Claims (11)
- 2個のポートを有し、所定気相物質の濃度を測定する気体成分検出器と、
2個のポートを有し、前記所定気相物質を収容する気体容器と、
2個のポートを有し、所定液相物質を収容する基準溶液製造容器と、
前記気体成分検出器、気体容器、及び基準溶液製造容器の前記ポートを連結するパイプラインと、
前記パイプラインに設置されるバルブと、
を備え、
前記パイプラインとバルブは、気体成分検出器が気体容器及び基準溶液製造容器と連結されないようにする第1のループと、気体成分検出器が気体容器とは連結され、基準溶液製造容器とは連結されないようにする第2のループと、気体成分検出器が気体容器とは連結されず、基準溶液製造容器とは連結されるようにする第3のループとを構成するように配列及び設置されて、前記バルブが前記ループ間を切り換えることを特徴とする基準溶液製造装置。 - 前記気体成分検出器の2個のポートがパイプラインにより気体容器の2個のポートと各々連結され、前記2個のパイプラインの中間にバルブが各々設置され、これらのバルブは、パイプラインにより互いに連結され、前記バルブの各々は、パイプラインにより基準溶液製造容器の2個のポートと連結され、前記バルブは、各々4方向バルブであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の基準溶液製造装置。
- 前記気体成分検出器、気体容器、基準溶液製造容器は、直列に1つの閉ループをなすようにパイプラインにより互いに連結され、気体容器の2個のポート近傍のパイプラインにバルブが各々設置され、これらのバルブは、パイプラインにより互いに連結され、基準溶液製造容器の2個のポート近傍のパイプラインにバルブが各々設置され、これらのバルブは、パイプラインにより互いに連結され、前記バルブは、3方向バルブであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の基準溶液製造装置。
- 前記気体成分検出器に隣接して設置されたポンプをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の基準溶液製造装置。
- 前記気体成分検出器に隣接して設置された乾燥管をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の基準溶液製造装置。
- 前記気体容器の各々のポートには開閉バルブが備えられることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の基準溶液製造装置。
- 前記基準溶液製造容器は、基準溶液製造装置から分離可能に備えられ、隔膜キャップを含む二重キャップを備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の基準溶液製造装置。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の基準溶液製造装置を備えるステップと、
気体容器及び基準溶液製造容器に所定気相物質及び所定液相物質を各々収容するステップと、
前記第2のループを構成し、所定時間を維持するステップと、
前記第1のループを構成し、所定時間を維持した後、前記気体成分検出器で前記第1のループ内の気相物質の濃度を測定するステップと、
第3のループを構成し、所定時間を維持して基準溶液製造容器内で気相物質及び液相物質を平衡状態に到達させ、前記気相物質の基準溶液を得るし、前記気体成分検出器で前記第3のループ内の気相物質の濃度を測定するステップと、
第1及び第3のループ内の気相物質の濃度、これらループの内部体積及び前記液相物質の体積と、ループ内の気相物質の物質収支に基づいて前記基準溶液内の気相物質の濃度を算出するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする基準溶液製造方法。 - 前記第2のループを構成するステップ前に、前記第1のループをさらに構成し、前記気体成分検出器で前記第1のループ内の気相物質のバックグラウンド濃度を測定するステップをさらに含み、前記第2のループを構成するステップ後の第1及び第3のループにおいて、前記気体成分検出器で検出した気相物質濃度は前記バックグラウンド濃度を差し引くことにより補正することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の基準溶液製造方法。
- 気体容器には、前記気相物質が発生する固相物質を収容することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の基準溶液製造方法。
- 前記気相物質は、ラドンまたは揮発性気体を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の基準溶液製造方法。
