Description

The present invention relates to a health promotion accessory pad that is worn and used along a predetermined part of the body surface of the human body for the purpose of promoting health. More specifically, the present invention uses a combination of static elimination and magnetic therapy in the body. , Back pain, stiff shoulders, knee pain, muscular pain, dysuria, sleep apnea syndrome, treatment of symptom such as pain due to cold and poor circulation, improvement, muscular enhancement by physiological activation, enhancement of motor function, etc. It relates to an effective health belt or pad.

It is well known that the causes of stiff shoulders, low back pain, knee pain, and the like are often caused by poor blood circulation in the vicinity of the affected area, except in the case of bone or nerve damage.

Recently, research on the cause of this poor circulation has progressed, and it has been found that the accumulation of static electricity in the body, such as blood, has a great influence on one of the main causes.

Originally, the body of a healthy person is weakly alkaline, and the skin surface is weakly acidic. In other words, the balance of electricity is maintained inside and outside the body. However, there is a tendency that the body tends to be inclined from weak alkalinity to acidity due to the influence and change of human dietary habits in modern society, the stress that is normally received, lack of sleep, and the like. When the body is inclined to be acidic, positive electrons increase in the blood in the body, and conversely, negative electrons increase on the skin surface. As a result, it becomes easier to attract positive electricity into the body, that is, so-called “electrostatic constitution” is more likely to be charged, and negative ions are less likely to be taken into the body.

Acidified blood is in a so-called muddy blood state. Originally, in smooth blood when the body is kept weakly alkaline, there is a lot of negative electricity on the surface of red blood cells, so the red blood cells repel each other and maintain a good dispersed state, but the body is acidified, When positive ions increase in erythrocytes, blood cells adsorb to each other and cause a muddy blood state. It is well known that this muddy blood state causes various diseases caused by blood circulation disorders.

Therefore, in order to maintain a healthy body, it is important to quickly remove the static electricity accumulated in the body and improve the so-called electrostatic constitution where static electricity tends to accumulate.

On the other hand, magnetic therapy devices are often used for the treatment of stiff shoulders and back pain. Although the mechanism of the effect is still unclear scientifically because of various theories, the following views are scientific and influential. In other words, since the blood flow is a flow of an electrolyte solution containing various ions, an electromotive force is generated when a magnetic effect is exerted by the magnetic therapy device, and this electromotive force promotes blood circulation. In any case, the magnetic therapy device has already been officially certified and approved as a medical device since about 1960 in the Japanese Pharmaceutical Affairs Law because of the clear manifestation of its effects. And about such a magnetic therapy device, various research and development have been performed since then, and improvement proposals over structural details as shown in the following patent documents 1 to 3 have been made.

However, the effect of such a magnetic therapy device cannot always manifest the therapeutic effect and the improvement effect that are always and promptly expected for all patients having various symptoms. Depending on the person or symptom, there are quite a few things that do not work at all.

Therefore, the present inventor repeated various experiments and researches in order to elucidate the cause. As a result, treatment and improvement by the action of magnetic field lines can be achieved only when a sufficient amount of blood is present in the magnetic field region covered by the magnetic field lines near the affected body surface. However, as described above, in the case of a so-called muddy blood state in which a large amount of static electricity has accumulated in the body, a sufficient amount of blood, and consequently red blood cells, has not spread all over the capillaries near the affected area. There are many. For this reason, even if magnetism is applied, the expected action of magnetic field lines acting on hemoglobin iron in the blood vessel to promote blood flow is not fully expressed, and treatment and improvement effects that can be clearly recognized are produced. It was inferred that there was a high probability that this would have led to no results.

Recently, various studies have been made on countermeasures against static electricity of the human body, and proposals as shown in Patent Documents 4 and 5 below have been made.

General prior proposals as typified by Patent Document 4 are to prevent pain caused by static electricity when handling electronic parts and flammable combustibles, or to feel pain when touching conductive materials such as door knobs. It is intended to avoid high voltage discharges that occur instantaneously, and is not intended to be continuously worn on the body for the purpose of treating stiffness and pain. However, the prior proposal of Patent Document 5 also describes that the static electricity on the human body can be discharged and removed by wearing it on the waist and shoulders to treat stiffness and pain, and promote health. The neutralization health devices worn on the feet and hips described as examples are still not fully satisfactory in achieving the desired effect, and therefore, their practical application has not progressed and further improvement is strongly demanded. It was

Based on the findings from the research results as described above, the present inventors have repeated further research and clinical trials. In addition to the treatment and improvement of various pathological conditions such as those described above, the present invention has been found to be effective for orthopedics such as health promotion, enhancement of motor function, bust up and hip up by physiological activation. Can be completed.

