The lower surface (the portion other than the edge on the lower surface) of the diffusion plate 34 is exposed to the outside of the attachment hole H in a state where the lighting fixture 1 is attached to the attachment hole H. A portion exposed to the outside of the attachment hole H on the lower surface of the diffusion plate 34 is configured as a light exit surface 1 a of the lighting fixture 1.

The frame member 35 is a substantially square frame-shaped member as viewed from below, and partially surrounds the light exit surface 1a. The frame member 35 is preferably made of, for example, a metal material and has a relatively high thermal conductivity. As shown in FIG. 7, the frame member 35 is configured by bending a flat member. The frame member 35 includes an upper portion 35a, an inner bent portion 35b, and an outer bent portion 35c. The upper part 35a is configured to extend upward from the inner folding part 35b. The inner folding part 35b is configured to be bent inward from the lower end of the upper part 35a. The outer bent portion 35c is configured to be bent outward from the inner end of the inner bent portion 35b, and further, the outer end portion is bent upward.
The shape (substantially square) of the frame member 35 is an example, and may be other shapes such as a rectangle or a circle.

The frame member 35 is fixed to the reflection plate 33 with screws (fixing means). The fixing means for fixing the frame member 35 to the reflecting plate 33 is not limited to screws, but may be bolts and nuts, adhesives, adhesive sheets, engagement mechanisms (for example, claw engagement), or the like. The frame member 35 may be fixed to the reflection plate 33. The upper portion 35a is disposed outside the lower end portion 33b, the outer portion 33d, and the diffusion plate 34. The upper part 35a is fixed to the outer side part 33d. The inner folding part 35 b is disposed below the diffusion plate 34. The inner folding part 35b contacts the lower surface edge of the diffusion plate 34 and supports the diffusion plate 34 from below. The outer bent portion 35 c is exposed to the outside from the attachment hole H in a state where the lighting fixture 1 is attached to the attachment hole H. The outer bent portion 35c surrounds the light exit surface 1a. The frame member 35 is configured by connecting an upper portion 35a, an inner bent portion 35b, and an outer bent portion 35c by press-molding a flat plate-like member. For this reason, the number of parts can be reduced as compared with the case where the upper portion 35a, the inner bent portion 35b, and the outer bent portion 35c are made of different members.

The attachment member 36 is formed of a linear member made of a metal material in a substantially Ω shape. The attachment member 36 is provided on the outer surface of the upper portion 35a. The maximum width of the attachment member 36 is longer than the distance between the claw portions 13 (between the portions of the claw portions 13 attached to the main body case 10).
Since the attachment member 36 has elasticity, it is deformed so that the maximum lateral width is reduced by applying a pressing force from the outside, and returns to its original shape when no external pressing force is applied. The attachment member 36 is hooked on the claw portion 13 by being inserted between the claw portions 13 against the elastic force. The attachment member 36 is held between the claw portions 13 by being inserted between the claw portions 13 until the width of the attachment member 36 is shorter than the distance between the claw portions 13. The attachment member 36 is released from the state of being hooked on the claw portion 13 by pulling out the attachment member 36 from between the claw portions 13 against the elastic force.

In the light source unit 30 of the present embodiment, the LED module 32 and the reflection plate 33 are fixed to the support member 31 by the fixing means, the frame member 35 is fixed to the reflection plate 33 by the fixing means, and the diffusion plate 34 is provided. Is interposed between the reflecting plate 33 and the frame member 35 and is supported from below by the frame member 35, so that the support member 31, the LED module 32, the reflecting plate 33, the diffusion plate 34, and the frame member 35 are integrated. Configured. When the light source unit 30 is attached to the main body case 10, the support member 31, the LED module 32, the reflection plate 33, the diffusion plate 34, and the frame member 35 are attached integrally. The light source unit 30 has a main body by hooking the attachment member 36 to the claw portion 13 in a state where the support member 31, the LED module 32, the reflection plate 33, the upper portion 35 a, and the attachment member 36 are disposed inside the side plate 12. It is attached to the case 10. On the other hand, when the light source unit 30 is removed from the main body case 10, the support member 31, the LED module 32, the reflection plate 33, the diffusion plate 34, and the frame member 35 are integrally removed from the main body case 10. The light source unit 30 can be detached from the main body case 10 by removing the attachment member 36 from the claw portion 13.
Here, “the support member 31, the LED module 32, the reflection plate 33, the diffusion plate 34, and the frame member 35 are integrated” means that the support member 31, the LED module 32, the reflection plate 33, the diffusion plate 34, and the frame member 35 are integrated. And combine with each other to indicate a state as a single structural unit.

