Description

The present invention relates to a slider, and more particularly, to suppress fluttering in a harness rail of a wire harness that passes through a slider that is slidably fitted to a harness rail and is wired to a slide sheet.

A vehicle seat is equipped with various electrical components such as an electric reclining device and a seat heater. In order to supply power to these electrical components, a power supply wire harness is routed from the vehicle body floor to the seat. In the case of a slide sheet, it is necessary to cause the wire harness to follow the sliding motion of the sheet. For this reason, the wire harness is provided with an extra length portion. The slide size of an automobile slide sheet is usually about 240 mm to 300 mm at maximum. Recently, long slide seats having a maximum slide size of about 400 mm to 1200 mm are also provided so that a large space can be opened in front of or behind the seat.

As a harness routing device that is routed between this type of vehicle body floor and a slide seat, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2010-193599 (Patent Document 1) includes devices shown in FIGS. 9 and 10A and 10B. Proposed. In the apparatus, a harness rail 102 that passes through the wire harness 110 is laid on the floor adjacent to the side of the seat rail 101 for the slide seat 100, and the wire harness is adjacent to the side of the harness rail 102. An extra length accommodation case 103 is installed. The wire harness 110 wired to the slide sheet 100 is branched from the floor harness, inserted into the extra length housing case 103 in a state of being covered with an exterior material (corrugated tube) 111, and then inserted into the harness rail 102. The wiring is passed through the slider 104 that slides on the harness rail 102 in conjunction with the slide sheet 100 and is wired to the slide sheet 100. When the slider 104 is positioned on one end side (A side) of the harness rail 102 as shown in FIG. 10A, the surplus length accommodation case 103 with the surplus length portion of the wire harness 110 folded back in a U shape. 10B, as the slider 104 moves to the other end (B side) in conjunction with the slide sheet 100 as shown in FIG. The long portion is pulled out to the harness rail 102 and the U-shaped bent portion C moves from the B side to the A side of the extra length accommodation case 103.

Although the shape of the slider 104 varies depending on the shape of the harness rail 102, the wire harness 110 is usually inserted by being fitted to a harness insertion portion 102 a having a box-like cross section formed continuously in the length direction of the harness rail 102. The wire harness insertion portion 105 and a wire harness lead-out portion 106 that pulls out the wire harness 110 inserted into the wire harness insertion portion 105 to the slide seat 100 side are conventionally provided. The terminal of 110 exterior material 111 is fixed by internal fitting (see FIGS. 11 and 12).

As a matter of course, the height H2 of the wire harness insertion portion 105 for fitting and fixing the terminal of the exterior material 111 of the wire harness 110 is larger than the height (diameter) H3 of the exterior material 111. Further, in order to allow the wire harness insertion portion 105 to slide within the harness insertion portion 102a of the harness rail 102, the height of the harness insertion portion 102a, that is, the upper surface 102b and the lower surface 102c of the harness insertion portion 102a. The dimension H1 between them needs to be larger than the height H2 of the wire harness insertion portion 105. As a result, the clearance S between the outer surface of the exterior material 111 of the wire harness 110 inserted into the harness insertion part 102a and the upper and lower surfaces 102b, 102c of the harness insertion part 102a is increased, and the outer wire harness 110 is attached to the harness insertion part 102a. There is a risk of fluttering in the vertical direction. The same applies to the width direction, and a gap between the outer surface of the exterior material 111 of the wire harness 110 that is inserted into the harness insertion part 102a and the left and right surfaces of the harness insertion part 102a is increased, and the sheathed wire harness 110 is inserted into the harness. There is a risk of flapping in the lateral direction within the portion 102a.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and the gap formed on the upper and lower sides and the left and right sides of the outer material of the wire harness that is inserted into the harness insertion portion of the harness rail is reduced, and the harness insertion portion of the sheathed wire harness is reduced. It is an object of the present invention to suppress the fluttering and stably perform the linear path regulation of the wire harness on the harness rail.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a resin molding that slidably fits on a harness rail that passes through a wire harness that is wired to a slide sheet, and that pulls out the wire harness to the slide sheet side through the wire harness. A slider composed of products,
The slider includes a wire harness insertion portion that fits into a harness insertion portion having a box-like cross section formed continuously in the length direction of the harness rail, and the wire harness insertion portion is inserted into the harness insertion portion. There is provided a slider characterized in that it is configured to be fitted and fixed to an end portion of an exterior material of a wire harness.

