本発明で重要な点は、長尺の医用ピンセット1の基部寄りに形成した中央部の薄肉境界壁12又は13で仕切られた2本の平行する上側の長溝4a、4bと下側の長溝4c、4dを上下対向する位置にそれぞれ形成しているが中央部の壁の厚さ及び両側の壁の厚さはそれぞれ0.75mmの厚さに形成して上下のピンセット自体の強度は確保したので、挟持部6で医用針等を挟んだ状態で上下の鋼製板状部材2、3の厚みを厚く形成することによって強度が確保され、かつピン7のピン受溝8への嵌合により捩れ動作にも耐え、シザリングも解消される。
