The first and second contact portions 13 and 14 are electrically connected to the determination unit 16.

The contact member 15 is a conductive elastic member formed in a substantially square shape. The contact member 15 switches the displacement part 11 and the first and second contact parts 13 and 14 between a connected state and a disconnected state. The displacement portion 11 is displaced in the vertical direction, contacts the contact member 15, and presses the contact member 15. The contact member 15 is deformed in response to the pressing of the displacement portion 11 and comes into contact with the first and second contact portions 13 and 14 respectively. Thereby, the displacement part 11 and the 1st and 2nd contact parts 13 and 14 switch to a connection state and a non-connection state.

The contact member 15 includes a first contact portion 151 extending to the first contact portion 13 side, and a second contact portion 152 connected to the first contact portion 151 and extending to the second contact portion 14 side. ing. The first contact portion 151 extends obliquely upward on the first contact portion 13 side with the first bent portion 153 contacting the support portion 12 as a fulcrum. The second contact portion 152 extends obliquely upward on the second contact portion 14 side with the first bent portion 153 as a fulcrum, and the distal end side is bent downward at the second bent portion 154.

According to the vertical displacement of the displacement part 11, the L-shaped lower surface of the first contact part 13 and the upper surface of the first contact part 151 of the contact member 15 are in a contact state and a non-contact state. It becomes. Similarly, according to the vertical displacement of the displacement portion 11, the upper surface of the L-shaped one side of the second contact portion 14 and the lower surface of the distal end side of the second contact portion 152 of the contact member 15 are in contact with each other. It becomes a non-contact state.

The determination unit 16 determines whether the passenger is getting on and off and the switch device 10 is abnormal based on the connection relationship between the displacement unit 11 and the first and second contact portions 13 and 14. Here, the abnormality of the switch device 10 means that, for example, the first and second contact portions 13 and 14 are in an open state due to wear of the movable part of the switch device 10 (as shown in FIG. This is an open failure in which the first and second contact portions 13 and 14 and the contact member 15 are fixed in a non-contact state.

The determination unit 16 confirms the conduction state between the first and second contact portions 13 and 14 and the displacement portion 11, thereby connecting the first and second contact portions 13 and 14 and the displacement portion 11. A disconnected state can be determined.

The determination unit 16 includes, for example, a CPU (Central Processing Unit) 16a that performs arithmetic processing and the like, a memory 16b that includes a ROM (Read Only Memory) and a RAM (Random Access Memory) in which an arithmetic program executed by the CPU 16a is stored, The hardware is configured around a microcomputer including an interface unit (I / F) 16c for inputting / outputting signals to / from the outside. The CPU 16a, the memory 16b, and the interface unit 16c are connected to each other via a data bus or the like.

As described above, according to the switch device 10 according to the first embodiment, the determination unit 16 simply determines the connection between the displacement unit 11 and the first and second contact portions 13 and 14. The passenger can get on and off accurately, and the abnormality of the switch device 10 can be accurately detected. Therefore, this leads to a significant cost reduction as compared with the conventional multiplex switch device.

Next, a method for determining whether a passenger is getting on or off and the switch device 10 is abnormal by the determination unit 16 of the switch device 10 according to the first embodiment will be described in detail. 4 to 7 are diagrams for explaining a determination method of the switch device according to the first embodiment.

(1) In a state in which the passenger's feet are not placed on the step portions 24L and 24R, the displacement portion 11 contacts the second contact portion 152 of the contact member 15, and the first contact portion 151 of the contact member 15 It will be in the 1st state (state shown in Drawing 4) which contacted 1 contact part 13. In this first state, the determination unit 16 determines that the displacement unit 11 and the first contact unit 13 are connected and the displacement unit 11 and the second contact unit 14 are not connected, and the passenger It is determined that is getting off. When the determination unit 16 of the switch device 10 determines that the passenger is getting off, the determination unit 16 outputs a getting-off signal indicating the determination result to the control device 5.

