本発明は出来る限りの簡単構成で形成されている。以下解決手段を説明する。
まず旋盤等の機械で切込加工と、タップ孔(6)のネジ加工を施した、レール幅保持基台(1)を用意して、これに合わせて、左右のレール(2)を該基台の上に固定する為のレール固定体(4)を装着する。この該固定体も予めレール下端部(3)にぴったり合わせるように、機械での切込加工とタップ孔(6)のネジ加工を施してある。さらに該固定体のレール取付側の当り面に、焼結金属パッド(8)を固定装着して緩衝および滑り止めとして設ける。そして最後に固定ボルト(5)を、ネジ締めて軌道現場に於いて、レール(2)を完全に固定装着出来るように設ける。この装着した構成は、図1、図2のごとくレール固定体(4)は、レール下端部(3)に左右の2個で、固定ボルト(5)も2本で、共に固定される。つまりレール(2)をレール幅保持基台(1)に2本装着するので、これらはレール固定体(4)は合計4個、固定ボルト(5)も合計4個で組付けられている。そしてこのレール(2)の装着状態は基準レール幅(7)で固定されている。なお、これらの材質としては、ステンレス鋼が適している。
