Description

The present invention is a microwave heating of an adhesive food useful for processing or packaging of an adhesive food, especially food that is sticky and easily adheres by heating in a microwave oven such as rice cakes, dumplings or rice balls that have hardened over time. The present invention relates to a resin sheet and a container.

A typical example of sticky foods is wrinkles. In particular, there are freshly baked and soft cocoons with hot water. Patent Document 1 shows a sheet for wrinkles using a sheet made of polyolefin to handle these wrinkles having a strong adhesiveness.

The underlay sheet disclosed in Patent Document 1 is embossed on at least one side of a 0.5-5 mm thick sheet in which talc, calcium carbonate, glass fiber and the like are blended as a polyolefin-based polypropylene resin as an inorganic filler of 5-40%. The uneven surface is formed by processing (Patent Document 1, [Claim 1] to [Claim 3]). Such an underlay sheet is made of polypropylene and has appropriate rigidity and flexibility, is light and easy to handle, has appropriate heat resistance, and is superior to a wooden plate or a metal plate. However, there is a drawback in that the wrinkles easily adhere to the surface over time due to use, and the function as the underlay sheet for wrinkles is not achieved.

In order to provide anti-adhesive properties capable of avoiding the blocking phenomenon of containers manufactured using a thermoplastic resin foam sheet, Patent Document 2 discloses a safety in which an anti-adhesive agent containing no nonylphenol, which is hated by food containers, is applied. In order to provide a container-molded thermoplastic resin-laminated foam sheet and a container, the thermoplastic resin film is laminated on at least one surface of the thermoplastic resin foam sheet, and is substantially used as an anti-adhesive agent on at least one surface. There has been proposed a thermoplastic resin laminated foam sheet for container molding, in which a silicone oil containing no nonylphenol is applied (Patent Document 2 [Claim 1]).

Generally, silicone resin is used in various fields as a release material. It is also a well-known technique to coat the surface of a synthetic resin sheet or film with a silicone resin in order to improve the peelability. In order to improve the adhesion of the silicone resin, a surface activation treatment such as corona discharge treatment, flame treatment, ozone treatment, or an anchor treatment agent is used on the cured resin layer of the thermoplastic resin film before coating the silicone resin. It is also known to apply an anchor coating process (Patent Document 3, [0059]).

With reference to these well-known techniques, the present inventor disclosed in JP 2013-86832 A (Patent Document 4) for a highly viscous food suitable for forming a food container subjected to an inner surface treatment for suppressing or preventing the adhesion of food. A sheet substrate for forming trays was developed. This sheet base material is a composite sheet obtained by directly laminating a polypropylene film coated with food grade silicone on one side of a polypropylene sheet, and is manufactured by vacuum / compression molding so that the polypropylene film layer coated with food grade silicone is on the inner surface. The trays are excellent for transporting, storing and handling commercial ice cream and dumplings.

Patent Literature 4 discloses a sheet material for forming a tray for a highly viscous food. If the shape and structure of the tray are changed, a sheet or container for food processing is not limited to ice cream and dumplings. It can be expected that it will perform better than expected. Therefore, food sheets that can suppress or prevent the adhesion of various sticky foods that are useful for processing and packaging of foods that become sticky due to heating in a microwave oven, such as rice cakes, dumplings, or rice balls that have become hardened over time And further examination of the container.

As the above-mentioned solution, in the present invention, a resin sheet for microwave heating of an adhesive food having a silicone resin layer coated with a silicone-based anti-adhesive agent for food on at least one surface of the thermoplastic resin sheet is provided.

The thermoplastic resin sheet is not only a sheet but also a sheet in which a thermoplastic resin film is laminated on at least one surface of a thermoplastic foam sheet, or a thermoplastic resin film is laminated on at least one surface of a thermoplastic nonwoven fabric sheet. A sheet or a sheet in which a thermoplastic resin sheet and a film are laminated on one side of cellulose-based paper is used.

In addition, the thermoplastic resin sheet is preferably a polyolefin-based resin, and in particular, a polypropylene (PP) sheet, and general PP is excellent in heat resistance, and is suitable for a food tray for microwave heating treatment. Use of non-stretched polypropylene (CPP) suitable for vacuum / pressure forming is easy because it is easy to mold and can withstand microwave heating to some extent. The thickness of the sheet is appropriately determined depending on the size and application of the food tray, but is usually in the range of 0.3-3.0 mm, preferably 0.5-1.5 mm, for easy handling and resistance to microwave heating. Even when used as a single sheet, a thickness of about 0.5 to 1.0 mm is sufficient for heating in a microwave oven.

