Description

The present invention relates to an aquatic life watching facility such as an aquarium. More specifically, it relates to an aquatic life watching facility where a large tank structure is arranged.

Aquatic creature viewing facilities such as aquariums are mainly facilities that collect and display organisms that grow in the sea, rivers, lakes and waterfronts. In many cases, seafood, invertebrates, amphibians, sea beasts, reptiles, penguins, aquatic plants, corals, etc. are put in the aquarium.

In recent years, aquatic life watching facilities equipped with large aquariums are increasing, and as a whole, there is an increasing tendency to increase the size of aquariums. By enlarging the aquarium, relatively large aquatic organisms can be accommodated in the aquarium, and the appearance of them swimming in the water can be viewed in a state close to the actual ecology in nature. In addition, since the exhibition surface is large and aquatic organisms can be viewed from the immediate vicinity of the exhibition surface, it is possible to give viewers a sense of realism and power. For this reason, the increase in the size of the aquarium greatly contributes to the improvement of the ability to attract customers at aquatic life watching facilities.

Utility Model Registration No. 3146272 Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 8-312174 JP-A-4-404661 JP 2002-84921 A

As mentioned above, the large aquarium in the aquatic life appreciation facility makes it possible to accommodate and display large aquatic life in a state close to the actual ecology of nature, and It became possible to give a sense of power. On the other hand, there is a problem that the construction cost and maintenance / operation cost of the aquarium increase almost in proportion to the size / volume of the aquarium.

Therefore, the present invention can accommodate large aquatic organisms, can be displayed in a state close to the actual ecology, and maintains the impression of scale, presence, force, etc. given to the viewer, The purpose is to provide a means for reducing maintenance and operation costs.

In the present invention, there is an aquatic life appreciation facility in which aquatic life can be appreciated, and a large aquarium structure and an outer viewing space for viewing aquatic life from the outer peripheral side of the large aquarium structure are disposed in the facility. The large aquarium structure is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape in the vertical direction, the outer wall surface and the inner wall surface are formed of a transparent member, and the aquatic organism is accommodated in a region sandwiched between the outer wall surface and the inner wall surface. A transparent tank and a transparent or translucent liquid formed on the member, comprising a water tank part, an inner ornamental space surrounded by the inner wall surface of the water tank part, and a top surface of the inner ornamental space And having a structure capable of daylighting natural light and / or artificial light into the inner ornamental space via the top surface portion, and in the facility, the outer ornamental space. And aquatic life in the space To provide that aquatic organisms ornamental facilities.

In this aquatic organism viewing facility, aquatic organisms are accommodated in the aquarium part of the large aquarium structure. The aquarium part is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape in the vertical direction, and the outer peripheral distance of the aquarium part (that is, the distance that aquatic organisms can swim) and the height are the existing large aquariums having the same volume as the large aquarium structure in the present invention. Is the same. Therefore, according to the configuration of the present invention, as with existing large aquariums, relatively large aquatic organisms can also be accommodated in the aquarium, and the state is close to the actual ecology in nature, such as how to swim, presence of swarms, swimming speed You can enjoy watching swimming in the water.

In this aquatic organism viewing facility, a large aquarium structure and an outer viewing space for viewing aquatic organisms from the outer peripheral side are arranged in the facility. The outer periphery of the large water tank structure, that is, the outer wall surface of the water tank portion is formed of a transparent member, and a large display surface is formed. Therefore, the viewer in the outer viewing space can face the large display surface formed on the outer periphery of the large aquarium structure, and can view aquatic organisms from the immediate vicinity of the display surface. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to give a sense of presence and power to the viewer in the outer viewing space. In addition, in the present invention, visually, the aquarium part and the inner ornamental space are integrated, and an impression that the breeding water is filled in the entire large aquarium structure can be given to the viewer in the outer ornamental space. Therefore, a scale feeling equivalent to that of an existing large tank can be provided.

On the other hand, in the large-sized aquarium structure according to the present invention, the aquarium part that accommodates aquatic organisms is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape in the vertical direction, and the hollow portion is not filled with breeding water. Therefore, compared with the existing large aquarium which has a volume equivalent to this large aquarium structure, the breeding water filled in the aquarium part can be greatly reduced. As a result, the weight load can be reduced and the required strength at the water tank installation location can be reduced, so that the initial cost, that is, the cost for constructing the water tank can be greatly reduced. In addition, since the volume of the aquarium can be reduced, it is possible to significantly reduce the cost of replacing breeding water and maintenance / inspection / replacement / repair costs of the aquarium after operation. It can be done efficiently and maintenance and operation costs can be greatly reduced.