Thus, the present invention combines both a static elimination device in the body and a magnetic therapy device, and uses these synergistic effects to treat and improve various pathological conditions as described above, as well as a physiological activation effect. The purpose of this study is to provide a human body health promotion body pad that is also effective for orthopedic body improvement such as health promotion, exercise function enhancement, bust up and hip up.

The present invention provides means for solving the problems described in [1] to [5] below.

[1] A flexible flexible sheet body that can be worn along a predetermined part of the body surface of the human body,
The flexible sheet has one or more conductive layers having a higher electrical conductivity than human skin, and collects static electricity in the body due to a potential difference generated between the conductive layer and the human skin. On the other hand, the outer surface of the sheet body has one or a plurality of discharge elements that are electrically connected to the conductive layer and exposed to the atmosphere, and the static electricity collected on the conductive layer by the discharge element. And one or more permanent magnet pieces that exert a magnetic action on the human body are assembled in one or a plurality of locations in the plane direction of the flexible sheet body, and A static elimination magnetic health pad characterized in that at least an outer surface side of a permanent magnet piece is covered with a magnetic shield made of a magnetic material to prevent external leakage of magnetic lines of force.

[2] The flexible sheet body is formed by laminating a plurality of conductive layers, and has a conductive layer having an electrical conductivity relatively higher than that of human skin on the inner surface on the body surface side, and an outer surface layer on the opposite side. The static elimination magnetic health pad according to the above item [1], comprising one or more highly conductive layers having a higher electrical conductivity than that of the conductive layer on the inner surface in a stepwise or continuous manner.

[3] The flexible sheet body is composed of at least two animal leathers stacked on top of each other, on the conductive layer on at least the outer surface (surface opposite to the body surface side) of the inner (body surface side) animal leather. A highly conductive layer made of a conductive paint and / or a conductive metal having a relatively higher electrical conductivity than the conductive layer is provided, and the outer animal leather has a higher electrical conductivity than the highly conductive layer. The static elimination magnetic health pad according to the above item [2], wherein a discharge element made of a conductive metal having a rate is provided in electrical connection with the highly conductive layer.

[4] The item [3], wherein the permanent magnet piece is bonded and fixed to one of the animal leathers in a state of being sandwiched between the two animal leathers in a flexible sheet body. Static elimination magnetic health pad as described in.

[5] The static elimination magnetic health pad according to any one of [1] to [4], wherein the flexible sheet body has a plurality of ventilation holes penetrating the inner and outer surfaces.

The health pad according to the above-mentioned [1] according to the present invention is worn in a state where it is in direct contact with the skin along the body surface of a predetermined part such as the shoulder, waist, buttocks of the human body. If the pad becomes dirty due to sweat, the effect may be reduced to some extent, but it may be worn over the undergarment.

In this mounted state, the conductive layer of the flexible sheet body has a relatively high electrical conductivity with respect to the body surface of the human body, so that a predetermined potential difference is generated between them. For this reason, the electrostatic charge accumulated in the human body is continuously attracted and transferred near the conductive layer of the flexible sheet. That is, the conductive layer collects electricity against static electricity in the body. The static electricity collected in the conductive layer is partly discharged from the surface of the sheet body to the atmosphere, and efficiently discharged to the atmosphere mainly through a discharge element provided in an electrically conductive state on the conductive layer. Is done. As a result, the health pad efficiently adsorbs positive ions contained in the blood of the body to adjust the ion balance of the blood and improve it into a smooth blood state. Therefore, the blood is sufficiently distributed from the arterial blood vessels to the corners of the body through the peripheral capillaries.