As described above, in the present invention, the wire harness insertion portion of the slider to be fitted to the harness insertion portion having a cross-sectional box shape of the harness rail is fitted and fixed to the end portion of the exterior member of the wire harness that is inserted into the harness insertion portion. It is configured to do. Therefore, the height of the harness insertion part (the dimension between the upper and lower surfaces of the harness insertion part) can be set to the height of the exterior material + a slight gap dimension. Similarly, the width of the harness insertion part (the dimension between the left and right side surfaces of the harness insertion part) can also be set to the width of the exterior material + a slight gap dimension. In other words, the height and width of the harness insertion portion can be brought close to the height and width of the exterior material, and the gap formed on the top, bottom, left and right of the exterior material of the wire harness to be inserted can be reduced. Fluttering in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction in the insertion portion can be suppressed. Therefore, the linear route regulation of the wire harness in the harness rail can be stably performed, and the bending performance of the wire harness can be improved.

The front portion of the wire harness insertion portion is fitted into the end portion of the exterior member having a rectangular cross section, and the outer surface of the front portion is engaged with a locked hole formed in the side surface of the exterior member. A wire harness lead-out portion protruding in a substantially right angle direction is provided on the rear side portion of the wire harness insertion portion that is exposed to the outside from the end portion of the exterior material in which the front side portion is fitted, while a stop projection is provided. A tape-like tongue piece protruding in the length direction from the rear end of the rear portion, and a protruding piece in which one side surface of the exterior material extends in the length direction from the opening end. It is preferable that the winding tongue piece is stacked and fixed with tape.

As described above, a locking projection is provided on the outer surface of the front portion of the wire harness insertion portion that fits in the end portion of the exterior material having a rectangular cross section, and the locking projection is formed in the side surface of the exterior material. By locking in the locked hole, the fixing force between the wire harness insertion portion and the exterior material can be increased. In particular, it is preferable that a pair of the locking projections are provided on both outer side surfaces of the front portion of the wire harness insertion portion, and a pair of the locked holes are also provided on both side surfaces of the exterior material.
Further, as described above, a tape winding tongue is projected from the rear end of the rear portion of the wire harness insertion portion exposed to the outside from the end portion of the exterior material, and one side surface of the exterior material is extended in the length direction. By fixing the extended protruding piece on the tape winding tongue piece and fixing it with tape, the fixing force between the wire harness insertion portion and the exterior material can be further increased.
Furthermore, it is preferable that a locking projection is provided also on a side surface of the rear portion of the wire harness insertion portion along which the protruding piece is to be locked in a locked hole formed in the protruding piece.
As described above, since the lock coupling between the locking protrusion and the locked hole, and the tape winding of the tape winding tongue piece and the protruding piece, the fixing of the exterior material and the wire harness insertion portion is completed, The wire harness production factory can easily perform the fitting and fixing work between the slider and the exterior material.

The wire harness insertion portion is provided with a lateral groove portion through which the wire harness is inserted, while a wire harness lead-out portion that protrudes in a substantially right angle direction from the rear portion of the wire harness insertion portion is continuous with the lateral groove portion. It is preferable to provide a longitudinal groove portion through which the wire harness is inserted.

As described above, since the structure of the wire harness insertion portion is a simple structure provided with a lateral groove portion through which the wire harness is inserted, the wire harness insertion portion is reduced in size and easily fitted into the end portion of the exterior material. In addition, since most of the wire harness inserted into the lateral groove is accommodated in the exterior material and the upper surface is not exposed, the wire harness is also appropriately protected. Further, since the wire harness lead-out portion is provided with the vertical groove portion that is continuous with the horizontal groove portion of the wire harness insertion portion, the wire harness can be easily inserted into the wire harness lead-out portion.
However, instead of the longitudinal groove portion, a hollow portion through which the wire harness is inserted may be provided in the wire harness lead-out portion.

The exterior material is a caterpillar type protector, and the protector is formed into a tubular shape by bending a plurality of folding lines extending in the length direction and spaced in the width direction on a strip-shaped flat plate, It is preferable to cut in the width direction with an interval in the length direction to make one side continuous and separate the other side, and to be bent in one side but not in the other side.

