Description

The present invention relates to an air conditioner, and more particularly to a support structure for a power supply line in an electrical component box in an indoor unit.

In the electrical equipment box of a conventional indoor unit of an air conditioner, a terminal block for connecting a power line for supplying power and control signals to the inside of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit is part of the front panel that covers the front of the indoor unit. It is arranged facing the provided opening. A cover for shielding the terminal block is attached to the opening. The terminal block has a power line connecting portion on the outdoor unit side on the front surface of the terminal block, a power line connecting portion on the indoor unit side on the rear surface of the terminal block, and the power line is drawn on the rear surface side of the terminal block. (See Patent Document 1).

Further, the terminal block 100 shown in FIG. 7 is obtained by attaching the terminal block 100 in which the power line 101 and the signal line (not shown) are connected to the connection portion on the rear surface of the terminal block 100 to the terminal block case 103 of the electrical component box 102 in advance. It is. Then, after the terminal block 100 is attached to the terminal block case 103, the power line 101 is pulled out in the horizontal direction, and the power line 101 is pulled down along the wiring guide 104 provided in the electrical component box 102. In the air conditioner in which the electrical component box 102 is arranged, the refrigerant flowing through the heat exchanger is not a flammable refrigerant, and therefore the gas refrigerant leaking from the connection portion of the heat exchanger or the piping is filled in the electrical component box 102. However, since there is little possibility of explosion due to a spark generated from the connection between the terminal block 100 and the terminal, a strong explosion-proof measure has not been taken.

Recently, there is an air conditioner that employs a combustible refrigerant as a refrigerant flowing through a heat exchanger. In a combustible refrigerant air conditioner, even if the concentration of the flammable refrigerant gas refrigerant leaking from the heat exchanger reaches an explosive concentration, the connection between the terminal block and the terminal is shielded so that it does not touch the gas refrigerant. Explosion-proof measures are necessary. For this reason, the terminal block case to which the terminal block is attached is processed into a box shape and the opening surface is closed with a sheet metal. However, in this terminal block case, since the terminal block is enclosed in a box shape even if trying to attach the terminal block connected to the power supply line and the signal line in advance to the terminal block connection as in the conventional example, As in the conventional example, the power supply line cannot be pulled out from the lateral direction.

The present invention solves the above-described problems and provides an electrical component box provided with a power line passage for attaching a terminal block to which a power line is connected in advance in a terminal block case surrounded by a box shape. For the purpose.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention includes a terminal block mounting portion for attaching a terminal block to which a power line and a signal line are connected in advance, and a ground plate mounting portion for mounting a ground plate below the terminal block mounting portion. In an air conditioner that houses an electrical component box in which a box-shaped terminal block case is placed in front, the terminal block case is between the terminal block mounting portion and the left or right wall surface, the ground plate mounting portion, and the ground A power line passage for guiding the power line is provided in a notch provided in the rear wall of the plate mounting portion.

Further, the power line guided to the power line path is located on the back surface of the terminal block and the ground plate.

The air conditioner of the present invention configured as described above is provided with a power line passage in a box-shaped terminal block case, and after guiding the power line to the power line path, the terminal block mounting portion Since a terminal block can be attached to the terminal block, it is possible to attach a terminal block to which a power line is connected in advance.
In addition, the power line guided in the power line path is located on the back of the terminal block and the ground plate and prevents the power line from being pulled out, so that the power line that is difficult to be bent can fit in the power line path. it can.

The wind direction is adjusted by the vertical wind direction plate 14 and blown out to the air conditioning room.