In addition, in the health pad according to the present invention, one or more permanent magnet pieces that exert a magnetic action on the human body are assembled in one or several places in the plane direction of the flexible sheet body. Therefore, the magnetic action equivalent to that of a conventional magnetic therapy device can be exerted on the affected part or the target site of the human body to which the pad is applied. Here, in the affected part or target part, in the magnetic field region near the body surface, the static electricity of the body is removed by the conductive layer of the flexible sheet and the discharge element as described above. The blood in the state is sufficiently supplied also in quantity. When the above-mentioned magnetic action reaches there, the magnetic field lines that are expected to be effective in the magnetic therapy device, in which the magnetic lines of force effectively act on hemoglobin iron in the blood vessels to promote blood flow, are more effectively expressed.

Therefore, the static electricity removing action and the magnetic field line action work synergistically to achieve more reliable and quick elimination and reduction effect of pathological symptoms such as stiffness and pain, as well as muscle strength enhancement by physiological activation action by promoting blood flow, Remarkable effects can be achieved for motor function enhancement.

At least the outer surface side of the permanent magnet piece is covered with a magnetic shield body made of a magnetic material to prevent external leakage of magnetic lines of force. Therefore, the magnetic force generated from the permanent magnet is not leaked to the outer surface side of the pad, and even when a magnetic card or precision instrument is inadvertently brought close to the outer surface side of the pad, it is possible to avoid the occurrence of a failure in them. The magnetic force can be increased toward the human body located on the inner surface side of the magnetic shield body.

Moreover, according to the health pad of said [2] item, the said flexible sheet body consists of lamination | stacking of a some conductive layer, and has an electrical conductivity relatively higher than a human body skin on the inner surface of the body surface side. By having one or a plurality of highly conductive layers having a higher conductivity than the inner side conductive layer in a stepwise or continuous manner as it has a conductive layer, while reaching the outer surface layer on the opposite side. In addition, the action of collecting static electricity in the body and the action of atmospheric discharge by the conductive layer can be achieved more effectively. Therefore, the effect of the health promotion accessory pad described in the above item [1] can be achieved more satisfactorily.

Moreover, according to the health pad as described in the above item [3], the flexible sheet body is composed of at least two animal leathers laminated on each other, and at least the outer surface of the animal leather on the inner surface side (body surface side) ( On the conductive layer on the surface opposite to the body surface side, a highly conductive layer made of a conductive paint and / or a conductive metal having a relatively higher electrical conductivity than the conductive layer is provided. Thus, the animal leather itself has a relatively good conductivity and does not interfere with the collection of static electricity in the body by the conductive layer, and the highly conductive layer is formed on the outer surface of the outermost animal leather. Further, a discharge element made of a conductive metal having a relatively high electric conductivity is provided, and the discharge element is electrically connected to the high conductive layer, thereby collecting the conductive element in the conductive layer. It can be atmospheric discharge to remove the body static electricity effectively. In addition, because it is made of animal leather, even if the pad is put in direct contact with the skin, it is flexible and soft to the touch and suitable for long-time wearing.

Moreover, according to the health pad as described in the above item [4], the permanent magnet piece is joined to one of the animal leathers in a state of being sandwiched between the two animal leathers in the flexible sheet body. Since it is fixedly provided, the presence of the permanent magnet piece does not give an uncomfortable feeling to the pad. In addition, it is possible to maintain a safe and stable holding state that does not cause the permanent magnet piece to be detached or displaced.

Furthermore, according to the health pad as described in the above item [5], the flexible sheet body has a large number of ventilation holes penetrating the inner and outer surfaces, thereby causing stuffiness when worn on the human body. Can be prevented or reduced, and the substantial surface area of the sheet body can be increased to contribute to further enhancement of the atmospheric discharge action of the static electricity collected in the conductive layer.

FIGS. 1-4 show the Example of the health pad (P1) at the time of comprising as a typical example of the health pad concerning this invention mainly for the low back pain improvement.

The low back pain improving health pad (P1) is composed of a horizontally long and wide flexible sheet body (1) that can be mounted sideways along the waist of the human body surface, and elastic bands for mounting at both ends thereof. (2) is attached.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the flexible sheet body (1) is composed of two thin and flexible animal leathers (3) and (4) that are good conductors having inherent electrical conductivity. ) Are used, and they are overlapped and stitched in place at the peripheral and intermediate portions to form a single body. Reference numeral (5) in FIGS. 1 and 3 and 4 indicates the suture line.

