjusting the type, molecular weight, condensation degree, and the like of the raw material components.
The polyisocyanate compound to be reacted with polyols is a compound having a plurality of isocyanate groups, specifically, tolylene diisocyanate (TDI), 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), 1,5-naphthalene diisocyanate (NDI), Triphenylmethane triisocyanate, xylylene diisocyanate (XDI), hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI), dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate, isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and the like are used.
Here, it is preferable that the isocyanate index of a polyisocyanate compound is 80-130. The isocyanate index represents the equivalent ratio of the isocyanate group of the polyisocyanate compound to the hydroxyl group of the polyol and the foaming agent (water) as a percentage. Therefore, when the value is less than 100, it means that the hydroxyl group is in excess of the isocyanate group, and when it exceeds 100, it means that the isocyanate group is in excess of the hydroxyl group. When the isocyanate index is less than 80, polyols cannot sufficiently react with the polyisocyanate compound, resulting in large flexibility and reduced shape retention. On the other hand, when the isocyanate index exceeds 130, the flexible polyurethane foam becomes hard and its physical properties are deteriorated.
The catalyst is for accelerating the urethanization reaction between polyols and polyisocyanate compounds. As such a catalyst, amines such as N, N, N-trimethylaminoethylpiperazine, triethylenediamine and dimethylethanolamine, organometallic compounds such as tin octylate, acetates, alkali metal alcoholates and the like are used. Among these, in order to obtain a flexible polyurethane foam, it is desirable to use amines or this and a metal containing catalyst together.
The foaming agent is for foaming polyurethane into a flexible polyurethane foam. As the foaming agent, pentane, cyclopentane, hexane, cyclohexane, dichloromethane, carbon dioxide, etc. are used in addition to water. As a raw material of the flexible polyurethane foam, a foam stabilizer such as a surfactant, a flame retardant such as a condensed phosphate ester, an antioxidant, a plasticizer, an ultraviolet absorber, a colorant and the like can be added.
When the urethanization reaction between the polyols and the polyisocyanate compound is performed, a one-shot method or a prepolymer method is employed. The one-shot method is a method in which a polyol and a polyisocyanate compound are directly reacted. The prepolymer method is a method in which a part of a polyol and a polyisocyanate compound are reacted in advance to obtain a prepolymer having an isocyanate group or a hydroxyl group at a terminal, and the polyol or the polyisocyanate compound is reacted therewith. The one-shot method is a preferable method because the manufacturing process is one step compared to the prepolymer method, and there are few restrictions on the manufacturing conditions, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.

Is 0.54 to 0.66 g / ml.
(Measurement method of bulk density)
The bulk density is measured according to JIS K6219-2 2005. A water-absorbent resin powder as a sample is poured into a central part of a cylindrical container (a stainless steel container having a diameter of 100 mm, a capacity of 1000 ml) having a known mass and volume from a height of 50 mm or less from the lower end of the container. At this time, a sufficient amount of sample is poured into the cylindrical container so that the poured sample forms a triangular pyramid above the upper end of the cylindrical container. Then, use a spatula to wipe off the excess sample above the upper end of the cylindrical container, measure the mass of the container in this state, and subtract the mass of the container from the measured value to obtain the mass of the sample. By dividing this by the volume of the container, the target bulk density is calculated. The measurement was performed 5 times (n = 5), the values at each of the upper and lower points were deleted, and the average value of the remaining three points was taken as the measured value. These measurements are performed at 23 ± 2 ° C. and a relative humidity of 50 ± 5%, and are measured after the sample is stored in the same environment for 24 hours or more before the measurement.

(Measurement method of water absorption)
The water absorption is measured according to JIS K 7223 (1996). Nylon mesh (JIS Z8801-1: 2000) with a mesh size of 63 μm is cut into a rectangle with a width of 10 cm and a length of 40 cm, folded in half at the center in the longitudinal direction, and both ends are heat sealed to a width of 10 cm (inner dimension: 9 cm), long A 20 cm long nylon bag is prepared. 1.00 g of a measurement sample is precisely weighed and placed uniformly in the bottom of the produced nylon bag. The nylon bag containing the sample is immersed in physiological saline. After 60 minutes from the start of immersion, the nylon bag is taken out from the physiological saline, suspended in a vertical state for 1 hour and drained, and then the mass (F1) of the sample is measured. Further, the same operation is performed without using a sample, and the mass F0 (g) at that time is measured. Then, from the masses F1 and F0 and the mass of the sample, a target absorption magnification is calculated according to the following formula.

4). Solid-liquid separation performance evaluation test The solid-liquid separation performance of the polyurethane foams of Examples 1 to 6 and Comparative Examples 1 to 4 was evaluated.
(1) Filtrate evaluation and permeability evaluation
(Method)
A solid-liquid separation sheet (40φ (mm)) was placed in the filtration filter holder, and 10 g of tomato juice was filled as a test solution. The solid-liquid separation performance was evaluated by the amount of filtrate in 10 minutes, the filtration rate, and the time when the filtrate started to be discharged.

(Discussion)
As shown in Comparative Examples 1 and 3, when the urethane foam is highly compressed, the amount of filtrate and permeability in which the density of the final compressed product exceeds 220 kg / m 3 decreases. If the foam is not subjected to hot compression molding as in Comparative Example 2 or if the final foam density is 80 kg / m 3 or less even if it is hot compression molded as in Comparative Example 4, the water permeation rate is slow.
On the other hand, Examples 1-6 are moderately hot-compressed, have excellent water permeability, and have no problems with the amount of filtrate and permeability.
(2) Lateral diffusion
(Method)
Put 5 drops of tomato juice (containing a lot of fiber) with a dropper into a foam sheet, the solid content of the dropped tomato juice remains as a residue on the sheet surface, and the liquid content in tomato juice is the sheet surface The state and area of spreading wet were visually judged. Wet spreading in the horizontal direction was observed.
Transverse diffusion criteria:
○: The liquid content in the tomato juice spreads in the horizontal direction of the sheet from the solid content body of the tomato juice, and the distance of the spread spreads 5 mm or more (within 10 seconds).
X: The water | moisture content in tomato juice is not isolate | separated, but the shape is hold | maintained integrally on a sheet | seat.

・ Ester foam: Soft slab polyurethane foam (Ester foam trade name: Malt Plain, Inoac Corporation product, density 75 kg / m 3 )
(Discussion)
The melamine foam having hydrophilicity is excellent in water permeability, but inferior in lateral diffusibility. Normal urethane foam is inferior in both water permeability and lateral diffusivity in both the ether and ester types before hot compression molding. By performing hot compression molding, the water transmission rate and lateral diffusibility of the urethane foam can be improved. In particular, the situation of the lateral diffusibility test results of Examples 1 and 4 is that the tomato juice comes into contact with the solid-liquid separation sheet and the liquid instantly exudes around the sheet in the horizontal direction, while the sheet-like fiber The solid content gradually decreased. On the other hand, even when tomato juice is dripped onto urethane foam that is not heat-compressed, it remains as it is for a few seconds, and even when it comes into contact with the foam, no wetting or seepage of the liquid in the horizontal direction is observed. It was.
