Description
「試験液の準備」
上記の低温減圧蒸留操作により得られた固体状の低温減圧乾留残渣(R)のそれぞれを各5.0g秤量し、それぞれに50mLの「水、50%エタノール水、またはエタノール」を加え、室温で4時間撹拌抽出した。抽出後、濾紙を用いて濾過し、濾液を試験液とした。
参考例となる上記の冷凍バラについても、それぞれ5.0g宛を秤量して同様に処理を行い、試験液とした。
