Claims (20)
- プロセッサにより実行可能な命令セットを格納する非一時的なコンピュータ可読記憶媒体であって、
前記命令セットは、
患者の現在の症状に関するデータセットを受信し、
前記受信したデータに基づき前記患者の現在の息切れレベルと現在の浮腫レベルとの1つを決定し、
前記現在の息切れレベルと前記現在の浮腫レベルとの決定された1つが許容レベルより大きい場合、前記患者と医療スタッフとの一方にアラートを提供するよう実行可能であるコンピュータ可読記憶媒体。 - 前記データセットは、圧力検知装置により測定された圧力を含み、
前記圧力は、前記患者の体のポイントの鬱血に対応し、
現在の浮腫レベルが決定される、請求項1記載のコンピュータ可読記憶媒体。 - 前記圧力検知装置は、各圧力検知領域が前記患者の体のポイントに対応する複数の圧力検知領域を含む、請求項2記載のコンピュータ可読記憶媒体。
- 前記圧力検知装置は、前記圧力検知領域のそれぞれの触知可能な圧縮応答が前記患者の体の対応するポイントの触知可能な圧縮応答に実質的に類似するように構成される、請求項2記載のコンピュータ可読記憶媒体。
- 前記浮腫レベルはさらに、前記患者の体重に基づき、
前記体重は、体重測定装置から受信される、請求項2記載のコンピュータ可読記憶媒体。 - 前記データセットは、期間中に音声記録装置により測定される前記患者の音声記録を含み、
息切れレベルは、前記期間中のポーズの回数と長さとに基づき決定される、請求項1記載のコンピュータ可読記憶媒体。 - 前記息切れレベルはさらに、前記期間中のモード優先ウェイトに基づく、請求項6記載のコンピュータ可読記憶媒体。
- 前記モード優先ウェイトは、ポジション検出装置により検出された前記患者のポジション、モード検出装置により検出された前記患者の活動モード及びエレベーション検出装置により検出された前記患者のエレベーションに基づき決定される、請求項7記載のコンピュータ可読記憶媒体。
- 前記息切れレベルはさらに、前記患者の表現分類に基づく、請求項6記載のコンピュータ可読記憶媒体。
- 前記表現分類は、ビデオ記録装置により記録された前記患者の顔の表情のビデオ記録に基づき決定される、請求項9記載のコンピュータ可読記憶媒体。
- 期間中に患者の音声記録を記録する音声記録装置と、
前記音声記録を受信し、前記音声記録から前記期間中のポーズの回数と、前記ポーズのそれぞれの長さとを決定する発話認識部と、
前記ポーズの回数と前記ポーズのそれぞれの長さとに基づき、前記期間に対応する前記患者の息切れスコアを決定するプロセッサと、
を有するシステム。 - 前記息切れスコアはさらに、前記期間中にモード優先ウェイトに基づく、請求項11記載のシステム。
- 前記患者のポジションを検出するポジション検出装置と、
前記患者の活動モードを検出するモード検出装置と、
前記患者のエレベーションを検出するエレベーション検出装置と、
をさらに有し、
前記モード優先ウェイトは、前記患者のポジション、前記患者の活動モード及び前記患者のエレベーションの1つに基づき決定される、請求項12記載のシステム。 - 前記息切れスコアはさらに、前記期間中の前記患者の表現分類に基づく、請求項11記載のシステム。
- 前記期間中の前記患者の顔の表情を記録するビデオ記録装置をさらに有し、
前記表情分類は、前記顔の表情に基づき決定される、請求項14記載のシステム。 - 各圧力検知領域が患者の体の部分に対応する複数の圧力検知領域を有する圧力測定装置であって、前記圧力検知領域のそれぞれの触知可能な圧縮応答が対応する体の部分の触知可能な圧縮応答に実質的に類似するように構成される前記圧力測定装置と、
前記圧力測定装置から、各圧力測定結果が患者の体の領域の鬱血に対応する圧力測定結果を受信するプロセッサであって、さらに前記圧力測定結果に基づき浮腫レベルを決定し、前記浮腫レベルが所定値より大きい場合、アラートを生成する前記プロセッサと、
を有するシステム。 - 前記所定値は、ベースライン浮腫レベルと、閾値浮腫レベルとの和である、請求項16記載のシステム。
- 前記体の部分は、前記患者の脚の部分である、請求項16記載のシステム。
- 前記患者の体重を測定するよう構成される体重測定装置をさらに有し、
前記浮腫レベルはさらに、前記患者の体重に基づく、請求項16記載のシステム。 - 前記浮腫レベルは、所定の許容される体重増加より大きな前記患者の体重増加量に基づく、請求項19記載のシステム。
