Abstract
Description
a)総保護面積Aprotectは、重なりがないと推定して、個々のカソード中心により保護される面積Acathodic_centerの分布の総和により得られる。
(i)生体腐食性マグネシウム合金でできたブランク材を準備するステップ、
(ii)上記の組成を有する粒子の非水性懸濁液をブランク材に塗布するステップ、及び
(iii)圧延によりこの粒子をブランク材の表面又は表面付近領域に入れるステップ
を含む。
(i)生体腐食性マグネシウム合金でできたブランク材を準備するステップ、
(ii)上記の組成を有する粒子をブランク材に塗布するステップ、及び
(iii)ブランク材の表面付近領域のマグネシウム合金を溶融させるステップ
を含む。
鉄粒子含有(製造用の化学物質はSigma−Aldrichから入手可能であり、粒径は100nmよりも小さい)懸濁液を、例えば噴霧又は浸漬によりマグネシウム合金AZ31の板状ブランク材に塗布して、鉄粒子が統計学的に均一に分散した被膜を形成する。
タングステン粒子(Sigma−Aldrichから入手可能で、粒径は約150nm)を、粉末の形態でマグネシウム合金AZ31のプレート状ブランク材に塗布し、振とうにより均一に分散させる。複雑な三次元構造を用いた場合、接着促進ポリマーを使用して、レーザー合金化プロセス前に表面を被覆することも有利である。このポリマーとタングステン粒子との比を変化させることにより、タングステン粒子間の平均距離を直接調節することができる。
Claims (10)
- 生体腐食性マグネシウム合金を含む基体を有するインプラントであって、前記マグネシウム合金が、統計学的に分散された複数の粒子を含有し、前記粒子同士の平均距離が、平均粒子径の100倍よりも小さく、前記粒子が、Y、Zr、Mn、Sc、Fe、Ni、Co、W、Pt元素及び57〜71の原子番号を有する貴土類のうちの1つ若しくは複数、又はこれらの元素のうちの1つ若しくは複数を含有する合金若しくは化合物を含む、インプラント。
- 前記粒子が1nmから10μmまでの平均粒径を有する、請求項1に記載されたインプラント。
- 前記粒子が、前記基体の表面又は表面付近領域に組み込まれている、請求項1又は請求項2に記載されたインプラント。
- 前記基体の表面の前記粒子の数が、1mm2当たり1×102から1×106の範囲にある、請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか一項に記載されたインプラント。

(i)前記生体腐食性マグネシウム合金からなるブランク材を準備するステップと、
(ii)前記の組成を有する粒子の非水性懸濁液を前記ブランク材に塗布するステップと、
(iii)前記ブランク材の表面又は表面付近領域に前記粒子を圧延するステップと
を含む、インプラントを製造する方法。 - 生体腐食性マグネシウム合金を含む基体を有するインプラントであって、前記マグネシウム合金が、統計学的に分散された複数の粒子を含有し、前記粒子同士の平均距離が、平均粒子径の100倍よりも小さく、前記粒子が、Y、Zr、Mn、Sc、Fe、Ni、Co、W、Pt元素及び57〜71の原子番号を有する貴土類のうちの1つ若しくは複数、又はこれらの元素のうちの1つ若しくは複数を含有する合金若しくは化合物を含み、前記粒子が前記基体の表面又は表面付近領域に組み込まれた、インプラントを製造する方法において、該方法が、
(i)前記生体腐食性マグネシウム合金からなるブランク材を準備するステップと、
(ii)前記の組成を有する粒子を前記ブランク材に塗布するステップと、
(iii)前記マグネシウム合金を前記ブランク材の表面付近領域で溶融させるステップと
を含む、インプラントを製造する方法。