The silicone resin layer coated with the silicone-based anti-adhesive agent for food is applied to the surface of the thermoplastic resin sheet by corona discharge machining and then coated with food-grade silicone oil to form a resin sheet for microwave heating of adhesive food. For example, the polypropylene film laminated on one side of a polypropylene sheet is preferably a polypropylene (CPP) film having a film thickness of about 10-40 μm. It is what. Here, when a UV curing agent is mixed with food-grade silicone and irradiated with ultraviolet rays, the strength of the silicone coating layer increases. Similarly, a method of adding an EB curing agent made of an electron beam curable oligomer such as epoxy acrylate to a silicone resin, and irradiating it with an electron beam and curing it using high energy can be used.

The polypropylene sheet and the polypropylene film can be bonded to each other with an adhesive, but it is preferable to use a direct laminate in which the sheet is directly poured from a T-die onto the back surface of the silicone-coated film by the above-described method and pressure-bonded with a roller. If it does in this way, the silicone type adhesion prevention layer for foods will be shape | molded toward the inner surface using the thermoplastic resin sheet of this invention, and it will also become a resin container for microwave oven heating of an adhesive food.

The overall shape of the container body is determined according to the food to be stored. For example, in the case of the “Morobuta” of the tacking device, it is a tray with a flat large shallow edge, and it can be made into a small wrinkle without powdering on it without sticking fresh soft wrinkles. . The food container of the candy molded therefrom is a tray in which a large number of storage recesses are formed. When the container is also used as a packaging container, a flat ridge is provided on the outer periphery so that it can be sealed with an upper lid film. Moreover, the food container which stores steamed foods, such as an bun, a pork bun, Shumai, and dumplings, can illustrate the food tray which can store the steamed food of the same attitude | position across a partition.

Since the silicone resin layer is formed in the inner surface which food contacts, the resin sheet for microwave oven heating of the adhesive foodstuff of this invention suppresses or prevents food adhesion. The silicone resin layer has high releasability due to incompatibility with most organic substances, and is excellent in heat resistance and cold resistance. Excellent peelability can be exhibited.

The resin sheet main body and the sheet film are both the same polypropylene, and the polypropylene sheet and film constituting the container main body can be integrated by direct lamination (extrusion lamination). The food container is obtained by vacuum forming or pressure forming the integrated polypropylene sheet and film. The silicone resin layer is formed by applying one surface of the film to a rough surface by electric discharge machining and coating the rough surface, so that the film does not peel off and can be used repeatedly.

The container body is made of PP with a thick sheet part, and a thin film part CPP, which is suitable for drawing molding as a whole, has excellent tensile strength and tear strength, is glossy and has excellent transparency, moisture resistance, and water resistance It is excellent in heat resistance, oil resistance and boil resistance, and has excellent releasability from food due to the silicone resin layer coated with the food-based silicone-based anti-adhesive agent on the inner surface in contact with food.

The resin sheet for heating a microwave oven of the adhesive food of the present invention becomes a food with a high viscosity by heat softening, for example, it can be directly heated in a microwave oven such as a rice cake, Can be processed into small bowls without powder. In addition to such subdivision trays, commercial trays such as Shumai (high peelability is required, such as prevention of tearing of the skin and flat bottom surface), packaging for solid foods such as health foods and elderly foods (removal Easy to use), for the formation of kneaded products, trays for maintaining and distributing the shape of commercial foods (improving workability, improving convenience for consumers), etc. Widely used in demanding fields.

Hereinafter, although the resin sheet for microwave oven heating and the container of the adhesive foodstuff of this invention are demonstrated concretely and in detail by an Example, this invention is not limited to these Examples. In addition, although representative examples of sticky foods include candy, candy cakes and shumai, the present invention is not limited to these, and the resin sheet and container for microwave heating of the adhesive food of the present invention are widely used for other adhesives. Applicable to sex food.

[Example 1]
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a microwave heating resin sheet 1 for an adhesive food according to the present invention. As can be seen from this figure, the sheet is a rectangular sheet with rounded corners that fit into a normal household microwave oven. . In this example, the size is 17 cm in length, 26 cm in width, and 0.6 mm in thickness. FIG. 2 shows an enlarged cross-sectional view, and the microwave heating resin sheet 1 is a composite sheet of a polypropylene sheet 2 and a polypropylene film 3. This composite sheet is a composite sheet obtained by directly laminating a polypropylene film 3 coated with a food-grade silicone-based anti-adhesive agent on one side, and this is used as a microwave heating resin sheet 1. The polypropylene film 3 is preliminarily provided with a printing surface 5 which also serves as a design so that the silicone resin layer 4 coated with the food-based silicone-based anti-adhesive agent always comes to the surface.

