The lower parts of the humidifying elements 4 are immersed into water at the water storage part 21 to suck up water and the sucked-up water is transpired from the upper portions of the humidifying elements 4 exposed out of water at the water storage part 21.

Description

The present invention relates to a naturally vaporizing humidifier using natural evaporation of water without requiring a power source.

Conventionally, various humidifiers have been used in order to prevent the indoor air from being excessively dried and to maintain an appropriate humidity. In recent years, especially from the viewpoint of energy saving and environmental considerations, natural vaporization type humidifiers that use the natural evaporation of water without using electric power have been frequently used (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2 below).

Each of these conventional natural vaporizing humidifiers uses a humidifying element that absorbs water, so that a part of the humidifying element (immersion part) is immersed in water and a part (exposed part) is exposed to the outside of the water. In this case, water is evaporated from the exposed portion using a capillary phenomenon. That is, with the above configuration, water infiltrates from the immersion part to the exposed part by capillary action, and the water evaporates from the exposed part into the indoor air, thereby humidifying the room. It is.

According to such a conventional natural vaporizing humidifier, it is possible to prevent the drying of indoor air by using the natural evaporating action of water without using electric power, and to maintain an appropriate humidity. It becomes possible.

特開2005−321184号公報JP 2005-321184 A 特開2007−107768号公報JP 2007-107768 A

However, the conventional natural vaporizing humidifier as described above has the following disadvantages. That is, in the conventional natural vaporizing humidifier as described above, humidifying water is put in a container and the humidifying element is immersed therein. However, if the amount of water in the container is small, the frequency of water supply is low. Become more. Therefore, in order to reduce the frequency of water supply, a large amount of water can be put in the container. Therefore, when the container is hit and knocked down, a large amount of water is spilled from the container. In addition, as described above, a large amount of water is put in the container, and the humidifying element is immersed therein, so that the immersion portion immersed in water in the humidifying element becomes large and the water is removed from the water. The transpiration section that transcribes the water that is exposed and sucked down becomes smaller. Therefore, the transpiration performance was not fully exhibited.

The present invention has been made in order to overcome the above-described problems. When the humidifier falls down by reducing the amount of water stored in the container without increasing the frequency of water supply, the present invention is provided. An object of the present invention is to provide a natural vaporizing humidifier that reduces the amount of spilled water and increases the exposed portion of the humidifying element to improve the transpiration performance.

In order to solve the above-described problems, a natural vaporizing humidifier according to the present invention is open to the upper side and includes a main body case having a water storage section for storing water for humidification, and is detachable from the main body case. A water supply bottle for storing humidifying water and supplying humidifying water to the water storage unit, and a humidifying element having water absorption, wherein the lower part of the humidifying element is immersed in the water of the water storage unit, The water is sucked up, and the sucked-up water is evaporated from the upper part of the humidifying element exposed from the water in the water storage part.

According to the natural vaporization type humidifier according to the present invention, the container includes a water supply bottle that supplies water for humidification to the water storage part of the main body case, and the water in the water supply bottle can be supplied to the water storage part. Even if a large amount of water is not put in the water storage part of the main body case, it is possible to reduce the frequency of water supply. Moreover, it becomes possible to enlarge the exposed part of a humidification element by adjusting the amount of water supply from a water supply bottle, and can improve humidification performance.

In the natural vaporizing humidifier according to the present invention, the water supply bottle is held by the main body case with the opening side of the water supply bottle facing downward, and water is supplied from the opening to the water storage portion of the main body case. You may make it do.

If it does in this way, the water in a water supply bottle will be supplied to the water storage part of a main body case through the opening part of a water supply bottle. At this time, when the water level in the water reservoir reaches the height position of the opening, the water supply is stopped by the balance between the atmospheric pressure and the water pressure, as is well known, so that the water level in the water reservoir is kept constant.

As described above, according to the natural vaporization type humidifier according to the present invention, the water supply bottle for supplying the water for humidification to the water storage part of the main body case is provided, and the water in the water supply bottle can be supplied to the water storage part. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the frequency of water supply even if a large amount of water is not put in the container (the water storage part of the main body case). In addition, since the amount of water stored in the container (the water storage part of the main body case) can be reduced, the amount of water spilled from the container when the humidifier falls down can be reduced. Furthermore, by adjusting the amount of water supplied from the water supply bottle, the exposed portion of the humidifying element can be increased, and the humidification performance can be improved.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

1 to 3 show an embodiment of a natural vaporizing humidifier according to the present invention, and show its use state. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the natural vaporizing humidifier 1 according to this embodiment includes a main body case 2, a water supply bottle 3, and a humidifying element 4.

The main body case 2 is provided with a water storage portion 21 that has a central portion that is greatly open upward and recessed, and stores water for humidification. The water supply bottle 3 is detachably attached to the main body case 2, is attached to the main body case 2 in a state where the water for humidification is filled, and supplies the water for humidification to the water storage portion 21 of the main body case 2. Has been made.

Further, the humidifying element 4 is formed of a non-woven fabric having water absorption, and is disposed in the water storage part 21 of the main body case 2 to suck up the water for humidification from the lower part and to evaporate the water from the upper part. Humidification is performed.

As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the main body case 2 is a box having a large upper surface, which is long in the left-right direction in a plan view as shown in the plan view of FIG. It has a semicircular arc shape and can store water for humidification inside, that is, in the water storage part 21.

