Abstract
Description
‐前記身体に向けてRF電磁場を放射する複数のRFアンテナと、
‐前記RFアンテナにRF信号を供給する複数のRF電力増幅器と、
を有し、各RF電力増幅器は、トランジスタと、前記RF信号を前記RFアンテナに供給し、前記トランジスタの出力インピーダンスを低インピーダンス値に変換する出力整合回路網を有する。
‐検査体積内に一様な定常磁場を生成する少なくとも1つの主磁石コイルと、
‐前記検査体積内の異なる空間的方向において切り替え磁場勾配を生成する複数の勾配コイルと、
‐前記検査体積内にMR共鳴周波数でRFパルスを生成し、前記検査体積内に配置された患者の身体からMR信号を受信する少なくとも1つのRFコイルと、
‐RFパルス及び切り替え磁場勾配の時間的遷移を制御する制御ユニットと、
‐前記受信されたMR信号からMR画像を再構成する再構成ユニットと、
‐上で指定されたタイプの温熱治療アプリケータと、
を有する。
Claims (15)
- 患者の身体の組織内の熱エネルギのデポジションに対する温熱治療アプリケータにおいて、前記アプリケータは、
前記身体に向けてRF電磁場を放射する複数のRFアンテナと、
前記RFアンテナにRF信号を供給する複数のRF電力増幅器と、
を有し、各RF電力増幅器は、トランジスタと、前記RF信号を前記RFアンテナに供給し、前記トランジスタの出力インピーダンスを低インピーダンス値に変換する出力整合回路網とを有し、各RF電力増幅器は、それぞれのRF電力増幅器と関連付けられた前記出力回路網を介して前記RFアンテナに直接的に接続される、アプリケータ。 - 各RFアンテナは、前記アプリケータの所定のRF動作周波数における前記RFアンテナの同調及び整合に対する入力回路網を有する、請求項1に記載のアプリケータ。
- 前記アプリケータが、MR撮像互換性を持ち、及び/又はX線検査において透明である、請求項1ないし2のいずれか一項に記載のアプリケータ。
- 前記アプリケータが、前記RFアンテナに接続されたRFトラップを更に有し、前記RFトラップが、MR装置のMR共鳴周波数に同調される、請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載のアプリケータ。
- 前記RFアンテナが、PINダイオードスイッチを有する、請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載のアプリケータ。
- 前記RF電力増幅器の入力部に供給されるRF信号を生成する1つ又は複数の制御可能信号生成器を更に有する、請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載のアプリケータ。
- 前記アプリケータが、前記RFアンテナにより照射される目標領域からの電磁放射線を取得する取得アンテナにより形成されるフィードバックループを有し、前記取得アンテナが、前記制御可能信号生成器に接続される、請求項6に記載のアプリケータ。
- 前記RF電力増幅器が、クラスD、クラスE又はクラスF切替増幅器である、請求項1ないし7のいずれか一項に記載のアプリケータ。
- 前記アプリケータが、50ないし200MHzのRF周波数範囲で動作する、請求項1ないし8のいずれか一項に記載のアプリケータ。
- 前記RFアンテナが、前記RFアンテナの相互デカップリングに対するデカップリング回路網により相互接続される、請求項1ないし9のいずれか一項に記載のアプリケータ。
- MR撮像ガイド治療システムにおいて、
検査体積内に一様な定常磁場を生成する少なくとも1つの主磁石コイルと、
前記検査体積内の異なる空間的方向において切り替え磁場勾配を生成する複数の勾配コイルと、
前記検査体積内でMR共鳴周波数においてRFパルスを生成し、前記検査体積内に配置された患者の身体からMR信号を受信する少なくとも1つのRFコイルと、
RFパルス及び切り替え磁場勾配の時間的遷移を制御する制御ユニットと、
前記受信されたMR信号からMR画像を再構成する再構成ユニットと、
請求項1ないし10のいずれか一項に記載の温熱治療アプリケータと、
を有するシステム。 - 前記温熱治療アプリケータが、前記検査体積内に配置される、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記温熱治療アプリケータが、光リンクを介して前記制御ユニットに接続される、制御11又は12に記載のシステム。
- 前記温熱治療アプリケータが、前記MR共鳴周波数とは異なるRF周波数で動作する、請求項11ないし13のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記温熱治療アプリケータ及び前記少なくとも1つのRFコイルが、共有ハウジング内で一体化される、請求項11ないし14のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
