Abstract
Description
− 好ましくはLED、OLED及びレーザダイオードから選択される、第1の波長域の光を放射することが可能な光源と、
− 前記光源によって放射された光を受けるように配置され、第1の波長域の光の少なくとも一部を第2の波長域の光へと変換することが可能な第1波長変換領域と、
− 周辺光を受けるように配置され、光を、場合により第1の波長域の光を、470nmから570nm未満までの範囲の第3の波長域の光へと変換することが可能な第2波長変換領域であり、第1波長変換領域が前記光源と当該第2波長変換領域との間に配置される、第2波長変換領域と、
− 第1波長変換領域と第2波長変換領域との間の光の経路内に配置された光学素子と
を有する発光装置、によって達成される。
一例において、発光装置は、455nmの発光ピーク波長(peak wavelength;PWL)を有する青色LED光源と、PMMA内にBSSNを有する第1波長変換領域と、PMMA内に分散されたTiO2粒子の形態のディフューザと、LuAGを有する第2波長変換領域と、のスタック(積層体)を有する。
他の一例において、発光装置は、450nmの発光ピーク波長(PWL)を有する青色LED光源と、PMMA内にLumogen(登録商標)Red F305(BASF社)を有する第1波長変換領域と、PMMA内に分散されたTiO2粒子の形態のディフューザと、LuAGを有する第2波長変換領域と、のスタックを有する。
他の一例において、発光装置は、445nmの発光ピーク波長(PWL)を有する青色LED光源と、PMMA内にLumogen(登録商標)Red F305及びLumogen(登録商標)Orange F240(BASF社)を有する第1波長変換領域と、PMMA内に分散されたTiO2粒子の形態のディフューザと、Lumogen(登録商標)F083(BASF社)を有する第2波長変換領域と、のスタックを有する。
Claims (15)
- 第1の波長域の光を放射することが可能な光源と、
前記光源によって放射された光を受けるように配置され、前記第1の波長域の光の少なくとも一部を第2の波長域の光へと変換することが可能な第1波長変換領域と、
周辺光を受けるように配置され、光を、場合により前記第1の波長域の光を、470nmから570nm未満までの範囲の第3の波長域の光へと変換することが可能な第2波長変換領域であり、前記第1波長変換領域が前記光源と当該第2波長変換領域との間に配置される、第2波長変換領域と、
前記第1波長変換領域と前記第2波長変換領域との間の光の経路内に配置された光学素子と、
を有する発光装置。 - 前記第1及び第2波長変換領域並びに前記光学素子は、前記光源に対して離隔された位置に配置される、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記第1の波長域は約200nmから490nmまでである、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記第2波長変換領域は有機波長変換材料を有する、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記第2の波長域は500nmから800nmの波長域内にある、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記第1波長変換領域は有機波長変換材料を有する、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記第1及び/又は第2波長変換領域はキャリア材料を有する、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記光学素子はディフューザであり、好ましくはキャリア内に分散された散乱要素を有する、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記光学素子は、前記第1波長変換領域と前記第2波長変換領域との間の光の経路内に配置された複数のディフューザを有する、請求項8に記載の発光装置。
- 前記光学素子は、互いに離隔されて平面配置された複数の個別のディフューザ素子を有する、請求項8に記載の発光装置。
- 前記光学素子はプリズム構造を有する、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記第1波長変換領域及び/又は前記第2波長変換領域は、変換を行わない散乱粒子を有する、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記第1波長変換領域と前記光学素子とが直接光コンタクトし、且つ/或いは前記光学素子と前記第2波長変換領域とが直接光コンタクトしている、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 機能オフ状態において、当該発光装置は緑又は緑がかった外観を有する、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 請求項1乃至14の何れか一項に記載の発光装置を少なくとも1つ有する照明器具。
