Claims (5)
- 磁気結合型グラジオセンサを含んで構成される磁性体検出装置であって、
該磁気結合型グラジオセンサは、一対の磁気センサと、該一対の磁気センサを磁気的に結合する比透磁率が100以上の結合部材とを含んで構成され、
該一対の磁気センサの距離は、該一対のセンサの中心から検出対象となる磁性体位置までの距離の1/3以上であること
を特徴とする磁性体検出装置。 - 前記磁気結合型グラジオセンサは、地磁気の垂直方向の磁界成分の変化を検出するように設けられた磁気結合型グラジオセンサを少なくとも1つ含むこと
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁性体検出装置。 - 前記磁気結合型グラジオセンサは、地磁気の水平方向の磁界成分の変化を検出するように設けられた磁気結合型グラジオセンサを少なくとも1つ含むこと
を特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の磁性体検出装置。 - 前記磁気結合型グラジオセンサを複数有し、
該複数の磁気結合型グラジオセンサの出力信号に基づいて磁性体を検出する磁性体判別部を有すること
を特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1に記載の磁性体検出装置。 - 前記磁気結合型グラジオセンサを複数有し、
前記磁性体判別部は、該複数の磁気結合型グラジオセンサの出力信号に基づいて、磁性体の位置および該磁性体の磁力の強さ、磁性体の大きさの少なくとも1つを推定すること
を特徴とする請求項4のいずれか1に記載の磁性体検出装置。
