Description

The present invention relates to a cleaning composition, and more particularly, is a cleaning composition for hair and skin that is discharged in a foamed state from a non-gas type container and has low irritation to the eye mucosa, good foam quality, and foam discharge. The present invention relates to a detergent composition that is not easily clogged with a porous film inside a container.

Conventionally, detergents that are mildly irritating to the ocular mucosa have been developed as shampoos, body soaps, and facial cleansers for infants. As such, a mild stimulant composition using a carboxybetaine surfactant as a cleaning component (see, for example, Patent Document 1) or a sulfosuccinate surfactant as a cleaning component can be used as a stimulant. A detergent composition with a low content (see, for example, Patent Document 2) has been proposed.

On the other hand, the cleaning agent component is contained in a non-gas type foam discharge container, and when used, the cleaning agent component and air are combined together, and bubbles are formed by passing through the porous film inside the container. Many cleaning compositions ejected in a state have been proposed. In such a cleaning composition, clogging in the porous membrane may occur, and therefore a method for suppressing clogging (see, for example, Patent Documents 3 to 6) has been proposed. Moreover, the method (for example, refer patent documents 7-9) which improves foam quality and foaming power is also proposed.

However, none of these methods can sufficiently satisfy all of the weakening of irritation to the ocular mucosa, the improvement of foam quality, and the prevention of clogging with the porous film of the foam discharge container.

In view of the above situation, the present invention is a hair or skin that is discharged from a non-gas type container in a foam state, weakly irritating to the eye mucous membrane, has good foam quality, and is not easily clogged with a porous film inside the foam discharge container. It is an object of the present invention to provide a detergent composition for use.

As a result of extensive research, the present inventor solved the above problems with a detergent composition containing sulfosuccinic acid polyoxyethylene fatty acid amide salt, fatty acid amidopropyl betaine and polyhydric alcohol as essential components, and each component containing a specific amount. As a result, the present invention has been completed.

The cleaning composition of the present invention is particularly excellent in that it is discharged from a non-gas type container in a foamed state, is less irritating to the ocular mucosa, has good foam quality, and is not easily clogged by the porous film inside the foam discharge container. ing. Furthermore, it also has the advantages of good foaming, smoothness of fingers, high cleanability, ease of rinsing and storage stability.

The (A) sulfosuccinic acid polyoxyethylene fatty acid ethanolamide salt used in the present invention is represented by the following general formula (I), and is blended mainly for the purpose of washing.
Figure 2015078139

RCO in the above general formula (I) is a fatty acid residue having 8 to 22 carbon atoms. Examples of fatty acids include octanoic acid, decanoic acid, lauric acid, myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, behenic acid, palm kernel oil fatty acid, coconut oil fatty acid, etc., lauric acid, palm kernel oil fatty acid, coconut Oil fatty acids are particularly preferred. n is 2 to 10, and preferably 3 to 7. X + is an alkali metal ion, preferably a potassium ion or a sodium ion.

The compounding amount of the (A) sulfosuccinic acid polyoxyethylene fatty acid ethanolamide salt used in the present invention is 3 to 20% by mass, based on 100% by mass of the entire detergent composition containing the same. If it is less than 3% by mass, satisfactory results are not obtained in terms of foam homogeneity and cleaning effect. If it exceeds 20% by mass, irritation to the ocular mucosa may become strong.

Figure 2015078139
(B) Fatty acid amidopropyl betaine used for this invention is represented by the following general formula (II), and is mix | blended mainly for washing | cleaning.
Figure 2015078139

RCO in the general formula (II) is a fatty acid residue having 8 to 22 carbon atoms. Examples of the fatty acid include octanoic acid, decanoic acid, lauric acid, myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, behenic acid, palm kernel oil fatty acid, coconut oil fatty acid, etc., lauric acid, palm kernel oil fatty acid, coconut Oil fatty acids are particularly preferred.

The compounding quantity of (B) fatty acid amide propyl betaine used for this invention is 1-10 mass% by making the whole cleaning composition containing this into 100 mass%. If it is less than 1% by mass, satisfactory results are not obtained in terms of foam homogeneity and cleaning effect. If it exceeds 10% by mass, irritation to the ocular mucosa may become strong.

Both the polyoxyethylene fatty acid ethanolamide salt of sulfosuccinic acid and fatty acid amidopropyl betaine are cleaning ingredients with relatively weak irritation to the ocular mucosa. In general, a cleaning ingredient with weak irritation to the ocular mucosa and skin often has low foaming power and poor foam quality. Therefore, it is not suitable for a foam discharge container. However, the combination of specific sulfosuccinic acid polyoxyethylene fatty acid ethanolamide salt and fatty acid amidopropyl betaine makes it possible to achieve both weakness of stimulation and good foam quality.

The (C) polyhydric alcohol that is liquid at normal temperature and normal pressure used in the present invention is blended for the purpose of suppressing clogging of the porous film in the foam discharge container, moisturizing effect, and the like. When the foam is discharged, the cleaning composition remaining inside the foam discharge nozzle returns to the inside of the bottle again through the porous membrane. If the cleaning composition is dried quickly, it may become clogged by drying and solidifying with the porous film before returning to the inside of the bottle. The polyhydric alcohol delays drying of the cleaning composition and suppresses clogging.

Examples of the polyhydric alcohol (C) used in the present invention at room temperature and normal pressure include dipropylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, glycerin, diglycerin, polyglycerin, diethylene glycol, and triethylene glycol.

(C) The compounding quantity of the polyhydric alcohol which is liquid at normal temperature and normal pressure used in the present invention is 3 to 30% by mass based on 100% by mass of the entire detergent composition containing the same. If it is less than 3% by mass, satisfactory results cannot be obtained by suppressing clogging in the porous membrane. If it exceeds 30% by mass, the viscosity of the cleaning composition increases, and on the contrary, it may cause clogging or foam. Moreover, the irritation | stimulation with respect to an ocular mucosa may become strong, and is unpreferable.

In the cleaning composition of the present invention, in addition to the above essential components, various raw materials and components generally applied to cleaning agents can be appropriately blended within a range that does not impair the effects of the present invention. As such raw materials and components, surfactants other than the components (A) and (B), alcohols other than the component (C), saccharides, water-soluble polymers, oily components, fragrances, pigments, preservatives, bactericides Agents, antioxidants, sequestering agents, drugs, plant extracts and the like.

Examples of the cleaning composition of the present invention include shampoo for hair, shampoo for whole body, body soap, face wash, hand soap and the like.

The cleaning composition of the present invention is particularly excellent in that it is discharged from a non-gas type container in a foamed state, is less irritating to the ocular mucosa, has good foam quality, and is not easily clogged by the porous film inside the foam discharge container. However, it also has the advantages of good foaming, smoothness of fingers, high cleanability, ease of rinsing and storage stability. Therefore, it can be applied in the field of pharmaceuticals, quasi-drugs and cosmetics used for washing hair and skin, and is extremely useful industrially.
