For example, the small pulley 55a provided on the shaft of the stirring motor 54 is rotated and transmitted to the large pulley 55b by the belt 55c, and the stirring drive shaft 53 provided on the central shaft of the large pulley 55b is rotated.

In addition, on the right side of the machine chamber 13 and the right side of the heating chamber 2 of the main body 1, there is provided material input driving means 99 for operating the above-described yeast input means 95 and material input means 96.

99a is a solenoid, and when the solenoid 99a is operated, the rod 99b that moves up and down is pushed up, the lower end of one end of the lever 99d that is rotatable with respect to the fulcrum 99c is pushed up, the lever 99d rotates and the other end is Appears in the heating chamber 2. The lever 99d enters the working hole 97a to operate the yeast throwing means 95.

Next, the yeast container lid 100 will be described with reference to FIGS. 6 and 7. The yeast container lid 100 can be installed on the upper surface of the yeast container 95a. The diameter of the yeast container lid 100 is the same as that of the upper surface opening of the yeast container 95a, and the upper surface of the feeder 91 is the same plane. May be fitted into the yeast container 95a. Moreover, the extent which covers the upper surface of the yeast container 95a may be sufficient.

The advantage of the yeast container lid 100 is that the yeast is not affected by the atmosphere in the heating chamber 2. Specifically, when making bread by reservation, a baking container 90 containing water as a material is placed in the heating chamber 2 for a long time, and the humidity of the heating chamber 2 increases due to the influence of the water as the material. Even in this case, the yeast in the yeast container 95a is not affected by the humidity.

The yeast bacteria put in the yeast container 95a no longer absorbs moisture, so that the yeast bacteria are not hardened due to moisture absorption, and when the yeast charging means 95 is operated, the yeast is not left in the yeast container 95a and the entire amount is transferred to the bread-making container 90. It can be used to make good bread.