Each animal leather (3) (4) on the inner side (body surface side) and outer side (side opposite to the body surface) has its inner surface (surface on the body surface) and outer surface as shown in FIGS. Conductive layers (6), (7), (8), and (9) by application of a conductive paint are provided on both surfaces (the surface opposite to the body surface side) over the entire surface. Specifically, this conductive paint is a mixture of conductive powders or particles such as copper, nickel, silver, graphite, carbon black, etc. in a binder resin such as acrylic, vinyl, epoxy, alkyd, polyurethane, etc. Those prepared to have an electric conductivity sufficiently higher than the electric conductivity intrinsic to the skin are used. Specifically, it has electrical conductivity of 0.5 × 10 2 to 50 × 10 2 Ω, preferably 1 × 10 2 to 10 × 10 2 Ω.

Furthermore, on the outer surface side (surface opposite to the body surface) of the conductive layer (7) in the inner animal leather (3), a highly conductive layer having a higher electrical conductivity than the conductive layer (7). (10) is provided over the entire surface. This highly conductive layer (10) is made of, for example, a relatively large amount of powder of copper, graphite, carbon black or the like having a high specific conductivity, and is more than the conductive layers (6), (7), (8), and (9). Specifically, the conductive paint having a higher electric conductivity allows the electric resistance to be 0.1 × 10 2 to 10 × 10 2 Ω, preferably 1 × 10 2 to 3 × 10 2 Ω. It is comprised to have. In other words, this highly conductive layer (10) is formed by laminating a conductive layer having a high electrical conductivity stepwise with respect to the conductive layer (7) on the inner surface side of the sheet body (1) as it reaches the outer surface side on the opposite side. By forming it, the flexible sheet body (1) serves to further enhance the action of collecting static electricity in the human body, and instead of conductive paint, a foil or vapor deposition of copper or other highly conductive metal is used. It is good also as what comprises a layer etc.

The flexible sheet body (1) is provided with one or a plurality of discharge elements (13). The discharge element (13) is made of a metal having high electrical conductivity such as brass, silver, copper, aluminum or an alloy thereof, and at least a part of the discharge element (13) is exposed to the outer surface of the outer leather (4). It is assumed that the discharge action to the atmosphere can be satisfactorily exhibited, and that it is provided in electrical communication with at least the outer conductive layer (7) (10) of the inner leather (3). Required. In the illustrated embodiment, a hook made in the form of a decorative button is used as an emblem decoration on the outer surface of the flexible sheet (1), and the intermediate shaft portion penetrates the outer leather (4). The circular body portion (13a) is positioned in a protruding manner at the center of the outer leather (4) to form an emblem decoration by being caulked and fixed to the leather (4). (13b) is in contact with and electrically connected to the highly conductive layer (10).

Furthermore, the flexible sheet body (1) is assembled with one or more permanent magnet pieces (11) that exert a magnetic action on the human body at one or several places in the surface direction.

In the lower back health pad (HP1) shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, six circular permanent magnet pieces (6 pieces each) are provided at four locations in the length direction at the central portion in the width direction of the flexible sheet body (1). 11) is provided in a state of being sandwiched between both inner and outer leathers (3) and (4) under a combination state of regular hexagonal arrangement in which the outer peripheral surfaces are in contact with each other. Further, on the outer surface of each combination group of the permanent magnet pieces (11), a magnetic shield body (12) made of a circular washer-like magnetic body having a size corresponding to the outer peripheral contour line is closely disposed. In addition, it is possible to prevent external leakage of the magnetic lines of force from the magnet pieces, and to thereby substantially increase the magnetic force acting on the human body side located on the opposite side.

The arrangement and attaching means of the magnet piece (11) and the magnetic shield body (12) are not particularly limited. In the embodiment shown in the drawing, as an example, specifically, each magnet piece (11) is bonded and fixed to the inner side surface of the magnetic shield body (12) with a strong adhesive, and then the inside of the magnet piece (11). Adhering and fixing the side to the outer conductive surface of the high conductivity layer (10) of the inner leather (3) and the outer surface of the magnetic shield (12) to the conductive layer (8) on the inner surface of the outer leather (4) By doing so, it is firmly and stably attached.

