本発明は、上述の図解説明の如くプロペラの右回り回転により渦巻き状が下方向となり渦の中心部が急回転により、凹みをなし、上方へ波立つことはなかったのである。この原理は、竜巻の左廻り回転により、上方へ渦巻くのが気象庁によりテレビ画面に図解説明されている。この異常気象をヒントにして、タンク内の油液が外部に流れ出ないようにしたものである。
