Abstract
Description
In high-performance electronic devices, signals to be transmitted and received are diversified and complicated. The present invention relates to a multi-rotary contact that can be used for connecting medical equipment such as ultrasonic diagnostic equipment, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, inspection equipment, computers, communication equipment, etc. It relates to a core connector.
More specifically, the present invention relates to a connector used for interconnection between electronic devices connected via a cable having a plurality of wirings, etc., and relates to a multicore connector having a plug portion and a receptacle portion.
In the conventional multi-core connector, a connector having a ZIF (zero insertion force) structure is used in order to reduce an operation force at the time of connection. For example, as shown in FIGS. 17 and 18, the connectors 3-1 and 4-1 have a plurality of
For example, when used in an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus for surgery, since the probe of the medical catheter enters the body, it is necessary to reduce the cross-sectional area of the measuring instrument. And the diameter of a plug is made small and multi-core is requested | required. The present invention makes it possible to form a multi-core connector capable of connecting a large number of wires even if the cross-sectional area is reduced.
The conventional multi-core connector used by connecting the plug connector to the receptacle connector and connecting a large number of contacts has a problem that the grid-like arrangement of multiple contacts in the contact contact portion increases the cross section of the contact portion. The arrangement in the series direction has a problem of lengthening the longitudinal direction. There has been a demand for a multi-core connector that can connect a large number of wires even if the cross-sectional area of the connector is reduced.
The above requirements can be achieved by the connector described below as an example.

Furthermore, the polygonal connection structure in which the plug contacts are arranged at the corners of the plug connector has a stacked structure in which the plug contacts are stacked in the length direction of the plug connector, and the adapted receptacle connector also has a stacked contact.
(1) The
(2) When the
That is, in this state, the key protrusions 2-4-2 (see FIG. 16) provided in the opening of the slot knob 2-4 of the
From the insertion state shown in FIG. 10, the
(3) When the
(4) When the
(5) When the fitting between the
When the slot knob 2-4 is further rotated to the initial rotation angle, the key protrusion 2-3-1-3-1 provided on the insulator 2-3-1-3 of the
In this state, as shown in FIG. 14, the lock button 2-5 of the slot knob 2-4 enters the temporary lock groove 2-1-2 having a shallow depth formed in the housing shell 2-1. It becomes locked. In the temporary lock state, the slot knob 2-4 is in a non-rotatable state when the torque is not more than a certain value.
(6) As shown in FIG. 15, in this example, after the
(7) As shown in FIG. 16, in this case, as an option, the LED 2-3-1-6 mounted on the connection board 2-3-1-4 of the contact module assembly 2-3 of the
