Claims (7)
- マトリックスによって高密度化され、ケーシングの内面または外面から突出する少なくとも1つのリブ(16、17)を有する単一部品として形成される繊維強化材を備える複合材で作製されるタービンエンジンファンケーシング(10)であって、各リブ(16、17)が、製織によってまたはスティチングによってケーシングの残部の繊維強化材に接続される繊維強化部分を備えることを特徴とする、ファンケーシング。
- 繊維強化材が、重ねられた層に巻き付けられる製織組織(30)によって形成され、各リブ(16、17)の繊維強化部分(36)が、製織によって組織の内層または外層に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のファンケーシング。
- ファンケーシング、およびケーシングの内面に固締される音響パネルからなるアセンブリであって、ケーシング(10)が、マトリックスによって高密度化される繊維強化材を備える複合材で作製され、ケーシングの内面から突出し、かつケーシングの軸方向寸法の一部にわたって軸方向に延在するリブ(16)を有する単一部品として形成され、各リブ(16)が、製織によってまたはスティチングによってケーシングの残部の繊維強化材に接続される繊維強化部分を備え、音響パネル(20)が、リブ(16)の間に収容され、それに固締されることを特徴とする、アセンブリ。
- 繊維強化材が、重ねられた層に巻き付けられる製織組織(30)によって形成され、各リブ(16)の繊維強化部分(36)が、製織によって組織の内層に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のアセンブリ。
- ケーシングが、単一部品として形成され、またケーシングの外面から突出し、かつ製織によってまたはスティチングによってケーシングの繊維強化材の残部に接続される繊維強化部分を含む少なくとも1つのリブ(17)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載のアセンブリ。
- 請求項1または2に記載のファンケーシングが装着される、タービンエンジン。
- 請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載のファンケーシングおよび音響パネルによって構成されるアセンブリが装着される、タービンエンジン。