In addition, a water bottle attaching portion 22 for detachably attaching and holding the water bottle 3 is formed in the water storage portion 21 of the main body case 2. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, the water bottle attaching portion 22 is formed integrally with the main body case 2, and is a cylindrical rising extending upward from the bottom surface of the water storage portion 21 of the main body case 2. It consists of a projecting piece that is substantially C-shaped in plan view with a part of the piece cut out. The main body case 2 is made of polypropylene in this embodiment, but is not limited thereto, and can be made by selecting from any synthetic resin material, rubber, metal, ceramic material, and the like.

In this embodiment, the water supply bottle 3 includes a bottle body 5 and a bottle cap 6 that covers the opening 51 of the bottle body 5. The water supply bottle 3 is detachably attached to the main body case 2 by fitting the bottle cap 6 to the water supply bottle attaching portion 22 of the main body case 2 with the opening 51 side of the bottle main body 5 facing down.

On the inner wall surface of the bottle cap 6, a screw thread or a thread groove 61 that can be screwed into a screw thread 52 formed on the outer wall surface of the opening 51 of the bottle body 5 is formed to form a screwed portion. The cap 6 is screwed into the opening 51 of the bottle body 5. Further, a substantially prismatic space 62 is formed in communication with the bottle cap 6 from the screwing. Further, the bottle cap 6 is formed with a communication hole 63 for communicating the inside of the bottle main body 5 with the water storage portion 21 of the main body case 2. The bottle body 5 and the bottle cap 6 can be made by selecting from any synthetic resin material, rubber, metal, ceramic material, etc., but the bottle body 5 is formed of a transparent or translucent material. It is preferable because the water level (H3 in FIGS. 8 and 9) in the bottle body 5 can be visually confirmed.

As described above, the humidifying element 4 is formed of a nonwoven fabric having water absorption. In this embodiment, a sheet-like non-woven fabric in which the shapes of mountains, trees, animals, etc. are modeled is used by folding the sheet in the vertical direction. By doing in this way, a three-dimensional effect appears in the depth direction, and the humidifying element 4 can be made independent easily and reliably. In addition, about this humidification element 4, it is not restricted to embodiment shown here, It is good also as a thing of arbitrary designs, and it is possible to set it as the arbitrary shapes and structures which can be independent.

Subsequently, the natural vaporizing humidifier 1 composed of the above-described members will be described in more detail according to the method of use.

First, the bottle main body 5 is filled with water W for humidification, and the bottle cap 6 is screwed into the opening 51. Next, the water supply bottle 3 (bottle main body 5 and bottle cap 6) is turned upside down, that is, the bottle cap 6 is fitted to the water supply bottle mounting portion 22 of the main body case 2 with the opening 51 of the bottle main body 5 facing downward. Let

Then, the water W in the bottle main body 5 flows from the opening portion 51 into the space portion 62 and further into the water storage portion 21 of the main body case 2 through the communication hole 63. Then, when the water level in the space 62 has reached the height position of the lower end of the opening 51 of the bottle body 5 (the height position of the line H1 in FIGS. 8 and 9), the water level in the water storage section 21 again. When the bottle reaches the height position of the upper edge portion of the communication hole 63 (the height position of the H2 line in FIGS. 8 and 9), as is well known, due to the balance between atmospheric pressure and water pressure, the bottle body The inflow of water W from 5 stops. Thereafter, when the water W in the water storage unit 21 evaporates and the water level in the water storage unit 21 falls, the water W further flows in from the water supply bottle 5 due to the balance between the atmospheric pressure and the water pressure, so the water level in the water storage unit 21 Is kept constant.

The humidifying element 4 is arranged in the water storage part 21 of the main body case 2 and is made independent. The lower part of the humidifying element 4 is immersed in humidifying water, and then absorbs water and sucks it upward. The sucked-up water is evaporated into the air from the upper part of the humidifying element 4 exposed above the water surface of the water reservoir. Then, when water is evaporated from the humidifying element 4 and the water level in the water storage unit 21 is lowered, a cycle in which water flows from the bottle body 5 into the water storage unit 21 so that the atmospheric pressure and the water pressure are balanced. Repeatedly, the natural vaporizing humidifier 1 according to the present application always exhibits a constant humidification performance, and the water level in the water storage unit 21 is kept constant.

With the configuration as described above, even if a large amount of water is not stored in the water storage portion 21 of the main body case 2, water supply is continuously and automatically performed, so that the frequency of water supply can be reduced. Further, since the amount of water in the water storage unit 21 can be reduced, even if the main body case 2 is tilted, only a small amount of water spills from the main body case. Furthermore, since the water level in the water storage part 21 can be lowered, it is possible to enlarge the portion of the humidifying element 4 arranged in the water storage part 21 that is not immersed in water, thereby improving the transpiration performance. Is possible.

Moreover, in the natural vaporization type humidifier 1 which concerns on this application, the water for humidification can be confined in the water supply bottle 3. FIG. Therefore, even when perfume such as aroma components, medicinal components, and other highly volatile components are mixed in the water for humidification, these components do not evaporate in a short period of time. It is possible to exert the effect of.

As described above, the natural vaporizing humidifier according to the present invention has been described by showing a specific embodiment, but the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and is within the scope of the present invention. The form and the like can be changed in various ways. That is, the embodiment disclosed this time is illustrative in all respects, and does not serve as a basis for limited interpretation.