<Electrical component box>
FIG. 2 is a diagram showing the right side of the front panel 11, and FIG. 3 is an exploded view of the electrical component box 2. An electrical component box 2 is provided inside the right side of the front panel 11. The electrical component box 2 is fixed to a heat exchanger mounting plate (not shown). A motor (not shown) for driving the above-described fan motor and the up-and-down air direction plate 14 is disposed on the left side and the lower side of the electrical component box 2. Therefore, when the width of the electrical component box 2 is increased, the width of the housing becomes larger. Therefore, the electrical component box 2 has a reduced width on the front side and a depth extending to the back side along the right side surface of the front panel 11. It has become. The outer casing of the electrical component box 2 is formed of an electrical component case 21 made of flame-retardant resin. The back side of the electrical case 21 is box-shaped, and a control board 22 for controlling the air conditioner is housed inside. A display board 23 is mounted on the lower front side of the electrical case 21 to attach and control the light source (not shown) of the display unit 16 and the sensor unit 15a of the human detection sensor 15, and on the front side of the electrical case 21, A terminal block case 4 is provided for attaching a terminal block 3 for connecting a power line for supplying power and control signals to the inside of the indoor unit 1 and the outdoor unit. Between the terminal block case 4 and the display substrate 23 is an outdoor unit wiring passage 28 through which the outdoor unit wiring passes.
The control board 22 of the electrical case 21 and the right side of the terminal block case are shielded without gaps by an electrical cover 25 having a combustion prevention plate 24 made of sheet metal on the inside, so that when an electrical component ignites, the fire jumps to the outside. It prevents it from moving.
Further, the front side of the terminal block case 4 is shielded by a connector cover 27 provided with a combustion prevention plate 26 made of sheet metal on the inner side to prevent the fire from jumping to the outside when ignited from the terminal block 3.

In order to connect the outdoor unit wiring 51 to the terminal block 3 during the installation of the air conditioner or to connect the signal line during maintenance, an opening 11a provided in a vertically long rectangle is provided on the front surface of the front panel 11. The connector cover 27 attached to the terminal block case 4 can be detached from the opening 11a.

<Terminal block case>
4 is a diagram in which the terminal block 3 is attached to the terminal block case 4, and FIG. 5 is a view of the terminal block case 4 before the terminal block 3 is mounted as viewed from the front. FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the AA cross section of FIG. The terminal block 3 has a power line 52 and a signal line 53 connected to the upper end of a square case in advance. A terminal block mounting portion 45 and a ground plate mounting portion 61 are provided below the terminal block mounting portion 45.
The terminal block mounting portion 45 includes a mounting surface 45a whose upper side is inclined to the back side and a support rib 45b provided at the lower end of the mounting surface 45a. To attach the terminal block 3 to the terminal block case 4, the terminal block 3 is aligned with the support rib 45b and fixed to the mounting surface 45a with screws. The terminal block 3 has a lateral width that is a full width between the right wall surface 41 and the left wall surface 42.

<信号線>
<Signal line>
A space between the upper surface wall 43 and the terminal block mounting portion 45 is a wiring routing portion 46 for routing the power supply line 52 and the signal line 53. The right wall 41 is provided with an opening 47 shown in FIG. 2 on the surface in contact with the wiring routing portion 46. As a result, the periphery of the terminal block 3 is covered, and even if the gas refrigerant leaked from the connection portion of the heat exchanger or the piping becomes a concentration that explodes around the electrical component box 2, the terminal block 3 serving as an ignition source Because it is covered, it can be prevented from igniting.

<Power line and power line path>
Next, the wiring path of the power supply line 52 connected to the terminal block 3 in advance will be described. The indoor unit 1 supplies power from the air-conditioned room. Therefore, the power supply line 52 and the plug (not shown) at one end of the power supply line 52 are assembled so as to be drawn out from the back of the indoor unit 1 through the lower part of the electrical component box 2 as shown in FIG.
Now, as shown in FIG. 5, the terminal block case 4 has a space having a width of about 8 mm between the right wall surface 41 and the terminal block mounting portion 45. This is the first passage 71.
The earth plate 6 is attached to the earth plate attaching portion 61. The ground plate 6 is obtained by processing a sheet metal, and when the ground plate 6 is mounted on the ground plate mounting portion 61, the front surface of the ground plate 6 and the front surface of the holding rib 45b of the terminal block mounting portion 45 are flush with each other. Therefore, a plurality of ribs 62 that support the back side of the ground plate 6 are erected from the back wall 44. The rib 62a at the right end among the ribs 62 is L-shaped and joined to the rib 62b on the left side and the lower side of the terminal block mounting portion 45. Further, a locking claw 42 a that holds the left end of the ground plate 6 from above protrudes from the left wall surface 42. A locking rib 411 that comes into contact with the right wall surface 41 and locks the right end of the ground plate 6 from the back wall 44 is erected in the horizontal direction. The front end of the locking rib 411 is provided with a locking claw 412, and the ground plate 6 is suppressed from above by the locking claw 28 a protruding from the outdoor unit wiring passage 28.
The right wall 41 and the back wall 44 have a second cutout 75 formed by cutting out the lower part of the position where the locking rib 411 is erected. A space between the right wall surface 41, the rib 62a, the locking rib 411, and the second notch 75 is defined as a second passage 72. The first passage 71 and the second passage 72 serve as the power line passage 7 of the terminal block case 4.