In the present invention, the hollow portion in the large aquarium structure is used as an inner ornamental space, and the top surface of the inner ornamental space is configured, and a transparent member and a transparent or translucent liquid surface formed on the member. And a top surface portion. In addition, this facility has a structure capable of collecting natural light and artificial light to the inner ornamental space through the top surface portion. Thereby, the viewer in the interior viewing space can face the large display surface constituting the inner wall surface of the water tank section in the large water tank structure, and can view aquatic organisms from the immediate vicinity of the display surface. The interior viewing space is surrounded by a large display surface, and light is bent by the liquid level fluctuation at the top surface, so that the viewers in the interior viewing space are surrounded by a large display surface. In addition to the sense of presence and power of being played, you can experience the sensation of seeing aquatic life from the bottom of the water and the beauty of fluctuations in the water surface.

In the present invention, since a large display surface is formed in both the outer ornamental space and the inner ornamental space via the aquarium part, it is compared with the existing large aquarium having the same volume as the large aquarium structure in the present invention. As a result, the area of the display surface is greatly increased. Therefore, there is an advantage that more viewers can appreciate aquatic organisms and the like from the immediate vicinity of the aquarium.

In addition, in the present invention, since the hollow portion is formed in the large-sized water tank structure, various space effects can be freely performed within the water tank with few restrictions. Traditionally, in the aquatic life appreciation facility, in order to prevent the aquatic organisms from seeing the aquatic organisms and to prevent the aquatic life from being surprised by the viewers, effects such as darkening the viewing space and brightening the inside of the aquarium have been given. There are many. In addition, for example, there are many effects such as color and sound so that the viewer can experience the sensation of being underwater. However, since the aquarium is filled with breeding water, it is difficult to produce a light effect freely from the aquarium, and there are many restrictions on the space effect. On the other hand, in the present invention, since a hollow portion is formed in the large aquarium structure, and a space not filled with breeding water is formed, inside the aquarium, various light, sound, video, objects, etc. It is possible to perform free space production with few restrictions. As a result, in cooperation with the display of aquatic organisms, conventional large-sized displays are utilized by utilizing the transparency, reflection, and refraction properties of the display surface formed of transparent members and the liquid present in the aquarium or top surface. Various space effects that could not be performed in the aquarium can be performed.

According to the present invention, in an aquatic organism viewing facility, the scale of a large aquarium is maintained, and while maintaining the impression of presence and power given to the viewer, costs for construction of the aquarium, maintenance / operation costs after operation, etc. Can be kept low.

For example, the horizontal cross-sectional shape of the outer wall surface 31 and the inner wall surface 32 can take a form such as a substantially circular shape, a substantially oval shape, or a substantially polygonal shape, respectively.

The width of the water tank portion, that is, the interval between the outer wall surface 31 and the inner wall surface 32 can be appropriately designed according to the purpose, application, aesthetics, etc., and is not particularly limited. For example, preferably 1.5 m or more, more preferably 2.0 m or more, and most preferably 3.0 m or more.

The outer wall surface 31 of the water tank portion 3 is a large display surface facing the outer ornamental space 2, and is not necessarily the entire surface, but in principle is formed of a transparent member over substantially the entire surface. The viewer P2 in the outer ornamental space 2 appreciates the aquatic organism F in the aquarium unit 3 and the production in the inner ornamental space 4 behind it through the outer wall surface 31 of the aquarium unit 3. The outer wall surface 31 of the water tank unit 3 also has a role of storing the breeding water W1 in the water tank unit 3.

The inner wall surface 32 of the water tank portion 3 is a large display surface facing the inner ornamental space 4, and is not necessarily the entire surface, but in principle is formed of a transparent member over substantially the entire surface. The viewer P4 in the inner viewing space 4 is surrounded by the inner side surface 32 on all sides, and appreciates the aquatic organism F in the water tank unit 3 through the inner side surface 32 of the water tank unit 3. The inner wall surface 32 of the water tank unit 3 also has a role of storing the breeding water W <b> 1 in the water tank unit 3 in cooperation with the outer wall surface 31.

The material of the outer wall surface 31 and the inner wall surface 32 of the aquarium part 3 may be a transparent member that has strength and durability that can withstand the water pressure of the breeding water W1 stored in the aquarium part 3, and is publicly known. Can be widely adopted, and is not particularly limited. Examples of the transparent member applicable to the present invention include those made of glass and acrylic resin.

The breeding water W <b> 1 is water suitable for the growth of aquatic organisms bred in the water tank unit 3, and is stored on the outer wall surface 31 and the inner wall surface 32 of the water tank unit 3. The breeding water W1 is not particularly limited as long as it is suitable for the growth of the aquatic organisms to be bred. For example, natural fresh water, brackish water, seawater, artificial water with artificially adjusted components, and the like are appropriately used. Can do.

