Claims (3)
- 真空バルブを有する金属容器内で信号成分を検出する検出センサと、
前記信号成分を増幅する手段と、
増幅された前記信号成分の包絡線を検出する包絡線検波手段と、
前記包絡線検波された信号成分のうち商用周波の2倍の周波数の信号成分を抽出する第一のバンドパスフィルタと、
増幅された前記信号成分のうち10kHz〜100kHzの周波数帯の信号成分を抽出する第二のバンドパスフィルタと、
前記商用周波の2倍の周波数の信号成分と前記10kHz〜100kHzの周波数帯の信号成分が同時に閾値を越えたときに前記真空バルブから真空漏れが生じたと判定する判定手段と、
前記判定を表示する表示部を有することを特徴とする、
真空バルブの真空漏れ監視装置。 - 請求項1において、
増幅された前記信号成分のうち100kHz〜10MHzの周波数帯の信号成分を抽出する第三のバンドパスフィルタをさらに有し、
前記100kHz〜10MHzの周波数帯の信号成分が閾値を超えたときに前記判定手段が気中コロナが発生したと判定することを特徴とする、
真空バルブの真空漏れ監視装置。 - 請求項1又は2において、
前記金属容器内にはSF6ガスが封入され、
増幅された前記信号成分のうち100MHz〜1GHzの周波数帯の信号成分を抽出する第四のバンドパスフィルタをさらに有し、
前記100MHz〜1GHzの周波数帯の信号成分が閾値を超えたときに前記判定手段が前記金属容器内のSF6ガス雰囲気中に絶縁異常が生じたと判定することを特徴とする、
真空バルブの真空漏れ監視装置。