As described above, the light source unit 30 including the main body case 10 fixed to the mounting position (mounting hole H) of the lighting fixture 1 of the present embodiment, the LED module 32 (light source), the reflecting plate 33, and the support member 31. The light source unit 30 is detachably attached to the main body case 10 with the LED module 32 and the reflection plate 33 fixed to the support member 31. For this reason, in the lighting fixture 1, the LED module 32 and the reflecting plate 33 can be removed from the main body case 10 by removing the light source unit 30 from the main body case 10, and the light source unit 30 is attached to the main body case 10. Thus, the LED module 32 and the reflection plate 33 can be attached to the main body case 10 at the same time. Therefore, in the lighting fixture 1, the LED module 32 and the reflection plate 33 can be easily detached from the main body case 10 as compared with the case where the LED module 32 and the reflection plate 33 are individually attached to the main body case 10. Moreover, the operation | work which attaches the LED module 32 and the reflecting plate 33 to the main body case 10 can be performed easily. Therefore, according to the lighting fixture 1, the maintenance work of the lighting fixture 1 can be performed easily.

As described above, the LED module 32 includes the light emitting element 32a and the substrate 32b. The substrate 32b is fixed to the support member 31 by fixing means, and the reflection plate 33 is fixed to the support member 31 by fixing means. . Therefore, according to the lighting fixture 1, the maintenance work of the lighting fixture 1 can be performed easily.

In a state where the LED module 32 is fixed to the support member 31, the back surface (upper surface) of the surface on which the light emitting element 32 a is mounted is in contact with the support member 31. Therefore, the heat generated from the LED module 32 is easily transmitted to the support member 31 and is efficiently radiated by the support member 31. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the LED module 32 from rising until reaching a high temperature, to suppress a decrease in the light emission efficiency (light flux maintenance factor) of the LED included in the LED module 32, and to shorten the LED life (cumulative lighting time). Can be suppressed.

When the light source unit 30 is removed from the main body case 10, the power supply unit 20 is disposed at a position where the lighting fixture 1 is exposed (visible) when viewed from below. The power supply unit 20 is disposed on the inner surface of the main body case 10. The power supply unit 20 is fixed to the lower surface of the top plate 11. The power supply unit 20 is fixed near the edge of the top plate 11.
The main body case 10 is disposed at a position where at least a part of the main body case 10 (for example, the inner surface of the top plate 11 and the inner surface of the side plate 12) faces the power supply unit 30.
The power supply unit 20 is disposed with a gap between the LED module 32.

As described above, the power supply unit 20 is fixed to the inner surface of the main body case 10, and at least a part of the main body case 10 is disposed at a position facing the light source unit 30. For this reason, in the lighting fixture 1, the LED module 32 and the reflecting plate 33 can be simultaneously removed from the main body case 10 by removing the light source unit 30 from the main body case 10, and the power supply unit 20 can be exposed. Therefore, according to the lighting fixture 1, the power supply unit 20 can be exposed by simply removing the light source unit 30 from the main body case 10, so that the maintenance work of the power supply unit 20 can be easily performed.

As described above, the power supply unit 20 has a gap between the LED module 32 and the power supply unit 20 can be disposed away from the LED module 32. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the influence of the heat from the LED module 32 on the power supply unit 20.
In the lighting fixture 1 in which the power supply unit 20 is disposed in the main body case 10, the support member 31 is made of an inexpensive material with relatively low heat dissipation (for example, an iron sheet metal (a sheet metal made of iron as a main component)). Even if it comprises, it can prevent that the power supply unit 20 receives the influence of the heat | fever from the LED module 32. FIG.