The caterpillar type protector may be a caterpillar type which is bent on one side but not bent on the other side as described above, by making a cut in the lengthwise direction in the rectangular cylindrical body. preferable.
The square cylindrical caterpillar-shaped protector is provided with four folding lines extending in the length direction on a belt-like flat plate with a gap in the middle in the width direction, and one of both side edges in the width direction. A locking projection is provided on the side and a locking hole for inserting and locking the locking projection is provided on the other side. The locking projection is bent along the folding line to form a square tube and the locking projection is engaged. Insert and lock into the blind hole to hold the square tube shape, and further provide a cut-in line in the width direction connecting the four folding lines at intervals in the length direction to separate and fold the three sides of the square tube The shape is freely connected.

The square cylindrical caterpillar type protector can be formed by stamping and forming an extruded flat plate, which can be folded and assembled, can be formed at a lower cost than a corrugated tube of a conventional wire harness exterior material, and can be transported Time is not bulky because it remains flat. Moreover, since it is not a closed cylinder, it can be easily packaged on the wire harness.

As described above, according to the present invention, the height and width of the harness insertion portion of the harness rail are inserted into the harness insertion portion so that the wire harness insertion portion of the slider can be fitted and fixed to the end of the caterpillar type protector. It is possible to approach the height and width of the caterpillar-type protector that is the outer packaging material of the wire harness. Therefore, when the slider moves in the front-rear direction on the harness rail in conjunction with the slide sheet, the protector can smoothly slide in the harness insertion portion in the linear direction without fluttering in the vertical direction or the horizontal direction.

The harness rail is provided with a slider sliding portion protruding continuously in the length direction on one side of the upper surface of the harness insertion portion, and the wire harness lead portion of the slider is fitted to the slider sliding portion. It is preferable that the wire harness lead portion protrudes from the upper surface opening of the slider sliding portion and is connected to the leg portion of the slide seat.

In order to fit the wire harness lead-out part into the slider sliding part narrower than the harness insertion part, the width of the rear part of the wire harness insertion part exposed from the end part of the exterior material is gradually reduced, and the slider slide It is preferable that the wire harness lead-out portion protrudes from the entire upper surface at a predetermined position of the rear side portion that is narrow enough to fit the moving portion.
On the other hand, the rear portion of the wire harness insertion portion may have substantially the same cross-sectional shape as the front portion, and a narrow wire harness lead portion may protrude from the upper surface of the rear portion at a predetermined position.

As described above, in the present invention, the wire harness insertion portion of the slider to be fitted to the harness insertion portion having a cross-section box shape of the harness rail is fitted and fixed to the end portion of the exterior member of the wire harness that is inserted into the harness insertion portion. In other words, the height and width of the harness insertion part can be brought close to the height and width of the exterior material, and the gaps formed on the top, bottom, left and right of the exterior material of the wire harness to be inserted can be reduced. Fluttering in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction in the harness insertion part can be suppressed. Therefore, the linear route regulation of the wire harness in the harness rail can be stably performed, and the bending performance of the wire harness can be improved.

The harness rail 7 has a cross-section box-shaped harness insertion portion 7a formed of a lower surface 7a-1, a closed upper surface 7a-2, and both side surfaces 7a-3, 7a-4 extending along the outer surface of the side wall of the seat rail 6. The slider sliding portion 7b that communicates with the opening on one side of the upper surface of the harness insertion portion 7a and projects in the length direction, and extends from the upper end of the outer wall of the slider sliding portion 7b to lock the molding 5B. The shape is provided with a locking portion 7c and a locking portion 7d of the molding 5C protruding from the closed upper surface 7a-2 of the harness insertion portion 7a, and the upper surface opening of the slider sliding portion 7b is between the moldings 5B and 5C. It is exposed to the opening. The moldings 5B and 5C laid on the upper surface of the harness rail 7 are arranged by placing the harness rail 7 close to the seat rail 6 so that the seat rail side is covered with the molding 5B on the seat rail 6 and on the opposite side of the seat rail 6. Only one side is covered with Mall 5C.
In FIG. 6, the harness sliding portion 7b is not shown in order to show the inside of the harness insertion portion 7a.

An exterior member 30 is attached to the wire harness 3 that is slidably wired to the extra length housing case 8 and the harness insertion portion 7 a of the harness rail 7. In the present embodiment, a rectangular cylindrical caterpillar protector 30 described later is used as the exterior member 30.

