前記第1の層と前記第2の層とを分離する結合スペーサ層とを備え、前記第1の層と前記第2の層との間の距離は、前記センサスタックから離れた領域よりも前記センサスタックの近位の領域において大きく、さらに、
前記シールドを前記センサスタックから分離する非磁性層を備える、センサ装置。 - 前記結合スペーサ層は可変厚さを有する、請求項1または請求項2に記載のセンサ装置。
- 前記第1の層と前記第2の層との間に非磁性層をさらに備える、請求項1または請求項2に記載のセンサ装置。

強磁性材料の第2の層と、