<Wiring guidance>
Next, a procedure for attaching the terminal block 3 to the electrical component box 2 and routing the power line 52 will be described. In the following description, the power supply line 52 will be described. However, the signal line 53 may be included in addition to the power supply line 52 or may be only the signal line 53.
Before attaching the electrical component box 2 to the indoor unit 1, the terminal block 3 is attached to the electrical component box 2. A power line 52 and a signal line 53 are connected to the terminal block 2 in advance. First, the power supply line 52 connected to the upper end of the terminal block 3 is bent toward the back side of the terminal block 3. The bent power supply line 52 is aligned with the wiring routing portion 46. Thereafter, wiring guidance is provided to the first passage 71 and the second passage 72 in order.
The wall located on the back side of the second notch 75 has a third notch 76 that is the same height as the second notch 75, and the power line outlet of the electrical case 21 is below the third notch 76. (Not shown), and the power supply line 52 is sequentially routed through the lower part of the electrical component box 2 and pulled out from the back of the indoor unit 1.
After the power supply line 52 is guided to the electrical component box 2, the terminal block 3 is fixed to the mounting surface 45a of the terminal block mounting portion 45 with screws from above. The terminal block 3 fits between the right wall surface 41 and the left wall surface 42 without a gap. After that, the ground plate 6 is placed on the rib 62 of the ground plate mounting portion 61 and fixed by pressing with the locking claws 28a, 42a, 412. The power line 52 is located below the terminal block 3 and the ground plate. Thus, by providing the power line passage 7 for routing the power line 52 on the back side of the terminal block 3, the power line 52 is routed and attached even if both sides of the terminal block 3 are surrounded by walls. Can be pulled out. Further, the space for the terminal block case 4 is small, and the indoor unit 1 can be downsized.

Next, the signal line 53 previously connected to the terminal block 2 is connected to the control board 22 through the first cutout portion 74 provided on the back wall 44 in contact with the opening 47 from the wiring routing portion 46. 6 is connected to the control board 22 through the power line 52 in the second notch 75 and the third notch 76. The wiring 54 drawn from the display board 23 shown in FIG. After the connection to the wiring 54 is completed, the electrical component cover 25 is put on the electrical component case 21 and fixed. Thereafter, the electrical component box 2 is attached to the indoor unit 1, and the electrical component box 2 is covered with the front panel 11.
The power line 52 is passed to the back side along the bottom surface of the electrical component box 2 and drawn out of the indoor unit 1. On the other hand, the outdoor unit wiring 51 is taken in from the back surface of the indoor unit 1 and is drawn out from the outdoor unit wiring passage 28 to the front side from the opening 11a of the front panel 11 shown in FIG. The installation operator fixes the drawn outdoor unit wiring 51 upward with a clamper 55, passes over the ground plate 6, and connects to the bottom surface of the terminal block 3. The terminal block 3 to which the connection of the outdoor unit wiring 51 is completed is covered with the connector cover 27, and the work is completed by covering the open / close panel.

In the indoor unit 1 configured as described above, the power line passage 7 is provided in the terminal block case 4 that is box-shaped and sandwiched between the right wall surface 41 and the left wall surface 42, and the power line 52 is provided in the power line passage 7. After the wiring guidance, by installing the terminal block 3 in the terminal block mounting portion 45, it is possible to mount the terminal block 3 to which the power supply line 52 is previously attached.
Further, the power line 52 guided to the power line path 7 is positioned under the terminal block 3 and the ground plate 6 so that the power line 52 which is not easily bent can be accommodated in the power line path 7.