Moreover, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIGS. 4-6, the wire harness insertion part which the slider 9 penetrates the wire harness 3 penetrated to the harness insertion part 7a and draws out to the slide seat 1 side is fitted to the harness insertion part 7a. 10 and a wire harness lead portion 19 to be fitted to the slider sliding portion 7b.
The wire harness insertion portion 10 is provided with a lateral groove portion 17 for inserting the wire harness 3 to have a cross-sectional shape, and the front portion 11 on the wire harness insertion end side is fitted and fixed to the end of the exterior member 30 of the wire harness 3. The rear portion 16 is exposed to the outside from the end of the exterior member 30. The front portion 11 has a width and a height that can be fitted in a square tube-shaped exterior member 30 in close contact with each other, and both side surfaces 11a and 11b of the front portion 11 have both side surfaces at the end of the exterior member 30. A pair of locking projections 12 are provided to be locked in a pair of locked holes 31 drilled in 30 a and 30 b so that the internally fitted front portion 11 can be fixed to the end of the exterior material 30.

On the other hand, the rear side portion 16 of the wire harness insertion portion 10 is formed of a reduced width portion 13 that gradually reduces the width of the wire harness insertion portion 10 and a wire harness lead base portion 14 that serves as a base of the wire harness lead portion 19. A wire harness lead-out portion 19 is protruded from the wire harness lead-out base portion 14 in a direction perpendicularly upward. By providing a reduced width portion 13 between the wire harness lead base portion 14 of the front side portion 11 and the rear side portion 16, the width of the wire harness insertion portion 10 is gradually reduced, and the slider sliding portion 7b narrower than the harness insertion portion 7a. The wire harness lead portion 19 that can be fitted to the wire harness can protrude from the entire upper surface of the wire harness lead base portion 14. In the present embodiment, the reduced width portion 13 is exposed from the end portion of the exterior material 30, but the exterior material 30 may be covered to the reduced width portion 13.

Further, a plate-like tape winding tongue 18 is projected in the length direction from the rear end surface of the rear portion 16, that is, the rear end surface of the wire harness lead base 14, and one side surface 30a of the exterior member 30 is opened to the open end 30c. The protruding piece 30a-1 extended in the lengthwise direction is placed along the side surface 13a, 14a of the reduced width portion 13 and the wire harness lead-out base portion 14, and overlapped with the tape winding tongue 18 and wound with tape (T). It has a structure. Further, a locking projection 15 is also provided on the side surface 14a of the wire harness lead base 14 along the protruding piece 30a-1, and the locking protrusion 15 is inserted into the locked hole 32 formed at the corresponding position of the protruding piece 30a-1. The slider 9 and the exterior member 30 are fixed more securely. In the present embodiment, of the side surfaces of the reduced width portion 13 and the wire harness lead base portion 14, the protruding pieces 30 a-1 of the exterior material 30 are along the side surfaces 13 a and 14 a located closer to the center in the width direction of the harness insertion portion 7 a. I try to make it.

Further, as described above, the wire harness lead-out portion 19 protrudes from the wire harness lead-out base portion 14 in the upward direction at a right angle. The wire harness lead-out portion 19 is provided with a vertical groove portion 20 that is continuous with the horizontal groove portion 17 that is a wire harness insertion path of the wire harness insertion portion 10 and has a U-shaped cross section. The wire harness lead-out portion 19 is fitted to the slider sliding portion 7b, the wire harness lead-out portion 19 protrudes from the upper surface opening of the slider sliding portion 7b, and the vertical groove portion 20 is formed on the upper surface of the wire harness lead-out portion 19 on the protruding side. The wire harness outlet 22 is formed by positioning the end of the wire harness.
The wire harness 3 drawn out from the end of the exterior member 30 to which the front portion 11 of the wire harness insertion portion 10 is fitted and fixed is formed in the reduced width portion 13 of the rear portion 16 and the lateral groove portion 17 of the wire harness extraction base portion 14. After being inserted, it is inserted into the longitudinal groove portion 20 of the wire harness lead-out portion 19 continuing to the lateral groove portion 17. The wire harness 3 inserted through the longitudinal groove portion 20 is drawn upward via the wire harness outlet 22, and the drawn wire harness 3 is connected to an electrical component (not shown) in the slide sheet 1 through a connector.

Further, a fixing portion 21 having a bolt hole 21a is provided in a projecting manner at an intermediate position in the length direction of the wire harness lead-out portion 19 protruding from the upper surface opening of the slider sliding portion 7b. The bolt hole 21a of the fixing portion 21 is aligned with the bolt hole (not shown) of the support member 4a of the leg portion 4 of the slide sheet 1, and a bolt (not shown) is inserted to connect the fixing portion 21 and the support member 4a. The structure is fastened and fixed. Accordingly, the slider 9 connected to the leg portion 4 can be moved back and forth following the movement of the slide sheet 1.