(2) When the passenger's foot starts to be placed on each of the step portions 24L and 24R, the displacement portion 11 is displaced downward from the first state, and the contact member 15 is pressed downward and deformed. The first contact portion 151 of the contact member 15 comes into contact with the first contact portion 13 and the second contact portion 152 of the contact member 15 comes into contact with the second contact portion 14 (state shown in FIG. 6). . In this second state, the determination unit 16 determines that the displacement unit 11 and the first contact unit 13 are in the connected state, and that the displacement unit 11 and the second contact unit 14 are in the connected state, and the previous determination. (In this case, it is determined that the passenger is getting off).

Here, the said 2nd state is a state which passes temporarily when a passenger gets on and off. Therefore, when the second state continues for a predetermined time or more, it can be determined that the switch device 10 is closed (the first and second contact portions 13 and 14 and the contact member 15 are fixed in contact). In consideration of such a close failure, the determination unit 16 is in a state in which the displacement unit 11 and the first contact unit 13 are connected and the displacement unit 11 and the second contact unit 14 are connected. When it is determined that the switch device has continued for a predetermined time or more, it is determined that the switch device 10 is abnormal. Thereby, abnormality of the switch apparatus 10 can be determined more correctly. For the predetermined time, an optimum value is obtained in advance by design and experiment, and is set in the memory 16b.

(3) When the passenger's feet are completely placed on the step portions 24L and 24R, the displacement portion 11 is further displaced downward from the second state, and the contact member 15 is pressed downward and deformed. The first contact portion 151 of the contact member 15 is separated from the first contact portion 13 and the second contact portion 152 is in contact with the second contact portion 14 (the state shown in FIG. 7). In this third state, the determination unit 16 determines that the displacement unit 11 and the first contact unit 13 are in a disconnected state, and the displacement unit 11 and the second contact unit 14 are in a connected state, and boarding. It is determined that the person is on board. When the determination unit 16 of the switch device 10 determines that the passenger is in the vehicle, the determination unit 16 outputs a boarding signal indicating the determination result to the control device 5.

(4) Open failure in which the first contact portion 151 of the contact member 15 is not in contact with the first contact portion 13 and the second contact portion 152 of the contact member 15 is in contact with the second contact portion 14 (shown in FIG. 5) State). The determination unit 16 determines that the displacement unit 11 and the first contact unit 13 are in a disconnected state and the displacement unit 11 and the second contact unit 14 are in a disconnected state, and the switch device 10 is abnormal. Judge that there is. When the determination unit 16 of the switch device 10 determines that the device 10 is abnormal, the determination unit 16 outputs an abnormal signal indicating the determination result to the control device 5.

The control device 5 is predetermined based on the posture information from the posture sensor unit 8, the operation information from the angle detection sensor 7, the output signal (get-off signal, boarding signal, abnormal signal) from the determination unit 15 of the switch device 10, and the like. The necessary control signals are output to the wheel drive units 4L and 4R. The control device 5 controls the driving of the driving wheels 3L and 3R by controlling the wheel driving units 4L and 4R according to the traveling operation by the passenger, while maintaining the inverted motorcycle 1 in the inverted state. The vehicle can be driven at a desired speed and direction (for example, forward, reverse, right turn, left turn, acceleration, deceleration, stop).

The control device 5 includes, for example, an arithmetic circuit 51 having a microcomputer and a storage device 52 having a program memory, a data memory, other RAM, a ROM, and the like. The battery 19 is connected to the control device 5, the drive circuits 18L and 18R, and the switch device 10, and supplies power to them. The configuration of the inverted motorcycle 1 described above is an example, and the switch device 10 according to the present embodiment is applicable to any inverted motorcycle that travels while maintaining an inverted state.

As described above, in the switch device 10 according to the first embodiment, the determination unit 16 includes the displacement unit 11 and the first contact unit 13 in a disconnected state and the displacement unit 11 and the second contact unit 14 in a connected state. When it is determined that the passenger is on board, the displacement portion 11 and the first contact portion 13 are in a connected state, and the displacement portion 11 and the second contact portion 14 are in a disconnected state. When it is determined that the passenger is getting off, the displacement part 11 and the first contact part 13 are in a disconnected state, and the displacement part 11 and the second contact part 14 are in a disconnected state. 10 is determined to be abnormal. Thereby, it is possible to accurately detect an abnormality of the switch device 10 with a simple configuration without using a multiplex system.

