Description

The present invention relates to a winding core for winding and holding a dough or the like.

This type of winding core is formed by winding cardboard around the outer periphery of a cardboard material cut to a predetermined thickness. Furthermore, the winding core formed as described above is in a state in which a clothing fabric or the like is wound around the outer periphery thereof, and is supplied to a textile processor, a general consumer, or the like. And the winding core as described above is formed by stacking a plurality of corrugated cardboard materials each having a long core with a large stepped portion, and cutting the stacked components a plurality of times at a predetermined interval. Thus, the core material of the winding core is formed. Furthermore, it was completed by winding the cardboard around the core material while compressing it.

The manufacture of the core material requires a large facility for transporting a long material to the next process. Further, the corrugated cardboard material having a large core and using a special core as described above is improved in cushioning performance, but has a significantly higher shear strength or blade resistance than a general corrugated cardboard material. For this reason, a special device is also required to cut the cardboard material as described above at a predetermined interval. As a result, there is a disadvantage that the winding core cannot be easily manufactured.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a winding core that has sufficient durability in use and can be manufactured with a small-scale and simple facility.

The invention according to claim 1 of the present invention includes a core material and an enclosing member, and the core material is formed by stacking a plurality of cardboard materials, and the enclosing member has a horizontal outer periphery of the core material. The corrugated cardboard material is bent to the inner peripheral side at a position substantially coincident with the corner of the outer peripheral portion of the core material at the inner peripheral portion when surrounding the core material of the surrounding member. A fold portion is provided.

The invention according to claim 2 of the present invention is characterized in that the surrounding member is arranged such that the corrugated step of the corrugated cardboard material is orthogonal to the stepped portion of the core member.

According to the invention of the first aspect of the present invention, the enclosing member has a crease in the corrugated cardboard material, and surrounds the core material by placing the core material on the corrugated cardboard material and bending it at the crease. Thereby, since the surrounding member firmly contacts the entire periphery along the outer periphery of the core material, the construction of surrounding the core material with the surrounding member becomes easy. Furthermore, since the core material is formed by stacking a plurality of corrugated cardboard materials, the corrugated cardboard material made of new or collected used paper can be used as it is, so that the raw materials can be easily obtained. Furthermore, the cardboard material is cut into a predetermined size, and a plurality of the cardboard materials are laminated to form a core material, and the outer peripheral portion thereof is surrounded by a surrounding member. Is excellent.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, the corrugated board of the corrugated cardboard material constituting the enclosing member and the core material is arranged orthogonally. As a result, when the fabric is wound around the core, the direction of the stepped mountain is orthogonal, so that the core is not broken by the load of the fabric applied to the core, and the tension for winding the fabric is too strong. However, since it becomes difficult to be crushed, a highly durable core can be provided.

(A) (b) is a perspective view which shows the manufacture procedure of the winding core by this implementation following FIG. 4 (a) (b).

Below, the winding core by this implementation is demonstrated based on drawing.
A winding core according to the present embodiment (symbol A in the drawing, hereinafter referred to as a winding core A) is composed of a core material 1 and a surrounding member 2 as shown in FIG. Moreover, when using the core A as shown in FIG.1 (b), it is used by winding the fabric 16 around the core A.
As shown in FIG. 2A, the core material 1 has a structure in which a plurality of core cardboard materials 11 and 12 having a rectangular shape with a long side are stacked vertically. In this embodiment, two corrugated cardboard materials 11 and 12 are laminated, and the corrugated cardboard materials 11 and 12 are flat paper materials on both upper and lower surfaces of the corrugated cores 11b and 12b. The cardboard material of both sides which arrange | positions 11a and 12a is used.

As shown in FIG. 2B, the enclosing member 2 uses a double-sided cardboard material in which flat paper materials 2a and 2a are arranged on both surfaces of the center core 2b as in the case of the core material 1 described above. The corrugated cardboard material used for the surrounding member 2 is formed to have a length that can surround the outer periphery of the core material 1. Further, the enclosing member 2 is provided with crease lines (crease portions) 20 in parallel at four positions spaced apart from each other. As a result, the corrugated cardboard material for the surrounding member is provided with the upper and lower surface concealing portions 22a and 22b and the side surface concealing portion 22c with the crease line (crease portion) 20 as a partition. And the space | interval of each crease line (crease part) 20 is set slightly larger than each dimension of the width | variety of the core material 1, and thickness. This is because when the outer periphery of the core member 1 is surrounded by the surrounding member 2, the inner peripheral portion of the surrounding member 2 substantially coincides with the outer peripheral portion of the core member 1. The structure has almost no voids. Accordingly, in the corner portion R of the surrounding member 2 surrounding the core member 1, referring to FIG. 1A, the surrounding member corrugated cardboard material is bent at the crease line (folded portion) 20. No excessive tension is applied in the winding direction.