The reflection plate 33 is fixed to the support member 31 with the upper surface of the upper end portion 33 a in contact with the lower surface of the support member 31. The frame member 35 is fixed to the reflecting plate 33 in a state where the inner surface of the upper portion 35a is in contact with the outer surface of the outer portion 33d. The outer bent portion 35 c is exposed to the outside from the attachment hole H in a state where the lighting fixture 1 is attached to the attachment hole H. In the lighting fixture 1, the heat generated from the LED module 32 is transmitted to the support member 31, the heat transmitted to the support member 31 is transmitted to the reflection plate 33, and the heat transmitted to the reflection plate 33 is transmitted to the frame member 35. The frame member 35 generates heat from the LED module 32 and is transmitted through the support member 31 and the reflection plate 33 from the outer bent portion 35c (the portion exposed to the outside from the mounting hole H of the frame member 35). Dissipates heat into the air outside H.

As described above, the frame member 35 is connected to the reflection plate 33 and radiates heat generated from the light source and transmitted through the support member 31 and the reflection plate 33 to the air outside the mounting hole. Therefore, according to the lighting fixture 1, it can suppress that the temperature of the LED module 32 rises.

The lighting fixture 1 includes a sheet member 40. The sheet member 40 prevents the insects and the like from entering the lighting apparatus 1 by filling the gap between the reflecting plate 33 and the diffusing plate 34. The sheet member 40 may be made of a non-woven material (felt) impregnated with an insect repellent. The sheet member 40 is disposed between the reflection plate 33 and the diffusion plate 34. The upper surface of the sheet member 40 is bonded to the lower surface of the lower end portion 33 b of the reflecting plate 33. The lower surface of the sheet member 40 contacts the vicinity of the upper surface edge of the diffusion plate 34. The sheet member 40 can be made of a woven material, a paper material, a resin material, or the like in addition to the non-woven material.

For this reason, in the case where the sheet member 40 is disposed between the lower surface of the diffusion plate 34 and the inner folding portion 35b of the frame member 35, the inner folding portion 35b is positioned below the diffusion plate 34 by the thickness of the sheet member 40. However, in the luminaire 1, the thickness of the sheet member 40 does not affect the relative positional relationship between the diffusion plate 34 and the frame member 35.
Therefore, according to the lighting fixture 1, even if it is a structure provided with the sheet | seat member 40, the level | step difference of the diffuser plate 34 and the frame member 35 can be made as small as possible, and the flat feeling around the light emission surface 1a can be improved. it can.
In addition, when there is no gap between the reflecting plate 33 and the diffusing plate 34 and both are in close contact, or even if there is a gap between the reflecting plate 33 and the diffusing plate 34, insects or the like are present in the lighting fixture 1. If the gap cannot be entered, the sheet member 40 can be omitted.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 9, the light source unit 30 includes a plurality (four) of connecting members 37. The connecting member 37 is disposed between adjacent reflecting plates 33 among the plurality of reflecting plates 33 and is connected to the adjacent reflecting plates. The connecting member 37 is connected to two adjacent reflecting plates 33 and maintains the posture in which the reflecting plate 33 is disposed between the support member 31 and the diffusion plate 34. The connecting member 37 is disposed between two adjacent reflectors 33. The connecting member 37 is disposed below the support member 31. The connecting members 37 are respectively arranged in the vicinity of the four corners of the support member 31. The connecting member 37 is disposed above the diffusion plate 34. The connecting members 37 are arranged in the vicinity of the four corners of the diffusion plate 34, respectively.
The connecting member 37 is disposed inside the upper portion 35a. The connecting members 37 are respectively arranged in the vicinity of the four corners of the frame member 35.

The connecting member 37 includes two piece portions 37a and 37a configured in a plate shape and two groove portions 37b and 37b. The connecting member 37 is configured by connecting two pieces 37a. One of the two pieces 37a is inclined along the upper and lower halfway portion 33c of the one reflecting plate 33, and the other piece 37a of the two pieces 37a is the other of the two pieces 37a. The reflector 33 is configured to be inclined along the upper and lower halfway part 33c.