The flexible sheet body (1) is provided with one to many vent holes (14) as required. In the illustrated embodiment, a large number of circular ventilation holes (14) are provided along the upper and lower edges of the sheet body (1), while reducing discomfort due to stuffiness that tends to occur when the health pad is worn on the body, The substantial surface area of the sheet body (1) can be increased to improve the discharge action of static electricity into the atmosphere.

The stretchable band (2) for mounting allows the flexible sheet body (1) to be securely mounted on the waist of the human body by adjusting the effective length freely with a hook-and-loop fastener structure. That is, the outer surface is formed on the female pile surface (2a) of the hook-and-loop fastener over the entire length, and is composed of an elastic band-like body with the male pile pieces (2b) attached to the inner surfaces of both ends. It is attached to the sheet body through the band holes (15) at both ends of 1), and can adjust to the change in the length of the waist of the user by adjusting the folded length of both ends. .

The above-mentioned lower back health pad (HP1) is in a state in which the inner surface of the user's human body, preferably the inner surface of the sheet (1) is in direct contact with the bare skin, as shown in FIG. Attach with. However, when it is disliked to touch the skin directly, it is possible to accept the disadvantage that the expression of the effect is somewhat delayed and to wear it from above the underwear.

In this mounted state, the flexible sheet body (1) has an electric conductivity sufficiently higher than the body surface of the human body in any of the conductive layers (6), (7), (8), (9), and (10) that it has. Further, since the leathers (3) and (4) also have relatively good electrical conductivity, a predetermined potential difference is generated between the leather and the human body. For this reason, movement of excessive electrostatic charges accumulated in the human body occurs, and is attracted to the conductive layer of the flexible sheet (1) and collected there. That is, the conductive layer exhibits a current collecting action against static electricity in the body. In addition, this current collecting action has a higher specific electric conductivity in the outer high conductive layer (10) than the conductive layer (7) located near the human body surface, and the potential difference between the human body and the human body is also high. Since it becomes large, it is further enhanced. The electric charge collected in the conductive layer is efficiently discharged to the atmosphere through a discharge element (13) provided in direct or indirect electrical conduction with the conductive layer. Of course, part of the static electricity is discharged into the atmosphere through the surface of the sheet body (1) itself. Therefore, static electricity in the human body is efficiently eliminated. As a result, it absorbs and removes cations and positive ions in the blood of the body that have a poor ion balance due to the accumulation of static electricity, improving the blood flow state, and is effective in eliminating and improving muscle stiffness and pain.

The mechanism of the manifestation of such therapeutic and improvement effects is considered as follows.

As described above, the body of an originally healthy person is weakly alkaline, and the ion balance is maintained because the skin surface shows weak acidity. In a healthy state in which such ion balance is maintained, as shown in the upper part of the schematic diagram of FIG. 8, red blood cells (Rb) in blood flowing through blood vessels (BV) are covered with sialic acid covering the surface. Therefore, the red blood cells (Rb) repel each other and the so-called smooth blood state is maintained. The blood vessel wall is similarly coated with sialic acid. Therefore, red blood cells do not stick to each other and do not stick to the blood vessel wall. As shown in the upper part of the schematic diagram of FIG. 8, red blood cells (Rb) flow into the capillaries (CP) without difficulty, and every corner of the body. Carrying oxygen and nutrients to recover carbon dioxide and waste products.

However, the so-called muddy blood phenomenon in which red blood cells (Rb) stick together tends to occur as the body shows an acidification tendency due to disorder of lifestyle habits. In other words, the flow of blood that runs through the body inevitably generates frictional static electricity due to friction of blood and friction with the blood vessel wall. In the body of acidification tendency, the electric charge on the surface of red blood cells tends to go wrong by this large amount of static electricity. In other words, some erythrocytes, which are originally negatively charged by sialic acid, are positively charged by static electricity. When negative erythrocytes and positive erythrocytes are present in the blood, erythrocytes (Rb) are linked together as shown in the lower schematic diagram of FIG. It sticks to the state and presents a so-called muddy blood state. Then, as schematically shown in the lower part of the figure, the flexibility of the individual red blood cells is inhibited due to the connection, and as a result, the flow into the capillaries (CP) is inhibited and the capillaries (CP) are blocked. It is likely that the blood vessel (BV) is blocked by sticking to the blood vessel wall. Therefore, a sufficient amount of red blood cells (Rb) do not reach every corner of the body, the cells at the end cause oxygen deficiency, nutrient deficiency, carbon dioxide and waste products accumulate, inactivate, cold limbs, Causes illness and swelling of the shoulders, hips and knees, and pathological symptoms such as pain.