Embodiment 2
FIG. 8 is a diagram showing a configuration of a switch device according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention. The switch device 20 according to the second embodiment includes a contact member 27 having one end supported by the support portion 12 and the other end extending between the first and second contact portions 25 and 26. . The contact member 27 according to the second embodiment has a more simplified configuration than the contact member 15 according to the first embodiment.

The first and second contact portions 25 and 26 are conductive plate-like members extending from the support portion 12 in parallel and substantially in an L shape. The contact member 27 is a conductive elastic member having one end fixed to the support portion 12 and is provided so as to be swingable about the one end. The displacement part 11 is displaced downward to contact the contact member 27 and press the contact member 27 downward. Thereby, the other end of the contact member 27 is displaced to be in a contact state and a non-contact state with the first and second contact portions 25 and 26.

Next, a description will be given in detail of a method for determining whether a passenger is getting on and off and an abnormality of the switch device by the determination unit of the switch device according to the second embodiment. 8 to 10 are diagrams for explaining a determination method of the switch device according to the second embodiment.

(1) The first state (the state shown in FIG. 8) in which the other end of the contact member 27 is in contact with the first contact portion 25 in a state where the passenger's feet are not placed on the step portions 24L and 24R. In the first state, the determination unit 16 determines that the displacement unit 11 and the first contact unit 25 are connected and the displacement unit 11 and the second contact unit 26 are not connected, and the passenger It is determined that is getting off.

(2) When the passenger's foot starts to be placed on each of the step portions 24L and 24R, the displacement portion 11 is further displaced downward from the first state, and the other end of the contact member 27 is pressed downward to be displaced. The other end of the contact member 27 is in a second state (state shown in FIG. 9) in which the first and second contact portions 25 and 26 are not in contact with each other. In this second state, the determination unit 16 determines that the displacement unit 11 and the first contact unit 25 are in a disconnected state and that the displacement unit 11 and the second contact unit 26 are in a disconnected state, (In this case, it is determined that the passenger is getting off).

Here, since the second state is a state that passes temporarily when the passenger gets on and off, if the state continues for a predetermined time or more, it can be determined that the switch device 20 is in an open failure. In consideration of such an open failure, the determination unit 16 is such that the displacement unit 11 and the first contact unit 25 are in a disconnected state, and the displacement unit 11 and the second contact unit 26 are in a disconnected state. When it is determined that the state has continued for a predetermined time or more, it is determined that the switch device 20 is abnormal.

(3) When the passenger's feet are completely placed on the step portions 24L and 24R, the displacement portion 11 is further displaced downward from the second state, and the other end of the contact member 27 is pressed downward to be displaced. The other end of the contact member 27 is in a non-contact state with the first contact portion 25 and is in a third state (the state shown in FIG. 10) in which the second contact portion 26 is in contact. In this third state, the determination unit 16 determines that the displacement unit 11 and the first contact unit 25 are in a disconnected state, and the displacement unit 11 and the second contact unit 26 are in a connected state, and boarding. It is determined that the person is on board.

In the switch device 20 according to the second embodiment, it is almost impossible for the contact member 27 to be in contact with the first and second contact portions at the same time. However, in this state, the determination unit 16 determines that the displacement unit 11 and the first contact unit 25 are connected and the displacement unit 11 and the second contact unit 26 are connected, and the switch It is determined that the device 20 is abnormal.

Also, the occurrence of a close failure in which the first state or the second state continues can be considered. On the other hand, most of the failures that occur due to wear of the movable part of the switch device 20 are open failures, and the probability that a close failure will occur is low. For this reason, it is effective to employ the switch device 20 according to the second embodiment and reliably detect an open failure.

Note that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be changed as appropriate without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

In the first and second embodiments, the determination unit 16 determines the connection state and the non-connection state of the displacement unit 11 and the first and second contact portions 13 and 14, so that the passenger can get on and off and switch the device. Although the abnormality of 10 and 20 is determined, it is not limited to this configuration. The determination unit 16 determines the connection state and non-connection state of the contact members 15 and 27 and the first and second contact portions 13, 14, 25, and 26, so that the passenger can get on and off the switch device 10 and 20. An abnormality may be determined. In addition, since the determination method using the contact members 15 and 27 is the same as the determination method using the said displacement part 11, detailed description is abbreviate | omitted.