As the polypropylene sheet 2, unstretched polypropylene (CPP) having a thickness of 0.6 mm suitable for vacuum and pressure forming was used. General PP is excellent in heat resistance, and is suitable for trays for foodstuffs such as Shumai and dumplings that are heat-treated. Also, for those requiring cryogenic storage such as frozen storage of steamed products such as rice cakes and dumplings, cold-resistant PP made of propylene-ethylene-butene-1 random copolymer is selected and Similarly, direct lamination was performed to obtain a composite sheet.

The polypropylene film 3 to be laminated on one side of the polypropylene sheet 2 is a polypropylene (CPP) film having a thickness of 30 μm, and a corona discharge machining layer is applied to the surface, followed by coating with food grade silicone, and a silicone resin layer on the surface. 4 is formed into a film for laminating. At this time, an ultraviolet curable silicone resin “ThreeBond3164” (registered trademark) manufactured by Sumitomo Three Bond Co., Ltd., in which a UV curing agent was mixed with a silicone agent, was used.

On top of the obtained resin sheet 1 for heating a microwave oven, “餅 M”, which is representative of an adhesive food M dipped in water and moistened, is placed as shown in FIG. Heated for 2 seconds, removed from the microwave oven, and the softly deformed 餅 M is apparently in close contact with the sheet 1, but when it is picked up with chopsticks, it is easily peeled off and transferred to a dish containing kinako. Was made. Even if some of the wrinkles adhered to the sheet remained on the sheet, it peeled off into a film when cooled, and could be easily removed even by lightly rubbing with "scouring" while washing with water.
[Example 2]

FIG. 3 shows a punching sheet 11 for a cello using the microwave heating resin sheet 1 described in Example 1, which is laid on the bottom of the steamer, and is directly applied to the sticky food M. It is a sheet for steaming foods such as steamed food. A large number of steam holes 12 are formed in the punched sheet 11 for the salo, and a silicone resin layer 4 coated with a food-grade silicone-based anti-adhesive agent is laminated on the upper surface side. After the steaming treatment, even if the shumai or the like was taken out in the hot state, it did not adhere to the punched sheet 11 for the salo.
[Example 3]

FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a shallow tray from the microwave heating resin sheet of the adhesive food according to the present invention. The heat-resistant microwave heating resin sheet 1 made of a general CPP described in Example 1 is used. A track-type tray 21 that is formed into a shallow track-shaped tray used for athletics and that is suitable for heating a microwave oven of 餅 M. It is formed by vacuum / pressure forming so that the silicone coating layer 4 comes to 22 and the peripheral portion 23. The track type tray 21 is approximately 0.3 mm thinner than the microwave oven heating resin sheet shown in the first embodiment. However, the track type tray 21 is difficult to be deformed because it has a tray shape and the peripheral portion 23 forms a curved surface below. Since it has a structure, it can be used in the same manner as the resin sheet for heating a microwave oven according to the first embodiment. It was.
[Example 4]

FIG. 5 shows a tray-shaped “Morobuta” 31 used in the manufacture of a bag using the heat-resistant microwave heating resin sheet 1 made of general CPP described in Example 1, and constitutes the entire shape. A “cold lid” 31 was formed by vacuum / air pressure molding so that the silicone coating layer 4 would be placed on the tub housing portion 32 and the peripheral portion 33 on the tray plane on the inner surface side of the polypropylene tray. Usually, when “Morobuta” 31 is used, cocoon M adheres to the tray, so that powder such as potato starch is spread. However, by using the microwave heating resin sheet 1 of the present invention, As a matter of course, the stick M is not adhered to the peripheral edge 33 of the tray or the side wall 34 of the accommodating portion.
[Example 5]

FIG. 6 shows a confectionery container 41 using the heat-resistant microwave-heated resin sheet 1 made of the general CPP described in Example 1, and is a tray on the inner surface side of the polypropylene tray constituting the entire shape. A confectionery container 41 was formed by vacuum / pressure forming so that the silicone coating layer 4 was on the flat confectionery container 42 side. Since the candy confectionery M adheres to the tray, it is usually used with powdered powder such as potato starch, but the container for forming the candy confectionery containing portion 42 by using the microwave heating resin sheet 1 of the present invention. It no longer adheres to the fractionation part 43, the storage part side wall 44 or the storage part bottom face 45. Moreover, in the past, the bottom surface of the candy storage portion 42 was provided with a number of grooves to make it easy to peel off. However, even if the candy confection M is put in the candy storage part 42 and heated in the microwave oven, the soft candy confectionery becomes very easy to peel off when taken out even if it adheres in the candy confectionery storage part 42. It became easy to handle.
