Claims (31)
- 液体食品と組み合わせたマイクロ波加熱用構造体であって、前記液体食品は最初、冷凍状態であり、該マイクロ波加熱用構造体は、前記冷凍された液体食品を電子レンジ内で所望の給仕温度まで加熱するものであり、該構造体は、
前記冷凍された液体食品を収容するキャビティと、
前記キャビティに隣接するマイクロ波エネルギー相互作用材料であって、前記マイクロ波エネルギー相互作用材料は、入射するマイクロ波エネルギーの少なくとも一部を熱エネルギーに変換するサセプターとして機能し、該サセプターは、前記冷凍された液体食品を解凍して、前記サセプターがないマイクロ波加熱用構造体よりも高速に、前記冷凍された液体食品を前記所望の給仕温度に加熱するためのものである、マイクロ波エネルギー相互作用材料と、
を備える、液体食品と組み合わせたマイクロ波加熱用構造体。 - 前記熱エネルギーは、前記冷凍された液体食品を解凍するものであり、前記解凍された液体食品は、前記冷凍された液体食品よりも高い誘電率及び高い損失正接を有する、請求項1に記載の液体食品と組み合わせたマイクロ波加熱用構造体。