The wire harness 3 that is slidably wired to the extra-length housing case 8 and the harness insertion portion 7a of the harness rail 7 is covered with the square cylindrical caterpillar type protector 30 as described above. . The protector 30 is assembled by bending a flat plate 40 made of a strip-like continuous long material shown in FIG. The flat plate 40 is provided with four folding lines 41, 42, 43, and 44 extending in the length direction X at intervals in the middle portion in the width direction Y, and the flat plate 40 is provided with five sides S1 in the width direction. -S5, the folding lines 41 to 44 are bent at a right angle, and both sides S1 and S5 in the width direction are overlapped so as to be assembled into a square cylinder as shown in FIG.

Further, locking protrusions 45 are provided in the length direction X at intervals on the side edges of one side S1 on both sides of the flat plate 40 in the width direction. The locking protrusions 45 are provided with cuts 45a on both sides of the base of the arcuate protrusion, and the locking sides 45b protrude on both sides. An elongated locking hole 46 for inserting and locking the locking protrusion 45 is provided in the other side S5 of the flat plate 40. Cuts 46a are provided at both ends in the length direction of the locking hole 46, and a small-diameter hole 46c is provided at the tip thereof. A locking side 45b is applied to the cut 46a, and the small diameter hole 46c prevents a crack from occurring at the tip of the cut 46a. The flat plate 40 is bent along the folding lines 41 to 44, and the locking projection piece 45 is inserted and locked into the locking hole 46 in a state where the sides S1 and S5 are overlapped so that the rectangular tube shape can be maintained.

The flat plate 40 is provided with a cut line 48 in the width direction Y connecting the four folding lines 41 to 44 with an interval in the length direction X to separate the sides S2, S3, and S4. Small-diameter holes 48a are continuously provided at both ends of the cut line 48, that is, at positions in contact with the folding lines 41 and 44, to prevent cracks from occurring at the tip. Further, a circular arc cut 49 is provided at the center of the cut line 48 at the center of the side S3, and one side adjacent in the length direction is projected in an arc shape and the other is recessed in an arc shape. An uneven fitting portion is provided.

As shown in FIG. 7 (C), the folding lines 41 to 44 provided on the flat plate 40 are cut into about 1/3 of the plate thickness to form arc-shaped lines. The cut line 48, the locking hole 46, and the locking protrusion 45 are all formed by punching a flat plate. Therefore, after forming the flat plate 40, it is formed by punching or cutting.

While the protector 30 is bent in advance by the folding lines 41 to 44, the locking protrusions 45 are not inserted into the locking holes 46, and the both sides S1 and S5 of the protector 30 in which the wire group of the wire harness 3 is bent in an open state. Insert through the opening. After inserting the electric wire group, S1 and S5 are overlapped, and the locking protrusion 45 is inserted and locked into the locking hole 46, and the electric wire group is inserted into the rectangular tube and covered.

The protector 30 has a structure in which the three sides S2, S3, and S4 of the square tube are separated in the length direction by the cut line 48, and the sides S1 and S5 that are locked together are connected in the length direction and separated. The side S <b> 3 is in a state where the adjacent sides S <b> 3 are concavo-convexly fitted by an arc-shaped cut 49. That is, since the short rectangular cylinders are sequentially connected to the separated side S3 so as to be freely bent and the adjacent rectangular cylinders are concavo-convexly fitted, the caterpillar-shaped protector 30 that does not shift in the width direction is obtained.

The wire harness 3 pulled out to the vehicle body side through the slider 9 and the harness insertion part 7a of the harness rail 7 and the extra length housing case 8 slides while bending. The caterpillar type protector 30 has flexibility like a corrugated tube that has been widely used in the related art, and can be suitably used as the exterior material 30 of the wire harness 3.

When the caterpillar type protector 30 is used, the front portion 11 of the wire harness insertion portion 10 having the rectangular outer shape of the slider 9 can be fitted inside the end portion of the protector 30, and the cross section box of the harness rail 7 can be used. It is possible to slidably fit into the harness insertion portion 7a in a slidable manner without rattling. Further, the upper and lower surfaces of the protector 30 are slidably slidable on the inner surface of the upper wall of the lid 8b of the extra length accommodation case 8 and the inner surface of the bottom wall of the main body 8a, and are moved in the extra length accommodation case 8 in a stable posture. Can do.