The inner ornamental space 4 is located in a hollow portion in the water tank structure 1 and is surrounded by an inner wall surface 32 of the water tank portion 3. This inner ornamental space 4 is a space for the viewer P4 to appreciate the aquatic organism F accommodated in the aquarium part 3 of the large aquarium structure 1 from the inside of the large aquarium structure 1. The viewer P4 in the inner ornamental space 4 is surrounded by a large display surface that constitutes the inner wall surface 32 of the aquarium part 3 in the large aquarium structure 1, and exhibits the aquatic life F from the bottom of the water. You can enjoy aquatic life F from the immediate vicinity.

As described above, in the present invention, since the large display surfaces 31 and 32 are formed in both the outer ornamental space 2 and the inner ornamental space 4 through the water tank unit 3, the large-sized aquarium structure according to the present invention. Compared with the existing large aquarium with the same volume as 1, the area of the display surface will be greatly increased. Therefore, there is an advantage that more viewers P2 and P4 can appreciate the aquatic organism F and the like from the immediate vicinity of the aquarium. In addition, for example, an ornamental pedestal that can appreciate the aquatic organism F at a position higher than the floor surface in the outer ornamental space 2 and / or in the vicinity of the display surfaces 31 and 32 in the inner ornamental space 4 ( In the case of a configuration in which (not shown) is arranged, since the aquatic organism F and the like can be observed simultaneously from the top of the ornamental floor formed in one or more stages above the floor surface, Many more viewers can view the aquatic organism F and the like from the immediate vicinity of the aquarium. The ornamental floor portion can be formed, for example, by appropriately installing stairs, passages, balconies and the like in the ornamental spaces 3 and 4.

In addition, about the entrance / exit means to the inside ornamental space 4, a well-known means can be employ | adopted widely and it does not specifically limit. For example, as shown in FIG. 2, a structure that allows entry and exit by forming a tunnel (reference numeral T in the figure) that crosses the water tank unit 3 may be used, and the inside and outside of the water tank unit 3 are connected by a tube-shaped passage. By doing so, a structure that allows entry and exit may be used. In addition, you may make it the structure which forms a stair etc. and can go in / out, without traversing the water tank part 3. FIG.

The top surface portion 5 is a portion constituting the top surface 41 of the inner ornamental space 4 and has a transparent member and a transparent or translucent liquid surface W2 formed on the member. In the top surface portion 5, the top surface 41 is formed of a transparent member, and a transparent or translucent liquid is stretched on the top surface 41, so that the inside viewing space 4 can be daylighted from the outside of the aquarium structure 1. It becomes possible. Further, since the liquid is stretched on the top surface portion 5 and the light is bent due to the shaking of the liquid surface W2, the viewer P4 in the inner viewing space 4 can feel the presence and power of being surrounded by a large display surface. In addition to the feeling, you can experience the sensation of watching aquatic life from the bottom of the water, and the beauty of the fluctuation of the water surface.

As the transparent member used in the top surface portion 5, the same ones as described above can be widely adopted.

The liquid used for forming the transparent or translucent liquid surface W2 on the transparent member may be any colorless or colored transparent or translucent liquid, and is not particularly limited. For example, the top surface portion 5 may be formed in a substantially saucer shape, and the liquid surface W2 may be formed by storing a liquid therein, or the top surface portion 5 and the water tank portion 3 may be connected to form a transparent top surface portion 5. You may make it the structure which drops and supplies breeding water on a member, forms the liquid level W2 on the member, and the liquid flows into the water tank part 3, for example. The thickness of the liquid level W2 is not particularly limited as long as the liquid is in principle present over the entire surface of at least the transparent member of the top surface portion 5, and is not particularly limited. When the amount of liquid on the transparent member of the surface portion 5 is increased, the weight is applied to the transparent member. Therefore, it is preferable that the thickness of the liquid surface W2 is not more than a certain level.

For example, the connection portion between the top surface portion 5 and the inner wall surface 32 of the water tank portion 3 may be formed in a substantially arc shape (see reference numeral 51 in FIG. 1). Thereby, since the boundary part of the top | upper surface part 5 and the inner wall surface 32 of the water tank part 3 can be made inconspicuous, when the viewer P4 in the inner ornamental space 4 looks up at the top surface 41, the viewer P4 is informed. On the other hand, the space is not limited visually, and an impression of a wider space can be given.