Here, according to the use of the health pad (HP) according to the present invention, the static electricity in the body is removed by atmospheric discharge as described above, and the static electricity is not accumulated in the body. It improves the blood condition and manifests itself as a therapeutic and improvement effect for low back pain by promoting blood circulation.

In addition, according to the health pad according to the present invention, blood, particularly red blood cells (Rb) are smoothly sent to the capillary (CP) at the end of the body as described above. The magnetic therapy effect by the permanent magnet piece (11) can be exerted intensively in the vicinity region. Therefore, it is possible to maximize the original function of the magnetic therapy device, in which the magnetic lines of force act on hemoglobin iron in the blood vessel to promote blood flow. Even in cases where improvement could not be expected much, the maintenance of blood flow by removing static electricity in the body, combined with the promotion action and blood circulation promotion action by magnetic field lines, the more reliable treatment of pathological symptoms by their synergistic effect, An improvement effect can be exhibited.

Next, the range of the various modifications which are allowed for the health pad according to the present invention will be described.

First, regarding the base material of the flexible sheet (1), the above embodiment has the necessary conductivity and air permeability, is flexible, has a little uncomfortable feeling when worn, and is advantageous in terms of price. However, the present invention is not limited to this, although a required conductive layer is formed by applying a conductive paint to the leather. A fabric or nonwoven fabric in which conductive fibers are woven or interwoven may be used as a base material, or a conductive rubber or resin sheet in which conductive metal particles or conductive fibers are kneaded is used as a base material. It is also good.

In the above embodiment, both the inner and outer leathers (3) and (4) are formed with conductive layers (6), (7), (8), and (9) on both inner and outer sides. However, the conductive layers (8) and (9) of the outer leather (4) are not necessarily required. The same applies to the conductive layer (6) on the inner side surface of the inner leather (3).

Moreover, about the permanent magnet piece (11) for a magnetic treatment effect, the arrangement | positioning, number, magnetic strength, etc. are used for a health pad, that is, for waist, shoulder, buttocks, chest, lower abdomen, etc. It is appropriately determined according to the application, and is not limited to the specific example shown in the illustrated embodiment. About the magnetic flux density of the magnet to be used, it is common and preferable to use the one in the range of 35 to 200 mT (millitesla), preferably 80 to 180 mT, which has been conventionally used in a magnetic therapy device. With respect to the arrangement, when a plurality of magnet pieces are used as one unit, in addition to a regular hexagonal arrangement as shown in FIG. 2, a combination of regular triangles, squares, regular pentagons, etc. This is preferable in that the lines of magnetic force interfere with each other to cause fluctuations in the generated lines of magnetic force, which in turn gives a load of stretching and contracting muscles under the human body, and can provide a massage effect, but this matter is particularly limited in the present invention. is not. As shown in FIG. 5 (a), the magnet pieces (11) may be arranged one by one with a certain distance (L1) between them, or as shown in FIG. The magnet piece (11) and the plurality of combination magnet pieces (11A) may be arranged with a fixed distance (L2) between them, and as shown in FIG. The magnet pieces (11A) may be arranged with a certain distance (L3) between them. Here, according to the knowledge obtained by the present inventor, the preferable distance (L) in each case described above is approximately (L1) = 10 to 30 mm, (L2) = 15 to 50 mm, (L3) = 20 to The range is 90 mm. In the case of the combination magnet piece (11A), as shown in FIG. 6, the N poles and S poles of the adjacent magnet pieces (11) and (11) are alternately arranged in opposite directions. It is preferable in that it can further increase the fluctuation of the magnetic lines of force due to the mutual interference of the magnetic lines of force, and more reliably enjoy the massage effect.