Moreover, an example of implementation of the winding core of this invention is demonstrated. In the present embodiment, the surrounding member 2 is a corrugated cardboard material for an enclosing member having a length of 470 mm, a width of 150 mm, and a thickness of 20 mm, and has a size capable of forming a substantially rectangular cylinder surrounding the core material 1. . Further, when the enclosing member 2 is developed, crease lines (crease portions) 20 are provided at intervals of 150 mm, 20 mm, 150 mm, and 20 mm, respectively. The core material is obtained by stacking two core material cardboard materials 11 and 12 having a length of 470 mm, a width of 150 mm, and a thickness of 5 mm, and bonding the core material cardboard materials 11 and 12 together. Of these, the surrounding member 2 surrounds the outer peripheral portion of the core member 1, and therefore has a slightly longer dimension in consideration of the clearance of the corner portion R where the core member 1 and the surrounding member 2 face each other. . Thereby, the dimension which the edge of the both ends of the surrounding member 2 contact | abuts is set. Thus, even if the thickness of the core A according to the present embodiment is considered to be at least 15 mm even when considering the compression due to the load of the core material 1, when the fabric 16 is wound around the core A, The core A is not broken by the load, and the core A becomes bulky and does not occupy the space required for storage or transportation.

上記した巻き芯Aの製造手順を図1(a)と図3(a)(b)、図4(a)(b)、図5(a)(b)に基づいて説明する。
The manufacturing procedure of the winding core A will be described with reference to FIGS. 1A, 3A, 3B, 4A, 4B, and 5A, 5B.
As a first procedure, as shown in FIG. 3 (a), corrugated cardboard materials 11 and 12 on both sides in which flat paper materials 11a and 12a are respectively arranged on both upper and lower surfaces of corrugated paper materials 11b and 12b. The core material 1 is formed as shown in FIG.
As a second procedure, as shown in FIG. 4A, the core material 1 formed in the first embodiment is placed between the fold lines (folded portions) 20 of the surrounding member 2. At this time, the step 15 of the core 1 and the step 15 of the surrounding member 2 are orthogonal to each other.
Further, as shown in FIG. 4B, the crease lines (crease portions) 20 sandwiching the core material 1 are each bent toward the inner peripheral side. Thereby, the surrounding member 2 surrounds the outer periphery of the core material 1 with almost no gap. An adhesive is applied to the bent inner peripheral side portion of the surrounding member 2.
As a third procedure, as shown in FIG. 5 (a), both ends of the long side of the core material 1 are closed with paper labels 17, respectively, and the end surface of the surrounding member 2 is concealed as shown in FIG. 5 (b). The core material 1 is made invisible from the outside.
By passing through the above process, the manufacture of the core by this implementation is completed.

In the above-described embodiment, the winding core A of the present invention selects the crease line 20 in which the flat paper material of the cardboard material for the enclosing member is recessed as the crease portion 20 of the enclosing member 2.
In addition, a paper material constituting the corrugated cardboard material for the surrounding member in place of the crease line 20 or a method in which a bent portion is provided in advance along the stepped mountain 15 can be used. In the above embodiment, the core material 1 formed by laminating two corrugated cardboard materials 11 and 12 arranged in the upper layer, the middle layer, and the lower layer has been described. Changes can be made as appropriate in consideration of the number of windings and the like. Further, in the above-described embodiment, the core material 1 is alternately laminated in the extending direction of the step 15 of the core cardboard materials 11 and 12 constituting the core 1 and the step 15 of the surrounding member 2. When the number of windings of the fabric 16 is small or the material of the fabric 16 is light, the layers 16 may be stacked so that the extending directions of the steps 15 are all in the same direction. However, when the thickness of the winding core A becomes extremely large, it is difficult to wind the dough 16 and the like, and there is a disadvantage that the space is wasted when the final product around which the dough 16 is wound is stored or transported. On the other hand, when the thickness of the winding core A is thin, the core material 1 is broken at the intermediate portion in the longitudinal direction due to the load of the fabric 16, so that durability is difficult.