Next, the movement of the wire harness 3 that follows the sliding operation of the slide sheet 1 will be described.
In conjunction with the sliding of the slide seat 1 in the front-rear direction, the wire harness lead portion 19 of the slider 9 fitted to the slider sliding portion 7b of the harness rail 7 moves back and forth along the upper wall 6b of the seat rail 6, The wire harness insertion part 10 connected to the wire harness lead-out part 19 moves back and forth in the harness insertion part 7a of the harness rail 7. Therefore, the wire harness 3 sheathed with the protector 30 in which the front side portion 11 of the wire harness insertion portion 10 of the slider is fitted and fixed moves back and forth in the harness insertion portion 7a, and the wire harness sheathed with the protector 30 according to the back and forth movement. 3 enters and exits the extra length accommodation case 8. Thereby, the wire harness 3 can be caused to smoothly follow the sliding operation of the slide sheet 1.

Specifically, FIG. 3A shows a case where the slide sheet 1 is at the front position, and FIG. 3B shows a case where the slide sheet 1 is at the rear position. When the slide sheet 1 is slid from the front to the rear, the wire harness 3 accommodated in the extra length accommodation case 8 continues to the extra length accommodation case 8 while being bent at the front end side of the extra length accommodation case 8. While being inserted into the harness insertion portion 7 a of the harness rail 7, the bent portion C on the rear end side in the extra length accommodation case 8 moves forward.

On the other hand, when the slide sheet 1 slides from the rear to the front, the bent portion C in the extra length accommodation case 8 moves rearward, and the wire harness 3 inserted into the harness insertion portion 7a of the harness rail 7 accommodates the extra length. It is drawn into the case 8 and accommodated as an extra length portion.

As described above, in this embodiment, the wire that inserts the wire harness insertion portion 10 (front side portion 11) of the slider 9 to be fitted into the harness insertion portion 7a having a box-shaped cross section of the harness rail 7 into the harness insertion portion 7a. The harness 3 is configured to be internally fitted and fixed to the end portion of the exterior material (caterpillar type protector) 30 of the harness 3. Therefore, the height (the dimension between the upper and lower surfaces of the harness insertion part) H1 of the harness insertion part 7a can be set to the height H3 of the exterior material + a slight gap dimension. Similarly, the width of the harness insertion part 7a (the dimension between the left and right side surfaces of the harness insertion part) can also be set to the width of the exterior material 30 + a slight gap dimension. That is, the height and width of the harness insertion part 7a are made close to the height and width of the exterior member 30, and the gap X1 formed above and below the exterior member 30 of the wire harness 3 to be inserted and the gap X2 formed on the left and right are reduced. Therefore, fluttering in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction in the harness insertion portion 7a of the sheathed wire harness 3 can be suppressed. Therefore, the linear path regulation of the wire harness 3 in the harness rail 7 can be performed stably, and the bending performance of the wire harness 3 can be enhanced.

FIG. 8 shows a modification of the present embodiment.
In this modification, as shown in FIG. 8, a U-shaped extra length accommodation case 58 disposed in front of the seat rail 6 is connected to the front end of the harness rail 7, and the harness rail 7 and the extra length accommodation case are integrated. The present embodiment is the same as the present embodiment except that 58 is substantially J-shaped as a whole.
The wire harness 3 wired to the slide sheet 1 is inserted into the harness insertion portion 7a of the harness rail 7 through the slider 9 having the same structure as that of the present embodiment, and then continues to the front end of the harness insertion portion 7a. After making a U-turn in 58, it is drawn outward from an opening provided at the rear end of the extra length accommodation case 58 and wired to the vehicle body side.

When the slide sheet 1 is slid from the front position shown in FIG. 8 (A) to the rear position shown in FIG. 8 (B), the wire is housed in the extra length housing case 58 and is covered with the caterpillar type protector 30. The harness 3 is pulled out from the excess length accommodation case 58 and inserted into the harness insertion portion 7 a of the harness rail 7, and the bent portion C in the excess length accommodation case 58 moves to the rear of the excess length accommodation case 58. Further, when the slide seat 1 is slid from the rear position to the front position, the bent portion C in the surplus length accommodation case 58 moves to the front of the surplus length accommodation case 58 and the harness insertion portion 7a of the harness rail 7 is moved. The wire harness 3 inserted into the inside is accommodated in the extra length accommodation case 58 as an extra length portion.
As described above, the slider 9 of the present invention can be used effectively even if the extra length accommodation format of the wire harness 3 is changed.