Further, as shown in FIG. 7, each magnet piece (11) is preferably provided with a magnetic shield body (12) made of a magnetic material such as iron behind it, that is, on the side opposite to the body surface side. As a result, the human body can effectively prevent the magnetic force from the magnet piece (11) from leaking to the outside and adversely affecting magnetic cards and electronic devices that may be approaching from the outside. This is preferable in that the action of magnetic field lines extending to the side can be enhanced. The magnetic shield body (12) may be formed in a cup shape with a shallow bottom, and a magnet piece may be accommodated on the magnetic shield body (12).

FIG. 9 shows, as another embodiment of the present invention, a health pad (HP2) produced for the treatment and improvement of stiff shoulders in a worn state on the human shoulder. The shoulder health pad (HP2) is slightly narrower than the waist pad so that it can be worn along the shoulder of the human body. The other specific configuration is the same as that of the health pad (HP1), and the same reference numerals are entered in the corresponding portions, and the description is not repeated. It should be noted that any method can be adopted as the stable holding means of the pad mounted on the shoulder. For example, it is possible to attach a stretchable cord for wearing and turn it under the armpit, or to attach and fix it on the shoulder of a human body using an adhesive sheet such as a bandage. Furthermore, after attaching and fixing to the inner side of the underwear using a double-sided adhesive tape or a magnet piece, the underwear may be worn and stably held on the shoulder.

The shoulder health pad (HP2) has the same action as the waist health pad (HP1) in the wearing state shown in FIG. Synergistic actions with the shoulder have a significant effect on the treatment and improvement of stiff shoulders.

FIG. 10 shows, as yet another embodiment of the present invention, a health pad (HP3) produced for the treatment and improvement of sleep apnea syndrome in a wearing state on the neck of a human body. This health pad for wearing on the neck (HP3) is to be worn around the neck of the human body by turning it from the back, and it is a little narrower than the one for the shoulder so that it can be worn well. It has been. The other specific configuration is the same as that of the health pad (HP1), and the same reference numerals are entered in the corresponding portions, and the description is not repeated.

Although the specific mechanism of the manifestation of the effect of the health pad (HP3) for wearing the neck is not yet clear, according to the results of many use experiments, sleep by sleeping in the wearing state shown in FIG. It has been found that the symptoms of patients with chronic apnea syndrome are significantly reduced or cured. In addition, it was confirmed that the snoring level was remarkably reduced and the respiratory rhythm was stabilized in a person with a very severe snoring habit. This effect can be obtained because the physiological function of cells and muscles in the peripheral region of the trachea from the oral cavity to the neck is activated by the synergistic action of static elimination and magnetic field lines, It is thought that it has a remarkable effect on the improvement of healing.

FIG. 11 shows, as still another embodiment of the present invention, a health pad (HP4) prepared for the treatment and improvement of urination disorder that often progresses with aging, particularly urinary stress disorder that makes it difficult to urinate. FIG. 12 shows the health pad (HP4) in a state where it is worn and used on the lower abdomen or crotch of a human body. This lower abdomen-equipped health pad (HP4) has a flexible sheet body (1) based on a substantially triangular width shape that can cover the left and right ruled regions of the male genital area from the lower abdominal area. A hole (16) is provided, and a magnet piece (not shown) that also serves as a connection is built in and provided at the tip of the hanging tongue pieces (1a) and (1b) on both sides thereof. The other specific configuration is the same as that of the health pad (HP1), and the same reference numerals are entered in the corresponding portions, and the description is not repeated.

Thus, the health pad for wearing the lower abdomen (HP1), although the specific mechanism of its effect is not clear yet, according to the results of many use experiments by male patients with urination stress disorder, In the wearing state shown in FIG. 12, it has been found that the urination disorder is reduced with the passage of a predetermined time, the urination can be performed smoothly and speedily, and the feeling of residual urine after urination is eliminated. The reason why such an effect can be obtained is considered to be due to the result that the physiological functions of cells in the prostate, bladder and the vicinity thereof are activated by the synergistic action of the action of removing static electricity and the action of magnetic field lines.

The health pad of the present invention can be used for other purposes such as improving the treatment of knee pain, bust-up for improving the tension of the breast by physiological activation of muscles around a woman's breast, or hip-up for improving drooping of the buttocks. Can also be used effectively. It goes without saying that the shape of the flexible sheet and the magnetic strength and arrangement of the permanent magnet pieces can be appropriately changed according to each application.

Next, the effects that can be achieved by the present invention will be described based on the confirmation results of the specific examples.