The groove portion 37b is configured such that the side end portion of the lower middle portion of the reflecting plate 33 can be inserted. The groove part 37b is formed in the surface at the side of the reflecting plate 33 in the piece part 37a.

The connecting member 37 inserts the side end portion of one of the two reflecting plates 33 into one groove portion 37b of the two groove portions 37b, and connects the two reflecting plates 33 adjacent to each other. A side end portion of the other reflection plate 33 is inserted into the other groove portion 37b of the two groove portions 37b, and the two adjacent reflection plates 33 are connected. By connecting the four reflecting plates 33 by the four connecting members 37, the four connecting members 37 and the four reflecting plates 33 are configured in a substantially square frame shape when viewed from below.

The connecting member 37 includes a light reflecting surface that reflects light emitted from the light emitting element 32a of the LED module 32 in part. The inner surface of the connecting member 37 (the pieces 37a and 37a) is configured as a light reflecting surface. The connecting member 37 is disposed at a position where the light reflecting surface faces the light emitting space of the light emitting element 32a.

As described above, the connecting member 37 is disposed between the adjacent reflecting plates 33 among the plurality of reflecting plates 33 and is connected to the adjacent reflecting plates 33. Therefore, in the luminaire 1, the reflecting plate 33 can be easily formed as compared with the one that has a shape corresponding to the connecting member 37 by bending a single flat plate member.

Further, as described above, the reflecting plate 33 and the connecting member 37 are disposed at positions where their light reflecting surfaces face the light emitting space of the light emitting element 32a. For this reason, the light irradiated from the light emitting element 32 a can be reflected by the reflection surface of the reflection plate 33 and the reflection surface of the connecting member 37. Therefore, even if it is a structure provided with the connection member 37, it can suppress that a reflective spot arises.

As illustrated in FIGS. 6 to 11, the connecting member 37 includes a protrusion 37 c. The protruding portion 37 c protrudes upward from the upper end of the connecting member 37. The protruding portion 37 c protrudes above the upper surface of the upper end portion 33 a of the reflecting plate 33 in a state where the connecting member 37 connects the reflecting plate 33.

The support member 31 includes a plurality (four) of holes 31a. The holes 31 a are arranged in the vicinity of the four corners of the support member 31. The hole 31 a penetrates the support member 31. The hole 31a has an internal dimension into which the protrusion 37c can be inserted. The hole 31a is not limited to the through hole, and may be concave.

In the operation of fixing the reflecting plate 33 to the support member 31, first, the four connecting members 37 and the four reflecting plates 33 are arranged above the frame member 35, and the reflecting plate 33 is connected by the connecting member 37. Thus, the connecting member 37 and the reflection plate 33 are configured in a frame shape. Next, the support member 31 to which the LED module 32 is fixed is disposed above the connecting member 37 and the reflection plate 33. At this time, each projection 37c is inserted into each insertion hole 31a, and the support member 31 holds the connection member 37 and the reflection plate 33 in a frame shape. Then, the connecting member 37 and the reflection plate 33 are held in a frame shape by the support member 31 as described above, and the reflection plate 33 is fixed to the support member 31.

As described above, the plurality of connecting members 37 are provided with the protrusions 37 c, the support member 31 is provided with the plurality of holes 31 a, and when the reflection plate 33 is fixed to the support member 31, the protrusions 37 c are provided in the holes 31 a. The state where the reflecting plate 33 is connected by the connecting member 37 is inserted and held. For this reason, in the lighting fixture 1, the plurality of connecting members 37 and the plurality of reflecting plates 33 are held in a frame shape without using screws or the like, and the reflecting plate 33 is attached to the support member 31. Fixing work can be performed. Therefore, according to the luminaire 1, the number of parts can be reduced, and the number of work steps for fixing the reflecting plate 33 to the support member 31 can be reduced.
In addition, in this Embodiment, although it was set as the structure which fixes the LED module 32 to the supporting member 31, providing the supporting member 31 is not essential. For example, if the role of the support member 31 can be given by the circuit board of the LED module 32, the support member 31 is unnecessary.