The aquatic organism viewing facility A according to the present invention preferably has a structure capable of collecting natural light and / or artificial light to the inner viewing space 4 via the top surface portion 5 (FIG. 1 or FIG. 2). (See symbol X).

For example, as shown in FIG. 1 or 2, the daylighting means A <b> 1 such as a transparent window is formed in the facility A, so that natural light can reach the inner ornamental space 4 through the top surface part 5. Alternatively, in addition to the daylighting means A1, a structure for performing supplementary light with artificial light may be employed. Even if the lighting means A1 or the like is not particularly formed in the facility A, it is sufficient that the artificial light can reach the inner ornamental space 4 via the top surface portion 5. In addition, about the means using artificial light, a well-known means can be employ | adopted widely. When artificial light is used, for example, the intensity and color of light can be artificially adjusted as appropriate.

In addition, as described above, the inner ornamental space 4 is formed in a hollow portion in the aquarium structure 1 and forms a space not filled with the breeding water W1, so that the light in the aquarium part 3・ Various space effects such as sound, video, and objects can be freely performed with few restrictions. Thereby, for example, in cooperation with the display of aquatic organisms, the lighting through the top surface 5 is also used, and the liquids W1 and W2 present on the display surface formed of a transparent member, in the water tank 3 or on the top surface 5 and the like. Using various properties such as transparency, reflection, and refraction, it is possible to perform various space effects that could not be performed with conventional large aquariums.

3 to 5 are schematic external perspective views showing an example of dividing the inside of the water tank portion into a plurality of regions in the large-sized water tank structure 1 according to the present invention.

In the present invention, since the water tank portion 3 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape in the vertical direction, the inside of the water tank portion 3 can be divided into a plurality of regions more easily and at a lower cost than a conventional large water tank. . In this case, compared with the case where the same number of aquariums are individually displayed, while keeping the same number and capacity of breeding space, as a whole, the audience feels like the scale of an existing large aquarium, from the bottom of the water. You can experience the sensation of appreciating aquatic life. In addition, for example, by adopting a configuration in which the inside of the water tank section is divided into a plurality of regions, work such as water exchange, cleaning, and filtration can be performed with less labor and efficiency for each region. Maintenance and operation costs can be further reduced. In addition, predatory and prey organisms are separated and housed in each area, or organisms with different breeding environments, such as freshwater and seawater organisms, are housed in each area at the same time.・ It becomes possible to publish.

In FIG. 3, in the large aquarium structure 1 having the aquarium part 3, the inner ornamental space 4, and the top surface part 5, partition members 6 and 6 formed in a substantially vertical direction are installed in the aquarium part 3. The water tank 3 is divided into two regions R1 and R2.

In FIG. 4, in the large aquarium structure 1 having the aquarium part 3, the inner ornamental space 4, and the top surface part 5, the partition member 6 formed in a substantially circumferential direction is installed in the aquarium part 3, thereby The portion 3 is divided into two regions R1 and R2.

In FIG. 5, in the large aquarium structure 1 including the aquarium part 3, the inner ornamental space 4, and the top surface part 5, the partition member 6 formed in a substantially horizontal direction is installed in the aquarium part 3, thereby The portion 3 is divided into two regions R1 and R2. In FIG. 5, a route R <b> 21 for an operator to enter and exit the region R <b> 2 is formed so that the region R <b> 2 can be easily cleaned and maintained. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, when the inside of the water tank unit 3 is divided by a partition member 6 formed in a substantially horizontal direction, the water depth in each of the regions R1 and R2 can be reduced. There is an advantage that the water pressure load on the water can be reduced relatively easily.

In addition, this invention includes all the large-sized aquarium structures 1 in which at least the inside of the aquarium is divided into a plurality of regions, and is not limited to a limited number of regions.

Moreover, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the present invention uses a partition member formed in a substantially vertical direction, a partition member formed in a substantially circumferential direction, a partition member formed in a substantially horizontal direction, etc. In addition to the case where the inside of the tank 3 is divided into a plurality of areas, the inside of the water tank section 3 is divided into a plurality of areas by combining them, or the inside of the water tank section 3 is divided into a plurality of areas by other shapes and means. Such cases are widely included.

When the inside of the water tank 3 is divided into a plurality of regions, the partition member 6 is formed of a transparent member similar to the above, so that the partition member 6 is visually present in the water tank 3 and the outside ornamental space 2 In addition, aquatic organisms can be exhibited and exhibited without being noticed by the viewers in the inner ornamental space 4. Therefore, the viewer can appreciate the appearance of aquatic organisms, which are originally difficult to house and display in the same aquarium, swimming underwater in a state relatively close to the actual ecology in nature.
