Claims (15)
- 無線LANシステムにおいて第1のステーションにより行われるMFB(MCS(Modulation Coding Scheme)Feedback)を伝送する方法であって、前記方法は、
第2のステーションからPPDU(PLCP(Physical Layer Convergence Procedure)Protocol Data Unit)を受信し、
前記PPDUを基盤としてMFBを推定し、及び
前記第2のステーションにMFBフィールド及びMFBタイプフィールドを含むフィードバック情報を伝送することを含み、
前記MFBフィールドは、前記MFBを含み、前記MFBタイプフィールドは、前記MFBが前記第2のステーションのMRQ(MFB Request)に対する応答であるか否かを指示することを特徴とするMFB伝送方法。 - 前記MFBタイプフィールドが、前記MFBが前記第2のステーションの前記MRQに対する応答でないことを指示すれば、前記フィードバック情報は、前記MFBが推定された前記PPDUのコーディング情報をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のMFB伝送方法。
- 前記MFBタイプフィールドが、前記MFBが前記第2のステーションの前記MRQに対する応答であることを指示すれば、前記フィードバック情報は、前記PPDUの前記コーディング情報を含まないことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のMFB伝送方法。
- 前記コーディング情報は、前記PPDUに適用されたコーディングタイプがBCC(Binary Convolutional Code)であるか、またはLDPC(Low−Density Parity Check)であるかを指示することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のMFB伝送方法。
- 前記PPDUは、少なくとも1つの受信ステーションに対する少なくとも1つの独立的なPSDU(PLCP Service Data Unit)を運ぶ(carry)MU(Multi User)−PPDUであり、
前記PPDUは、前記少なくとも1つの受信ステーションを指示するグループIDを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のMFB伝送方法。 - 前記フィードバック情報は、第1のフィールド及び第2のフィールドをさらに含み、及び
前記MFBタイプフィールドが、前記MFBが前記第2のステーションの前記MRQに対する応答でないことを指示すれば、前記第1のフィールドは、前記グループIDの下位3ビットを含み、及び前記第2のフィールドは、前記グループIDの上位3ビットを含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のMFB伝送方法。 - 前記MFBタイプフィールドが、前記MFBが前記第2のステーションの前記MRQに対する応答であることを指示すれば、前記第1のフィールドは、前記PPDUに含まれたMSI(MRQ Sequence Identifier)の受信値を含み、及び前記第2のフィールドは、予備として残されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のMFB伝送方法。
- 前記MFBタイプフィールドが、前記MFBが前記第2のステーションの前記MRQに対する応答でないことを指示すれば、前記フィードバック情報は、前記PPDUがビームフォーミングされたか、またはビームフォーミングされなかったかの可否を指示する伝送タイプ情報をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のMFB伝送方法。
- 前記MFBは、推薦時空間ストリーム(space−time stream)の個数、推薦MCS、推薦MCSの帯域幅、及び平均SNR(Signal−to−Noise Ratio)に関する情報を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のMFB伝送方法。
- 無線LANシステムにおいてMFB(MCS(Modulation and Coding Scheme)Feedback)を伝送するステーションであって、前記ステーションは、プロセッサを含み、前記プロセッサは、
アクセスポイント(Access Point;AP)からPPDU(PLCP(Physical Layer Convergence Procedure)Protocol Data Unit)を受信し、
前記PPDUを基盤としてMFBを推定し、及び
前記APにMFBフィールド及びMFBタイプフィールドを含むフィードバック情報を伝送するように設定され、
前記MFBフィールドは、前記MFBを含み、前記MFBタイプフィールドは、前記MFBが前記APのMRQ(MFB Request)に対する応答であるか否かを指示することを特徴とするステーション。 - 前記MFBタイプフィールドが、前記MFBが前記APの前記MRQに対する応答でないことを指示すれば、前記フィードバック情報は、前記MFBが推定された前記PPDUのコーディング情報をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のステーション。
- 前記MFBタイプフィールドが、前記MFBが前記APの前記MRQに対する応答であることを指示すれば、前記フィードバック情報は、前記PPDUの前記コーディング情報を含まないことを特徴とする請求項11に記載のステーション。
- 前記PPDUは、少なくとも1つの受信ステーションに対する少なくとも1つの独立的なPSDU(PLCP Service Data Unit)を運ぶ(carry)MU(Multi User)−PPDUであり、
前記PPDUは、前記少なくとも1つの受信ステーションを指示するグループIDを含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のステーション。 - 前記フィードバック情報は、第1のフィールド及び第2のフィールドを含み、及び
前記MFBタイプフィールドが、前記MFBが前記APの前記MRQに対する応答でないことを指示すれば、前記第1のフィールドは、前記グループIDの下位3ビットを含み、及び前記第2のフィールドは、前記グループIDの上位3ビットを含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載のステーション。 - 前記MFBタイプフィールドが、前記MFBが前記APの前記MRQに対する応答であることを指示すれば、前記第1のフィールドは、前記PPDUに含まれたMSI(MRQ Sequence Identifier)の受信値を含み、及び前記第2のフィールドは、予備として残されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のステーション。
